Effect of Phosphorus Fertilization to P Uptake and Dry Matter Accumulation in Soybean with Different P Efficiencies

Phosphorus （P） is an essential element for plant growth and yield. Improving phosphorus use efficiency of crops could potentially reduce the application of chemical fertilizer and alleviate environmental damage. Soybean （Glycine max （L.） Merr.） is sensitive to phosphorus （P） in the whole life history. Soybean cultivars with different P efficiencies were used to study P uptake and dry matter accumulation under different P levels. Under low P conditions, the P contents of leaf in high P efficiency cultivars were greater than those in low P efficiency cultivars at the branching stage. The P accumulation in stems of high P efficiency cultivars and in leaves of low P efficiency cultivars increased with increasing P concentration at the branching stage. At the late podding stage, the P accumulation of seeds in high and low P efficiency cultivars were 22.5 and 26.0%, respectively; and at the mature stage were 69.8 and 74.2%, respectively. In average, the P accumulation in whole plants and each organ was improved by 24.4% in high P efficiency cultivars compared to low P efficiency cultivars. The biomass between high and low P efficiency cultivars were the same under extended P condition, while a significant difference was observed at late pod filling stage. At the pod setting stage, the biomass of high P efficiency cultivars were significant greater （17.4%） than those of low P efficiency cultivars under high P condition. Meanwhile, under optimum growth conditions, there was little difference ofbiomass between the two types of cultivars, however, the P agronomic efficiency and P harvest index were significant higher in high P efficiency cultivars than those in low P efficiency cultivars.

The quantum confinement effect is important in nanoelectronics and optoelectronics applications; however, there is a discrepancy between the theory of quantum confinement, which indicates that band-gap widening occurs only at small sizes, and experimental observations of band-gap widening in large-diameter nanowires （NWs）. This paper reports an obvious blue shift of the absorption edge in the UV-visible absorption spectra of SiC NWs with diameters of 50-300 nm. On the basis of quantum confinement theory and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy images of SiC NWs, band-gap widening in SiC NWs with diameters of up to hundreds of nanometers is fully explained; the results could help to explain similar band-gap widening in other NWs with large diameters.

To determine whether existing exercise therapies can restore the joint position sense(JPS)deficits of patients with chronic ankle instability(CAI)when compared with controlled non-training *** databases were searched using ankle,injury,proprioception,and exercise-therapy-related ***-reviewed human studies in English that used the absolute errors score of joint position reproduction(JPR)test to compare the JPS of injured ankles in CAI patients before and after exercise therapy and non-training controls were included and *** information,sample size,description of exercise therapies,methodological details of the JPR test,and absolute error scores were extracted by two researchers ***-analysis of the differences in JPS changes(i.e.,absolute errors after treatment minus the baseline)between the exercise therapies and non-training controls was performed with the weighted mean difference(WMD)and 95%confidence interval(CI).Seven studies were finally ***-analyses revealed significantly higher improvements in passive JPS during inversion with,WMD?1.54and eversion,of,WMD?1.80,after exercise therapies when compared with non-training ***,no significant changes in the impaired side active JPS were observed with regard to inversion and *** exercise therapies may have a positive effect on passive JPS during inversion and eversion,but do not restore the active JPS deficits of injured ankles in patients with CAI when compared with non-training *** exercise components with a longer duration that focus on active JPS with longer duration are needed to supplement the existing content of exercise therapies.

目的通过动物实验探究左西孟旦(levosimendan,LEVO)对低氧肺动脉高压(hypoxic pulmonary hypertension,HPH)的作用,使用网络药理学方法与分子对接技术进一步探索其潜在作用机制。方法构建HPH大鼠模型,检测右心收缩压及右心重构指数;通过HE、Masson和VG染色分析大鼠肺组织病理学变化。检索Swiss Target Prediction、DrugBank Online、BatMan、Targetnet、SEA、PharmMapper数据库,筛选药物靶点;从GeneCards、OMIM数据库中检索疾病靶点;确定二者交集靶点后,构建“药物-靶点-疾病”网络;构建蛋白互作网络并筛选出核心靶点;使用DAVID数据库进行GO和KEGG通路富集分析;用AutoDock软件对核心靶点进行分子对接。结果动物实验结果表明,LEVO对HPH具有明显治疗作用;网络药理学结果显示,SRC、HSP90AA1、MAPK1、PIK3R1、AKT1、HRAS、MAPK14、LCK、EGFR、ESR1等是发挥治疗作用的关键靶点;分子对接显示,LEVO与度值前5的核心靶点均对接良好。结论LEVO可能通过多靶点发挥对HPH的治疗作用。

