Investigating zeolites as hydrogen storage scaffolds is imperative due to their porous nature and favorable physicochemical ***,the storage capacity of the unmodified zeolites has been rather un.a.isfactory(0.224%-1.082%(mass))compared to its modified ***,the contemporary focus on en.a.cing hydrogen storage capacities has led to significant attention towards the utilization of modified zeolites,with studies exploring surface modifications through physical and chemical treatments,as well as the integration of various active *** en.a.ced hydrogen storage properties of zeolites are attributed to the presence of aluminosilicates from alkaline and alkaline-earth metals,resulting in increased storage capacity through interactions with the charge density of these ***,there is a great demand to critically review their role such as well-defined topology,pore structure,good thermal stability,and tunable hydrophilicity in en.a.ced hydrogen *** article aimed to critically review the recent research findings based on modified zeolite performance for en.a.ced hydrogen *** of the factors affecting the hydrogen storage capacities of zeolites that can.a.fect the rate of reaction.a.d the stability of the adsorbent,like pressure,structure,and morphology were studied,and ***,future perspectives,recommen.a.ions,and directions for modified zeolites were discussed.

Man.a. investigation of chest radiography(CXR)images by physicians is crucial for effective decision-making in COVID-19 ***,the high demand during the pandemic necessitates auxiliary help through image analysis and machine learning *** study presents a multi-threshold-based segmen.a.ion technique to probe high pixel intensity regions in CXR images of various pathologies,including normal *** information is extracted using gray co-occurrence matrix(GLCM)-based features,while vessel-like features are obtained using Frangi,Sato,and Meijering *** learning models employing Decision Tree(DT)and RandomForest(RF)approaches are designed to categorize CXR images into common lung infections,lung opacity(LO),COVID-19,and viral pneumon.a.VP).The results demonstrate that the fusion of texture and vesselbased features provides an effective ML model for aiding *** ML model validation using performance measures,including an.a.curacy of approximately 91.8%with an RF-based classifier,supports the usefulness of the feature set and classifier model in categorizing the four different ***,the study investigates the importance of the devised features in identifying the underlying pathology and incorporates histogrambased *** analysis reveals varying natural pixel distributions in CXR images belonging to the normal,COVID-19,LO,and VP groups,motivating the incorporation of additional features such as mean,stan.a.d deviation,skewness,and percentile based on the filtered ***,the study achieves a considerable improvement in categorizing COVID-19 from LO,with a true positive rate of 97%,further substantiating the effectiveness of the methodology implemented.

Morin.a.oleifera is well known.a. a highly nutritious plant and a water purifier in fish *** fish has many impressive qualities making them very suitable for ***,this study aimed to evaluate the effect of supplemen.a.ion of Morin.a.oleifera aqueous extract(MOAE)at varying concentrations(0,100,200,and 400 mg/kg diet for 90 days)on growth performance,hematological,and some biochemical parameters of nile ***,histological changes and immunohistochemical expression of caspase 3 in gills and livers were *** en.a.cements(Pn the final weight,weight gain,specific growth rate,red blood cells,hemoglobin,packed cell volume,white blood cells,and total serum protein were observed in fish fed 200 mg MOAE/kg diet compared with other ***,a significant reduction(Pnd kidney function tests and non-significant changes in lipid profile were *** the other hand,fish fed 400 mg MOAE/kg diet revealed disturbance in the corresponding *** histological degenerative changes were detected in the gills and liver of fish fed 400 mg MOAE/kg *** comparison,fish fed 200 mg MOAE/kg diet showed the best histo-architectures of these organs compared with other *** immune expressions of caspase 3 were determined where gills and liver of fish fed 400 mg MOAE/kg diet revealed extensive number of positive caspase 3 cells indicating severe apoptotic ***,a dietary MOAE at 200 mg/kg diet is recommended to improve the growth performance,hematological parameters,liver and kidney functions in nile ***,caution must be considered when using MOAE at a concentration over 200 mg/kg diet.

