Aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs)have been regarded as prospective rechargeable energy storage devices because of the high theoretical capacity and low redox potential of Zn ***,the uncontrollable formation of dendrites and the water-induced side reactions at the Zn/electrolyte interface,and the poor reversibility under a high current density(>2 mA·cm^(-2))and large area capacity(>2 mAh·cm^(-2))still limit the practical applications of ***,a strategy that can overcome these difficulties is urgently ***,we introduce an environmentally friendly and low-cost additive,namely urea,to the electrolyte of AZIBs to induce uniform Zn deposition and suppress the side *** of the adsorption behavior,electrochemical characterization,and observations of the morphology revealed the interfacial modification induced by urea on the Zn/electrolyte interface,demonstrating its huge potential in ***,the long-term cycling stability(over2100 h)of a Zn/Zn symmetric cell under a high current density of 5 mA·cm^(-2)and a capacity of 5 mAh·cm^(-2)was achieved with a 1 mol·L^(-1)ZnSO_(4)electrolyte with the urea ***,the assembled Zn/NH_4V_4O_(10)full cell with urea exhibited excellent cycling performance and an outstanding average Coulombic efficiency of 99.98%.These results indicate that this is a low-cost and effective additive strategy for realizing highly reversible AZIBs.

Prokaryotes play a fundamental role in global ocean biogeochemical ***,how the abundance and metabolic activity of ecologically distinct subgroups(i.e.,high nucleic acid(HNA)and low nucleic acid(LNA)cells),and their regulating factors,change in response to changing marine environmental conditions remains poorly ***,we delved into the time-evolving dynamic responses of the HNA and LNA prokaryotic subgroups to declining resource availability and selective grazing by protozoa by conducting a 73-day incubation experiment in a large-volume(117,000 L)macrocosm that facilitates community-level *** found that the metabolic activity of the HNA subgroup was higher than that of the LNA subgroup when the macrocosm was resource replete but that the HNA subgroup declined more rapidly than the LNA subgroup as the resources became increasingly scarce,leading to a steadily increasing contribution of LNA cells to prokaryotic ***,as resources in the macrocosm became limited,protozoan grazing preference shifted from the HNA to the LNA subgroup and the contributions of the LNA subgroup to the carbon flow within the macrocosm *** findings highlight the resilience of LNA cells in resource-limited environments,illuminate the critical role of selective grazing by protozoa in balancing distinct prokaryotic subgroups under changing resource conditions,and demonstrate the complex and adaptive interactions between protozoa and prokaryotes across diverse environmental contexts.

Coronal magnetic fields evolve quasi-statically over long timescales and dynamically over short *** of now there exist no regular measurements of coronal magnetic fields,and therefore generating the coronal magnetic field evolution using observations of the magnetic field at the photosphere is a fundamental requirement to understanding the origin of transient phenomena from solar active regions(ARs).Using the magneto-friction(MF)approach,we aim to simulate the coronal field evolution in the solar AR *** MF method is implemented in the open source PENCIL COdE along with a driver module to drive the initial field with different boundary conditions prescribed from observed vector magnetic fields at the *** order to work with vector potential and the observations,we prescribe three types of bottom boundary drivers with varying free-magnetic *** MF simulation reproduces the magnetic structure,which better matches the sigmoidal morphology exhibited by Atmospheric Imaging Assembly(AIA)images at the pre-eruptive *** found that the already sheared field further driven by the sheared magnetic field will maintain and further build the highly sheared coronal magnetic configuration,as seen in AR ***-driven MF simulation is a viable tool to generate the coronal magnetic field evolution,capturing the formation of the twisted flux rope and its eruption.

Yield improvement has long been an important task for soybean breeding in the world in order to meet the increasing demand for food and animal *** R396 genes have been shown to negatively regulate grain size in rice,but whether mi R396 family members may function in a similar manner in soybean is ***,we generated eight soybean mutants harboring different combinations of homozygous mutations in the six soybean mi R396genes through genome editing with clustered regularly interspaced palindromic repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated nuclease(Cas)12SF01 in the elite soybean cultivar Zhonghuang 302(ZH302).Four triple mutants(mir396aci,mir396acd,mir396adf,and mir396cdf),two quadruple mutants(mir396-abcd and mir396acfi),and two quintuple mutants(mir396abcdf and mir396bcdfi)were *** found that plants of all the mir396 mutants produced larger seeds compared to ZH302 *** tests showed that mir396adf and mir396cdf plants have significantly increased yield in growth zones with relatively high latitude which are suited for ZH302 and moderately increased yield in lower *** contrast,mir396abcdf and mir396bcdfiplants have increased plant height and decreased yield in growth zones with relatively high latitude due to lodging issues,but they are suited for low latitude growth zones with increased yield without lodging *** together,our study demonstrated that loss-of-function of mi R396 genes leads to significantly enlarged seed size and increased yield in soybean,providing valuable germplasms for breeding high-yield soybean.

