Gastro-Intestinal Parasites of Cam.ls (Cam.lus drom.darius) from.m.gadishu, Som.lia

Som.lia has the largest drom.dary (Cam.lus drom.darius) population in the world. However, scientific research and cam.l diseases investigation in the country were lacking since 1980s. A total of 167 cam.ls (131 sem.-intensive dairy cam.ls system.and 36 free grazing system.) were sam.led from.three districts in m.gadishu citybetween Decem.er 2015 and m.rch 2016 to investigate the prevalence rate of gastro-intestinal parasites in cam.ls from.m.gadishu city using different coprological techniques. The overall prevalence of cam.l gastro-intestinal parasites was 50.3%. The prevalence rate were significantly varies between the extensive and sem.-intensive production system. (p = 0.000) and between the different districts (p = 0.000). Nem.todes revealed higher prevalence rate (47.9%) than Cestodes (6.0%), Trem.todes (4.2%) and Coccidia (0.65%). Eggs of eight genera of nem.todes, two genera of trem.todes and two genera of cestodes as well as Eim.ria sp. Oocysts were identified in this study. Dictyocaulus sp. and Trichostrongylus sp. were the m.st prevalent followed by Parascaris equorum.and Strongyloides sp. About 56.0% of the infected cam.ls revealed m.x-infection of up to five different parasite species. m.reover, 35.7% of these anim.ls revealed heavy infection. The im.ortant role of the cam.l has inspired investigators and researchers to look for diseases that m.y threaten cam.l health and production. However, in Som.lia in spite of having the largest counts of cam.ls but in depth scientific data are not available. Therefore, the present paper was to be the first detailed data on cam.l gastro-intestinal parasites in m.gadishu area and m.y be in whole Som.lia. We cam. to conclude that gastrointes-tinal parasites were highly prevalent in cam.ls from.m.gadishu particularly in nom.dic herds of cam.ls. Salivary resistin level and its association with insulin resistance in obese individuals

Diabetes m.llitus(Dm.and Alzheim.r's disease(AD)are two m.jor health concerns that have seen a rising prevalence *** studies have indicated a possible link between Dm.and an increased risk of developing ***,while prim.rily known for its role in regulating blood sugar,also plays a vital role in protecting brain *** resistance(IR),especially prevalent in type 2 diabetes,is believed to play a significant role in AD's *** insulin signalling becom.s dysfunctional,it can negatively affect various brain functions,m.king individuals m.re susceptible to AD's defining features,such as the buildup of beta-am.loid plaques and tau protein *** research suggests that addressing insulin-related issues m.ght help reduce or even reverse the brain changes linked to *** review aim. to explore the relationship between Dm.and AD,with a focus on the role of *** also explores the m.lecular m.chanism. by which IR m.ght lead to brain changes and assesses current treatm.nts that target *** IR's role in the connection between Dm.and AD offers new possibilities for treatm.nts and highlights the im.ortance of continued research in this interdisciplinary field.

This study aim.d to characterize the m.rphological changes in the ovary of the fem.le crab Neptunus pelagicus and to identify specific fractions of vitelloginin and vitelline m.lecules during prim.ry and secondary *** of the blue crab were collected from.the m.diterranean Sea of Alexandria m.nthly during *** and oocytes in prim.ry and secondary vitellogenesis were detached and treated for histological *** polyacrylam.de gel electrophoresis(PAGE)Bis-Tris Gels was applied to identify vitelloginin(VN)and vitelline(VL)*** Analyses were done by *** initial degenerate prim.rs were built regarding the conserved am.no acid dom.ins of the yolk *** and secondary vitellogeneses consisted of 8 *** fraction with m.lecular weight 550 kDa was identified in the hem.lym.h in secondary *** protein fractions(VLI&VLII)were identified in secondary vitellogenic *** electrophoresis perform.d with extract of stage I oocyte showed two protein fractions with m.lecular weights 550 kDa and 460 *** stage II and III oocyte,4 subunits were presented of 180,195,140 and 120 kDa in VLI and 2 subunits with m.lecular weight of 110 kDa and 95 kDa in *** two fractions in stage V oocyte presented with m.lecular weights of 380 kDa and 360 *** blot analysis proved that both fractions were of four m.jor polypeptide subunits with m.lecular weight of 180,125,90 and 85 kDa in each of the two *** hybridization signal obtained by the Northern blot was detected in the hepatopancreas during ovarian cycle and in the ovary during secondary *** result of the reverse transcription-polym.rase chain reaction(RT-PCR)analysis showed that the m.NA that encodes the C-term.nal region of the VN cDNA was found in the ovary in secondary vitellogenesis and in the hepatopancreas.

The jet pum. is an artificial lift em.loyed when the reservoir pressure declines and the well deviation *** use of com.uter well m.dels for optim.zing the oil well output has proven to be a suc-cessful strategy,and has helped increasing the efficiency and production of num.rous *** objective of this study was to use a production optim.zation technique that achieves som. im.rove-m.nts,and recom.end approaches toward increasing the oil well *** effects of the m.tive fluid flow rate and pressure on the oil production rate were investigated to determ.ne the optim.l in-jection rate and pressure on the perform.nce of the deep well water-oil axial ***,the effects of the well-head pressure,water cut,and roughness of tubing on oil production of this jet pum. type were *** results revealed that the im.act on the oil lift perform.nce is *** oil production increased by 19.43%,and the optim.l econom.c value for the injection rate and pressure for the GA-1A well are 744.44 BFPD and 2722.22 psig,*** sum.ary,increasing the tubing roughness decreased the well's total liquid ***,m.intaining the well integrity is a very im.ortant factor because not doing so can lower the productivity by up to 20%-25%.
