The high turbulent mixer (HTM) process is benefit for improving the quality of iron and steel, but the refractory of the reactor is easy to be eroded by slag and liquid metal at high temperature. Especially for the violent mixing in HTM, refractory can also be impacted by molten metal (iron or steel), so it is very important to study and find out new refractory to meet the demand of HTM. Suitable refractory not only can stand the eroding of slag and liquid metal, but also can reduce the loss of electromagnetic energy. According to the experimental results, the influence of different refractory on electromagnetic force is unconspicuous, the refractory with Al2O3-base is better than that with MgO-base for standing the erosion by slag and iron. Al2O3-base refractory is more suitable for HTM process.

＜正＞In this lecture, we will give a general introduction to the recently developing soft-collinear effective theory （SCET）. The lecture is organized into three parts after a brief introduction. At first, we present the ingredients of SCET and formulate the leading SCET Lagrangian, which allows us to simplify the proofs of （ultra）soft-collinear factorization through field redefinition;then we derive the SCET Lagrangian and heavy-to-light currents beyond the leading power;finally we will discuss some aspects of recently developing two-stage matching procedure and its application to the proof of factorization of B →πform factors at the large recoil.

与典型的耐磨防护材料（如金属陶瓷）相比,铁基材料不仅对人体更健康、更具有环境友好性,而且在材料成本和加工费用方面,其经济效益也更明显。当喷涂粉末的粒度非常细时（小于15um）,所获得的涂层表面更光滑,而且能获得相对较薄的、致密的、接近净成形的涂层。这就会降低涂层材料及加工的费用。本研究采用大气等离子（APS）喷涂粒度为5~15um的铁基细粉制备印刷行业耐磨防护涂层。为了避免细的铁基粉末在喷涂过程中的氧化问题,本研究设计并制备了一个防护罩。在APS设备上安装了这种特殊的防护罩以防止铁基材料的氧化;本文对所制备涂层的显微组织、显微硬度、化学成分、相组成和表面粗糙度进行了分析,同时介绍了这种涂层所产生的经济效益。

为了控制气候变化,欧盟已经承诺,到2020年,CO2气体的排放量将比1990年减少30%。二氧化碳总排放量的20%来源于交通,其中道路交通占据了交通气体排放的84%以上。为了实现二氧化碳减排的目标,汽车行业不得不执行更严格的排放标准。汽车行业减排只有通过减轻车身重量和提高发动机和传动系统的效率方可实现。内燃机中接近50%的能量用来克服活塞环与气缸内壁之间的摩擦阻力,因此气缸内壁以及活塞环上均被涂上新型的低摩擦材料,以减少该部位带来的能量损失。论文中采用线性往复摩擦试验机表征气缸壁和活塞环间的摩擦行为,以便找出最佳的涂层组合。

Local orientation analysis was used to investigate the continuous recrystallization process in a pure Al 1.3%Mn alloy with the emphasis on the influence of matrix orientations on the subgrain growth and precipitation. Results show that the differences of (mis)orientations in deformed matrices give rise to inhomogeneous subgrain growth and precipitation with respect to precipitate density and morphologies. Moreover, no apparent high angle grain boundaries were developed by accumulation of misorientations during subgrain growth.

Granites are hard and sound rock at relatively fresh or unweathered condition. Steep rocky slopes are the characteristic features in the area occupied by granites of the Lesser Himalaya including Kathmandu nappe. Almost vertical to sometimes overhanging slopes in granites look stable in dry season, but the steeper slopes in the areas occupied by granitic rocks are metastable to unstable. The instabilities are related to: variation in texture and mineral composition of granite, nature and intensity of weathering (mechanical and chemical), altitude of the area, orientation of natural slope with reference to the predominant joint sets, quality of rock mass, stress release and activity of subsurface water during monsoon. The study is supposed to be an example for the study of the slope instabilities in the other part of the Himalaya occupied by granitic bodies.
