A level line of the Gaussian free field with measure-valued boundary conditions

In this article, we construct samples of Schramm-Loewner-evolution-like curves out of samples ofthe conformal loop ensemble and Poisson point processes of Brownian excursions. We show that the laws of thesecurves depend continuously on the intensity measure of the Brownian excursions. Using such a construction ofcurves, we extend the notion of level lines of the Gaussian free field to the case where the boundary conditionis measure-valued.

The research was achieved by applying several questionnaires and evaluation tests that have shown the efficacy of using the computer in building active thought and skills in the graphical representation of functions , within a Cartesian reference system xOy. Our research was based on the following hypothesis: if we systematically use, in lessons of algebra and mathematical analysis, the GeoGebra software for drawing the graph of a function, then we shall contribute to building attitudes and competences in using the computer for the graphical representation of functions , within a Cartesian reference system xOy. The purpose of our study is to present a practical computer use model for the students from the Pre- and In-Service Teacher Training Department, “Vasile Alecsandri” University of Bacau, during their pedagogical practice stage of continuous training, aimed at building practical skills in supporting the teaching-learning process with computers. To deal with these issues, we are trying to find the best teaching-learning strategies by using the calculus technique. The research was conducted at the “Stefan cel Mare” National Pedagogical College from Bacau, by assisting 20 lessons of mathematics and 20 lessons of Information and Communication Technology, involving a group of 104 students in the 11th grade. In order to verify the hypothesis, we have established several objectives that orient and guide our activity: knowing the initial level of mathematical training in terms of graphical representation of functions;identifying the frame and reference objectives of the curriculum for mathematical education regarding the graphical representation of functions;designing and conducting a teaching process focused on the use of the computer and the GeoGebra software in learning the graphical representation of functions;final evaluation of the students’ level of training regarding the graphical representation of functions in a plane.

When,it is applied,in the accountancy of the company The Accountancy of the Environment,two groups of experts work in this field which are:1) the accountancy group (accountants),which has the role to evaluate,to pursue,to register the sales of products (input- output),the incomes underlined on cost centres,the buying costs (sales prices,internal prices,the calculus of the duties and taxes etc);2) The group of technology (technologies),which has the role to elaborate material balances,of water,energy,waste,emissions expressed in physical unities and under the shape of costs,to identify the costs for the equipments of capture and treatment of emissions,for the application of the clean technologies,to evaluate the number of hours as manual labour,the necessary operations of costs distributions on different leve(?)s of dealing with the *** main document pursuit by the deciders,as support for reporting within the enterprise or in its exterior is the File that refers to the costs of environment protection,made at the level of a calendar *** main factors that influence the costs of enviromnent protection are:the climate,the used water,waste,soil and phreatic water,noise,vibrations,radiations and biodiversity and *** the File that refers to the costs of the environment protection,the main categories of expenses and costs for the environment protection are:waste and emission treatment;the usage of equipments;maintenance,materials for operations and services;stuff, taxes;fines,penalties,insurances for environment responsibilities;reserves for average depollution;the prevention and the management of the environment *** conclude,in spite of an important initial effort at global level,the accounts of environment accountancy were practically limited to the expenses accounts for the environment protection.

The social programs represent the redistribution of revenues collected from taxpayers toward persons considered to be in need according to the public policies. Therefore, the govemment-financed welfare program is often looked as a type of a safety net of the state itself by groups of persons having certain features which are detected according to a selection process. The state should grant the ultimate successive safety net to persons in whose cases the previous safety nets would have failed. The beneficiaries are persons selected by different decision-makers who are aware of the actual status of that person. The individual who actually grants the access to the social program does not have all the necessary data. In this context, is the redistribution system effective？ The study aims to determine an equilibrium in social assistance and effective methods for providing social benefits. The study has proposed to build a model using the concept of labelling. The quantitative model hereby proposed represents a possibility to design social programs in circumstances of asymmetric information. Therefore, it reveals the sensitivity of the social programs toward social controls or penalties, and it has a stabilizing effect on the economic crisis. The study proposes the use of an expert system （SE） in redistributing incomes in social assistance and concrete ways of state intervention.

The insecticidal efficacy of the diatomaceous earth against granary weevil, Sitophilus granarius L. （Coleoptera： Curculionidae）, with two essential oils for the degree of repellent activity, was evaluated in an experimental model in laboratory tests. The diatomaceous earth was obtained from three Romanian sources （Patirlagele, Urloaia and Adamclisi） and was applied at four doses of 100, 300, 500 and 900 ppm （5, 15, 25 and 45 mg, respectively） on three replicates each variant. Mortality of S. granarius adults was estimated after 7, 14 and 21 d of exposure on treated grain. The insecticidal efficacy of the examined diatomaceous earth against the granary weevil was highly influenced by exposure time, dose and essential oil type. The longer exposure times increased weevil mortality in the case of low doses （100 ppm and 300 ppm）. After 60 d from the experiment initiation, the exposed grains from each variant were assessed about the progeny production. For the model proposed as bio-experiment, two essential oils in concentration of 80μL/L air and 125μL/L of Thymus vulgaris L. and Satureja hortensis L., respectively, were tested compared with untreated control in laboratory conditions. Both plant species belong to the family Lamiaceae, and the major active insecticidal compound was thymol among other providing to terpenoid class, such as eugenol and linalool. The species S. granarius chosen for experimental model was grown in the Research-Development Institute of Plant Protection （RDIPP） Bucharest bio-base. The results show that mortality induced from diatomaceous earth was at the level between 83.33% and 100% in all variants after 21 d, compared with untreated control and a standard product Silicosec.
