The greedy algorithm is a strong local searching algorithm. The genetic algorithm is generally applied to the global optimization problems. In this paper, we combine the greedy idea and the genetic algorithm to propose the greedy genetic algorithm which incorporates the global exploring ability of the genetic algorithm and the local convergent ability of the greedy algorithm. Experimental results show that greedy genetic algorithm gives much better results than the classical genetic algorithm.

＜正＞ In time series analysis almost all existing results are derived for the case where the driven noise {wn} in the MA part is with bounded variance （or conditional variance）. In contrast to this, the paper discusses how to identify coefficients in a multidimensional ARMA process with fixed orders, but in its MA part the conditional moment E（||wn||β| fn-1）,β＞ 2, is possible to grow up at a rate of a power of logn. The well-known stochastic gradient （SG） algorithm is applied to estimate the matrix coefficients of the ARMA process, and the reasonable conditions are given to guarantee the estimate to be strongly consistent.

Identification of the Wiener system composed of an infinite impulse response (IIR) linear subsystem followed by a static nonlinearity is *** recursive estimates for unknown coefficients of the linear subsystem and for the values of the nonlinear function at any fixed points are given by the stochastic approx-imation algorithms with expanding truncations (SAAWET).With the help of properties of the Markov chain connected with the linear subsystem,all estimates derived in the paper are proved to be strongly *** comparison with the existing results on the topic,the method presented in the paper simplifies the convergence analysis and requires weaker conditions.A numerical example is given,and the simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis.

Self-tuning Regulator for Hammerstein and Wiener Systems

＜正＞ In this paper, the adaptive regulation control is given for both Hammerstein and Wiener systems, which are composed of a linear ARMA subsystem cascaded with a static nonlinear block and are observed with additive noises. It is proved that the stochastic adaptive control given in the paper is optimal in the sense that it makes the averaged squared regulation errors to its minimum a.s. This probably is the first piece of work on stochastic adaptive control for this kind of nonlinear systems.

However,previous studies on network topologies underlie certain biological function are all based on specific mechanisms or ***,using a very general mathematical description,we investigate the topologies needed for perfect adaptation—a core function for living creatures in nature,just based on the interactions relationship among nodes:promotion,inhibition,and no *** find a necessary interactions relationship among nodes for the network to achieve perfect *** using this necessary condition,we can conclude that the coherent feedforward loop is incapable of performing perfect adaptation function and show that the saturation condition for the key protein CheR in the network of *** chemotaxis is essential.

This work is concerned with consensus control for a class of leader-following multi-agentsystems (MASs).The information that each agent received is corrupted by measurement *** the impact of noises on consensus,time-varying consensus gains are adopted,based on whichconsensus protocols are *** using the tools of stochastic analysis and algebraic graph theory,asufficient condition is obtained for the protocol to ensure strong mean square consensus under the *** condition is shown to be necessary and sufficient in the noise-free ***,by using a common Lyapunov function,the result is extended to the switching topology case.