Background There is increasing epidemiological evidence supporting the association between onchocerciasis and seizures, reinforcing the concept of onchocerciasis-associated epilepsy (OAE). The aim of this paper is to provide an update on the new knowledge about OAE and to propose recommen.a.ions to the World Health Organization how to address this public health *** text During the 2nd International Workshop on OAE held on 19-21 September, 2023, in.a.twerp, Belgium, participants recognised OAE as a substantial yet neglected public health problem, particularly in.a.eas of sub-Saharan.a.rica where onchocerciasis remains hyperendemic. Evidence from prospective population-based studies suggest that strengthening onchocerciasis elimination efforts leads to a significant reduction of OAE incidence. There is a need to validate an OAE case definition to estimate the burden of disease and identify onchocerciasis-endemic areas requiring intensification of onchocerciasis elimination programmes and integration of epilepsy care. It is expected that raising awareness about OAE will boost the population uptake of ivermectin. The implemen.a.ion of a community-based epilepsy treatment programme offering free anti-seizure medications (ASMs) has shown high effectiveness in reducing the frequency of seizures and improving the overall quality of life of people with *** To reduce OAE burden, en.a.ced collaboration between onchocerciasis and men.a. health programmes at community, national, and international levels is required. Urgent efforts are needed to ensure the uninterrupted provision of free ASMs in onchocerciasis-endemic areas. Objective: The great saphenous vein (GSV) is commonly used as a conduit for grafting during CABG surgery, and open GSV harvesting (OVH), commonly used with long incision to expose the vein. However, endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH) is an.a.ternative approach, utilizing specialized instruments and small incisions to harvest the vein. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on.a.cohort of patients who underwent Coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) requiring great saphenous vein (GSV) harvesting which was done by EVH or OVH procedures. Demographic variables, including age and gender, were assessed for both groups. Intraoperative variables such as the number of grafts, cardiopulmonary bypass time, X clamp time, and type of procedure were analyzed. Postoperative variables, including infection.a.d bleeding rates, were also evaluated. Results: The study included 30 patients each undergoing Coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) with need of great saphenous vein harvesting which was done by EVH and OVH. Demographic variables were well-matched between the two groups in terms of age, while a significant difference in gender distribution was observed. Obesity and smoking were more prevalent in the OVH group, and EVH was associated with a higher mean number of grafts compared to OVH. Conversion to an open technique occurred in.a.portion of the EVH cases, and infection rates did not significantly differ between the EVH and OVH groups. However, the incidence of postoperative bleeding was significantly higher in the EVH group. Conclusion: This study provides valuable insights into the demographic, intraoperative, and postoperative variables associated with EVH and OVH techniques. EVH demonstrated advan.a.es in terms of reduced infection rates compared to OVH. However, the higher incidence of postoperative bleeding associated with EVH raises concerns about potential risks.

In our consideration.a.comparison between four different types of controllers for suppression the vibrations of the cantilever beam excited by an external force is carried *** four types are the lin.a. velocity feedback control,the cubic velocity feedback control,the non-lin.a. saturation controller(nSC)and the positive position feedback(PPF)*** suitable type is the PPF controller for suppression the vibrations of the cantilever *** approximate solution obtained up to the first approximation by using the multiple scale *** PPF controller effectiveness is studied on the *** used frequency-response equations to investigate the stability of a cantilever *** notified that,there is a good agreement between the analytical solution.a.d the numerical solution.

Routing is a key function inWireless Sensor networks(WSns)since it facilitates data transfer to base *** attacks have the potential to destroy and degrade the functionality ofWSns.A trustworthy routing system is essential for routing security andWSn *** methods have been implemented to build trust between routing nodes,including the use of cryptographic methods and centralized ***,the majority of routing techniques are unworkable in reality due to the difficulty of properly identifying untrusted routing node *** the moment,there is no effective way to avoid malicious node *** a consequence of these concerns,this paper proposes a trusted routing technique that combines blockchain infrastructure,deep neural networks,and Markov Decision Processes(MDPs)to improve the security and efficiency of WSn *** authenticate the transmission process,the suggested methodology makes use of a Proof of Authority(PoA)mechanism inside the blockchain *** validation group required for proofing is chosen using a deep learning approach that prioritizes each node’s *** are then utilized to determine the suitable next-hop as a forwarding node capable of securely transmitting *** to testing data,our routing system outperforms current routing algorithms in.a.50%malicious node routing scenario.
