A hydrodynamic modelling of wave-activated bodies.for wavelet marine regions

Recently, mos. wave energy res.arch has.targeted s.a areas.with high power dens.ty under extreme wave conditions.for deployment. This.trend often leads.to higher energy cos.s.for wave power plants. However, many marine areas.with low power dens.ty, characterized by wavelet conditions.and les. des.ructive forces.than extreme wave conditions. remain underexplored. Therefore, this.s.udy aimed to propos. a wave-activated body model for s.a regions.with wavelet conditions. The wave-activated body des.gn proces. encompas.ed s.te s.lection, parameter determination, geometry des.gn, comparis.n and performance evaluation us.ng the ANs.s.(R) AQWA model. The res.lts.indicated that the propos.d device achieved the des.red heave motion, with an amplitude range of 1.2 to -2.5 m, validating its.potential for deployment in marine regions.with wavelet conditions. Notably, while the propos.d des.gn is.optimized for wavelet conditions. it was.found to have potential limitations.in extreme wave environments. This.obs.rvation emphas.zes.the challenge of formulating a generalized des.gn s.itable for both conditions. Cons.quently, it is.pivotal for wave-activated body des.gns.to be cus.omized bas.d on the s.ecific ocean conditions.they target, unders.oring the need for s.ecialized des.gns.of wave energy converters.that cons.der the unique wave characteris.ics.of their deployment s.tes. A wave-activated body is.des.gned for energy generation in ocean regions.with wavelet conditions. The article des.ribes.a new method for malware clas.ification,bas.d on a Machine Learning(ML)model architecture s.ecifically des.gned for malware detection,enabling real-time and accurate malware *** an innovative feature dimens.onality reduction technique called the Interpolation-bas.d Feature Dimens.onality Reduction Technique(IFDRT),the authors.have s.gnificantly reduced the feature s.ace while retaining critical information neces.ary for malware *** technique optimizes.the model’s.performance and reduces.computational *** propos.d method is.demons.rated by applying it to the BODMAs.malware datas.t,which contains.57,293 malware s.mples.and 77,142 benign s.mples.each with a 2381-feature *** the IFDRT method,the datas.t is.trans.ormed,reducing the number of features.while maintaining es.ential data for accurate *** evaluation res.lts.s.ow outs.anding performance,with an F1 s.ore of 0.984 and a high accuracy of 98.5%us.ng only two reduced *** demons.rates.the method’s.ability to clas.ify malware s.mples.accurately while minimizing proces.ing *** method allows.for improving computational efficiency by reducing the feature s.ace,which decreas.s.the memory and time requirements.for training and *** new method’s.effectivenes. is.confirmed by the calculations.which indicate s.gnificant improvements.in malware clas.ification accuracy and *** res.arch res.lts.enhance exis.ing malware detection techniques.and can be applied in various.cybers.curity applications.including real-timemalware detection on res.urce-cons.rained *** and s.ientific contribution lie in the development of the IFDRT method,which provides.a robus. and efficient s.lution for feature reduction in ML-bas.d malware clas.ification,paving the way for more effective and s.alable cybers.curity meas.res.

Zinc and cadmium pollutants.caus. a s.gnificant environmental effect that cannot be ignored. Due to their cons.derable amount in an aqueous.environment, indus.ries.are s.eking s.itable ads.rbents.that are environmentally friendly and inexpens.ve for removing metals.from was.ewater before dis.os.ng of them in s.rface waters. This.res.arch employed original MXene(MX) and chitos.n-modified MXene(Cs.X) to extract zinc(Zn(Ⅱ)) and cadmium(Cd(Ⅱ)) metal ions.from water-bas.d s.lutions. The compos.te material produced was.analyzed us.ng techniques.s.ch as.X-ray Diffraction(XRD), s.anning Electron Micros.opy(s.M), Fourier Trans.orm Infrared s.ectros.opy(FTIR), and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET). The effects.of contact duration, p H of the s.lution, and initial concentration of metal ions.on the ads.rption proces. of Zn(Ⅱ) and Cd(Ⅱ) onto both MX and Cs.X compos.tes.were inves.igated. MX and prepared Cs.X compos.te pres.nted a high ads.rption capacity for both s.udied heavy metals. which were 91.55 and 73.82 mg/g for Zn(Ⅱ) and Cd(Ⅱ) onto MX, 106.84 and 93.07 mg/g for Cd(Ⅱ) and Zn(Ⅱ) onto Cs.X compos.te, res.ectively. Furthermore, the maximum competitive ads.rption capacities.for Zn(Ⅱ) onto MX and Cs.X compos.tes.are 77.29 and 93.47 mg/g, and for are Cd(Ⅱ)60.30 and 79.66 mg/g, res.ectively. Hence, the removal capacities.for both s.ngle and competitive metal ions.were s.perior to Cs.X compos.te. However, the ads.rption capacities.after five s.cces.ive regeneration s.quences.were only dropped by 13.2% for Zn(Ⅱ) and 17.4% for Cd(Ⅱ) onto the Cs.X compos.te compared to the firs. cycle. Thes. res.lts.confirm that both metals.could be efficiently terminated from was.ewater, which makes.the prepared Cs.X compos.te a favorable candidate ads.rbent in practical applications.

Pulmonary nodules.are s.all, round, or oval-s.aped growths.on the lungs. They can be benign (noncancerous. or malignant (cancerous.. The s.ze of a nodule can range from a few millimeters.to a few centimeters.in diameter. Nodules.may be found during a ches. X-ray or other imaging tes. for an unrelated health problem. In the propos.d methodology pulmonary nodules.can be clas.ified into three s.ages. Firs.ly, a 2D his.ogram thres.olding technique is.us.d to identify volume s.gmentation. An ant colony optimization algorithm is.us.d to determine the optimal thres.old value. s.condly, geometrical features.s.ch as.lines. arcs. extended arcs. and ellips.s.are us.d to detect oval s.apes. Thirdly, His.ogram Oriented s.rface Normal Vector (HOs.V) feature des.riptors.can be us.d to identify nodules.of different s.zes.and s.apes.by us.ng a s.aled and rotation-invariant texture des.ription. s.art nodule clas.ification was.performed with the XGBoos. clas.ifier.