目的:研究银耳多糖对益生菌发酵驼乳改善环磷酰胺(cyclophosphamide,CTX)诱导的免疫抑制小鼠免疫和肠道黏膜屏障功能的影响。方法:测定益生菌发酵驼乳和银耳益生菌发酵驼乳的理化指标和抗氧化活性。BALB/C小鼠随机分为正常组(NC组)、模型组(Md组)、益生菌发酵驼乳组(FCM组)、银耳益生菌发酵驼乳组(FYCM组),每天分别灌胃0.2 mL生理盐水、生理盐水、益生菌发酵驼乳、银耳益生菌发酵驼乳,干预周期为30 d;最后4 d,除NC组之外,其余各组每天腹腔注射60 mg/kg m_(b)CTX构建免疫抑制模型。对小鼠脏器指数、脾淋巴细胞增殖活性、迟发型变态反应、细胞因子和免疫球蛋白含量、脾脏和空肠组织形态学进行分析。结果:低温贮藏21 d,FYCM的ph值从4.52缓慢下降到4.30,滴定酸度从95.7°T逐步上升到124.73°T,乳酸菌数量从9.40×10^(9)CFU/mL下降到8.38×10^(9)CFU/mL,持水力从39.23%下降到35.13%。与益生菌发酵驼乳相比,银耳益生菌发酵驼乳的抗氧化能力极显著提高(Pd组相比,FYCM可显著提高免疫抑制小鼠的脏器指数、脾淋巴细胞增殖率和迟发性超敏反应能力,上调白细胞介素-6、干扰素-γ、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M、肠道分泌型免疫球蛋白A水平,修复脾脏和空肠黏膜结构,且其效果显著优于FCM。结论:银耳益生菌发酵驼乳具有调节免疫和肠道黏膜屏障功能的潜力,在功能性乳品市场具有广阔的应用前景。

I could feel the pressure on my shoulders; from the hopes of my predecessors, my colleagues, and the board members. As a journal with a 57-year history, JIPB has built its credit over the years, publishing many original works in both Chinese and English. However, in the international scientific community, JIPB is still a minor player, especially under the current not-so-healthy impact factor-driven publishing environment.

为了综合评估蚯蚓堆肥在不同控制条件下堆肥质量和重金属的转化规律,综述了109篇文献,通过Meta分析定量探讨了蚯蚓种类、预堆肥时间、通风方式、初始C/N、初始ph和初始含水率对提高蚯蚓堆肥质量和降低重金属毒性方面的影响.结果表明,以上6分组因子均显著影响堆肥的质量和重金属毒性.经过蚯蚓堆肥后,以下营养指标含量显著增加:NO_(3)^(-)−N(116.2%)、TN(29.1%)、TP(31.2%)和TK(15.0%);而NH_(4)^(+)-N含量(−14.8%)和C/N(−36.3%)显著降低;同时也显著降低了最终堆肥中Cu和Cr总量及其生物有效性.综合考虑不同分组因子对堆肥质量和重金属影响的显著程度,若堆肥以促进腐熟和富集营养元素为目的,则建议堆体物料的初始含水率调节为70%~80%、C/N为30~85和ph为6~7,并进行0~15 d的预堆肥,通风方式采用自然放置方法;若以削弱物料中重金属危害为主要目的,则建议调节物料初始含水率为50%~60%、C/N小于30和ph为7~8,不进行预堆肥,定时翻堆,引用Eudrilus eugeniae种类进行蚯蚓堆肥.

Highly defective dark TiO_(2) Modified with Pt: Effects of Precursor Nature and Preparation Method on photocatalytic Properties

The study focused on the modification with platinum of dark defective titania obtained via pulsed laser ablation. Both the method of Pt introduction and the nature of the Pt precursor were varied. All samples exhibited similar phase compositions, specific surface areas, and Pt contents. High-resolution transmission electron microscopy coupled with pulsed CO adsorption revealed increased dispersity when photoreduction and the hydroxonitrate complex (Me _(4) N) _(2) [Pt _(2) (OH) _(2) (NO _(3) ) _(8) ] were used. The sample featured a high content of single-atom species and subnano-sized Pt clusters. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy results showed that the photoreduction method facilitated the appearance of a larger number of Pt ^(2+) states, which appeared owing to the strong metal-support interaction (SMSI) eff ect of the transfer of electron density from the electron-saturated defects on the TiO _(2) surface to Pt ^(4+) . In the hydrogen evolution reaction, samples with a significant fraction of the Pt ^(2+) ionic component, capable of generating short-lived Pt^(0) single-atom sites under irradiation due to the SMSI eff ect, exhibited the highest photocatalytic activity. The 0.5Pt(C)/TiO_(2) -ph sample exhibited the highest hydrogen yield with a quantum efficiency of 0.53, retaining its activity even after 8 h of operation.