Study on Plant Morphological Traits and Production Characteristics of Super High-Yielding Soybean

Super high-yielding soybean cultivar Liaodou 14, soybean cultivars from Ohio in the United States, and the common soybean cultivars from Liaoning Province, China, with similar geographic latitudes and identical pod-bearing habits were used as the study materials for a comparison of morphological traits and production characteristics to provide a theoretical basis for the breeding of improved super high-yielding soybean cultivars. Using a randomized block design, different soybean cultivars from the same latitude were compared under conventional and unconventional treatments for their production characteristics, including morphological traits, leaf area index （LAI）, net photosynthesis rate, and dry matter accumulation. The specific characteristics of the super high-yielding soybean cultivar Liaodou 14 were analyzed. The results showed that the plant height of Liaodou 14 was significantly lower than that of the common cultivars from Liaoning, whereas the number of its main-stem nodes was higher than that of the cultivars from Ohio or Liaoning. A high pod density was observed in Liaodou 14 under conventional treatments. Under both conventional and unconventional treatments, the branch number of Liaodou 14 was markedly higher than that of the common cultivars from Liaoning, and its branch length and leaf inclination angle were significantly higher than those of common cultivars from Liaoning or Ohio. Only small changes in the leaf inclination angle were observed in Liaodou 14 treated with conventional or unconventional methods. Under each treatment, Liaodou 14 exhibited the lowest amplitude of reduction in SPAD values and net photosynthesis rates from the grain-filling to ripening stages; the cultivars from Ohio and the common cultivars from Liaoning exhibited more significant reductions. 具有维护祖国统一和民族团结的政治立场是内高班人才培养的首要目标。本研究对内高班民族团结教育的现状和成效进行了实证调查。通过对北京市10所内高班承办学校的主管领导进行访谈,总结出内高班实施民族团结教育的三种主要途径:一是开展形式多样、内容丰富的民族团结教育主题活动;二是将课堂教学作为民族团结教育的主渠道和主阵地;三是形成了各具特色的学校民族团结教育管理或校本课程开发模式。如何有效促进内高班学生的学习、生活适应以及如何增进内高班学生和本地学生之间的相互理解是内高班民族团结教育面临的两个重要挑战。通过对北京市3077名内高班学生和100名内高班教师进行问卷调查,结果表明:(1)内高班民族团结教育整体上取得了较好的成效,学生的国家认同态度总体正向、积极;(2)促进族际交往是进一步提升民族团结教育成效的关键,而混合编班更有利于各民族学生之间的族际交往;(3)内高班教师接受的多元文化教育培训相对缺乏;(4)内高班封闭式管理制度"严格有余,理解不足"。在此基础上提出了进一步推进混班教学,加强内高班教师的多元文化教育培训,搭建广泛的社会融入平台等提高内高班民族团结教育成效的针对性建议。

With distinct advantages such as high gravimetric and volumetric capacity(5855 mAh·cm-3and 820mAh·g-1), low redox potential(-0.762 V vs. standard hydrogen electrode（SHE）), high abundance, low toxicity and intrinsic safety of Zn metal anode, Zn-ion batteries have become a potential alternative to Li-ion ***, several challenges still need to be addressed prior to the practical applications of Zn-ion batteries, such as dendrite growth during Zn plating/stripping and interfacial side reactions on the Zn surface. Such issues can be addressed by introducing additives to regulate the components and structures of the electrolyte. In this review, we systematically discussed the core issues of metallic Zn anodes and comprehensively summarized a novel perspective of the regulation mechanism of inhibiting dendrite growth or interfacial side reactions in Zn anodes by introducing additives into aqueous ***, some discussions and prospects for aqueous Zn ion batteries（AZIBs） are presented for future research.
