This paper presents a sm.rt checkout system.designed to m.tigate the issues of noise and errors present in the existing barcode and RFID-based system. used at retail stores’checkout *** is achieved by integrating a novel AI algorithm.called Im.roved Laser Sim.lator Logic(ILSL)into the RFID *** enhanced RFID system.was able to im.rove the accuracy of item.identification,reduce noise interference,and stream.ine the overall checkout *** potential of the system.or noise detection and elim.nation was initially investigated through a sim.lation study usingm.TLAB and ILSL ***,it was deployed in a sm.ll-scale environm.nt to validate its real-world *** show that RFID with the proposed new algorithm.ILSL and AI basket is capable of accurately detecting the related item.while elim.nating noise originating from.nrelated objects,achieving an accuracy rate of 88%.

BACKGROUND Colorectal cancer(CRC)is a prevalent global m.lignancy with com.lex prognostic ***-associated m.crophages(TAm.)have shown paradoxical associations with CRC survival,particularly concerning the m. *** We aim.d to establish a sim.lified protocol for quantifying m.-like TAm. and explore their correlation with clinicopathological *** A cross-sectional study included histopathological assessm.nt of paraffinem.edded tissue blocks obtained from.43 CRC *** CD68 and CD163 im.unohistochem.stry,we quantified TAm. in tum.r strom. and front,focusing on m. ***,histopathological,and clinical param.ters were *** TAm.density was significantly higher at the tum.r front,with the m. proportion three tim.s greater in both *** tum.r front had a higher m. proportion,which correlated significantly with advanced tum.r stage(P=0.04),pathological nodal involvem.nt(P=0.04),and lym.hovascular invasion(LVI,P=0.01).However,no significant association was found between the m. proportion in the tum.r strom. and clinicopathological *** Our study introduces a sim.lified protocol for quantifying m.-like TAm. in CRC tissue *** dem.nstrated a significant correlation between an increased m. proportion at the tum.r front and advanced tum.r stage,nodal involvem.nt,and *** suggests that m.-like TAm. m.ght serve as potential indicators of disease progression in CRC,warranting further investigation and potential clinical application.

The objective of this investigation is to assess the effect of obstacles on num.rical heat transfer and fluid flow m.m.ntum.in a rectangular m.crochannel(m.).Two distinct configurations were studied:one without obstacles and the other with alternating obstacles placed on the upper and lower *** research utilized the therm.l lattice Boltzm.nn m.thod(LBm.,which solves the energy and m.m.ntum.equations of fluids with the BGK approxim.tion,im.lem.nted in a Python coding *** jum. and slip velocity conditions were utilized in the sim.lation for the m. and extended to all obstacle *** study aim. to analyze the rarefaction effect,with Knudsen num.ers(Kn)of 0.012,0.02,and *** outcom.s indicate that rarefaction has a significant im.act on the velocity and tem.erature *** presence of nine obstacles led to slower fluid m.vem.nt inside the m.crochannel m.,resulting in faster cooling at the *** m.s with obstacles,the rarefaction effect plays a crucial role in decreasing the Nusselt num.er(Nu)and skin friction coefficient(Cf).Furtherm.re,the study dem.nstrated that the obstacles played a crucial role in boosting fluid flow and heat transfer in the *** findings suggest that the exam.ned configurations could have potential applications as cooling technologies in m.cro-electro-m.chanical system. and m.crodevice applications.

Seed prim.ng is a pre-germ.nated technique that can enhance seed germ.nation percentage,faster and synchro-nized germ.nation,better seedling growth,and yield under stress *** ascertain the m.st effective seed prim.ng m.thod that would ensure the potential yield of wheat in Bangladesh,two experim.nts were carried out from.Decem.er 2021 to m.rch 2022 at the Departm.nt of Agronom.,Bangladesh Agricultural *** wheat varieties nam.ly BARI Gom.28 and BWm.I Gom.1 were subjected to a range of prim.ng chem.cals in both lab and pot *** com.ounds included the following:control(no prim.ng),hydroprim.ng(distilled water),10000 ppm.KNO_(3),15000 ppm.KNO_(3),40000 ppm.m.nnitol,60000 ppm.m.nnitol,10000 ppm.NaCl,20000 ppm.NaCl,100 ppm.PEG,150 ppm.PEG,500 ppm.NaOCl,1000 ppm.NaOCl,10000 ppm.CaCl_(2),20000 ppm.CaCl_(2),10000 ppm.KCl and 20000 ppm.KCl.A com.lete random.zed design(CRD)with three repli-cations was used to set up the *** results showed that BARI Gom.28 and BWm.I Gom.1 responded best to KCl prim.ng in term. of rapid seed germ.nation and strong seedling *** the other hand,the best prim.ng agents for plant growth and productivity turned out to be CaCl_(2) and *** results of this study support the possibility of using seed prim.ng as a technique to im.rove wheat plant developm.nt and output by raising seed em.rgence and survival rates.
