In today’s digital era,e-healthcare systems exploit digital technologies and telecommunication devices such as mobile devices,computers and the inter-net to provide high-quality healthcare services.E-healthcare decision support sys-tems have been developed to optimize the healthcare services and enhance a patient’s *** systems enable rapid access to the specialized healthcare services via reliable information,retrieved from the cases or the patient *** phenomenon reduces the time tak.n by the patients to physically visit the healthcare *** the current research work.a new Shufﬂed Frog Leap Optimizer with Deep Learning-based Decision Support System(SFLODL-DSS)is designed for the diagnosis of the Cardiovascular Diseases(CVD).The aim of the proposed model is to identify and classify the cardiovascular *** proposed SFLODL-DSS technique primarily incorporates the SFLO-based Feature Selection(SFLO-FS)approach for feature subset *** the pur-pose of classiﬁcation,the Autoencoder with Gated Recurrent Unit(AEGRU)model is ***,the Bacterial Foraging Optimization(BFO)algorithm is employed toﬁne-tune the hyperparameters involved in the AEGRU *** demonstrate the enhanced performance of the proposed SFLODL-DSS technique,a series of simulations was *** simulation outcomes established the superiority of the proposed SFLODL-DSS technique as it achieved the highest accuracy of 98.36%.Thus,the proposed SFLODL-DSS technique can be exploited as a proﬁcient tool in the future for the detection and classiﬁcation of CVD.

用HCl或HF对Re/H-ZSM-5催化剂进行了后处理,并在50～400℃用连续流动反应器研究了催化剂对环己烯加氢转化反应的影响.与HCl处理相比,HF处理显著提高了催化剂上环己烯加氢生成环己烷以及甲基环戊烯加氢生成甲基环戊烷的催化活性,这主要是因为HF处理催化剂具有较高的铼分散度、酸中心数及酸强度.Re/H-ZSM-5(HF)催化剂上最高的酸中心强度使其具有最高的加氢裂化活性及最低的环己烯脱氢生成环己二烯活性.在未处理的Re/H-ZSM-5催化剂上,沉积在分子筛载体孔道和空穴中非骨架Al和Si的量最少,因而对生成芳烃的脱氢反应具有最高活性.卤化氢处理催化剂上二甲苯异构体的相对产量表明:HF处理催化剂上,对二甲苯产量高于间二甲苯;HCl处理催化剂上,间二甲苯和对二甲苯产量基本相当;在未处理的催化剂上,间二甲苯量产量比对二甲苯高.此外,上述所有催化剂上的邻二甲苯产量均约等于对二甲苯与间二甲苯之和.

In this paper,we aim to systematically analyze the effectiveness of community based interventions(CBI)for the prevention and control of non-helminthic diseases including dengue,trypanosomiasis,chagas,leishmaniasis,buruli ulcer,leprosy and *** systematically reviewed literature published up to May 2013 and included 62 studies in this *** from our review suggest that CBI including insecticide spraying;insecticide treated bednets and curtains;community education and cleanliness campaigns;chemoprophylaxis through mass drug administration;and treatment have the potential to reduce the incidence and burden of non-helminthic *** of data limited the subgroup analysis for integrated and non-integrated delivery strategies however,qualitative synthesis suggest that integrated delivery is more effective when compared to vertical interventions;however,such integration was possible only because of the existing vertical vector control *** delivered interventions have the potential to achieve wider coverage and sustained community *** these diseases will require a multipronged approach including drug administration,health education,vector control and clean water and sanitation *** would require high level governmental commitment along with strong partnerships among major stak.holders.

Targetoid Polycyclic Concentric Hair Regrowth Pattern Is a Sign of Immunological Recovery in Alopecia Areata

Back.round: Alopecia areata is a common autoimmune disease, where there are many topical and systemic therapies, during which hair growth appears in a uniform pattern. In certain cases, hair regrowth tak.s a polycyclic pattern simulating a target, so called targetoid phenomena. Objective: To screen all cases of treated alopecia areata for hair targetoid regrowth pattern. ?Methods: This is an observational study, was conducted in Dermatology Department of Baghdad Teaching Hospital in Iraq, during the period, August 2017 to October 2017. All cases treated for alopecia areata with IM triamcinolone 20 - 40 mg injection every 2 week. with topical clobetasone ointment and zinc sulfate 2 mg/k./day for 2 months, were examined for the targetoid concentric hair regrowth pattern. Result: Among all cases of alopecia areata, seven patients were recorded to have the targetoid concentric hair pattern, which seen 2 - 4 week. after therapy, their ages ranged from 4 to 25 years old with a mean 14.5, all of them were males. All these patients returned back.with hair growth in a form of rings of hair growth alternating with rings of little or no hair growth forming a typical picture of target. Conclusion: Targetoid polycyclic concentric hair regrowth pattern is an important phenomenon seen in patients receiving treatment for alopecia areata, which is a good sign of recovery where its etiopathogenesis could not well be elucidated but alternating immunological reactions could explain this targetoid pattern.

Field study and regression modeling on soil water distribution with mulching and surface or subsurface drip irrigation systems

The soil water status was investigated under soil surface mulching techniques and two drip line depths from the soil surface(DL).These techniques were black.plastic film(BPF),palm tree waste(PTW),and no mulching(NM)as the control *** DL were 15 cm and 25 cm,with surface drip irrigation used as the *** results indicated that both the BPF and PTW mulching enhanced the soil water retention capacity and there was about 6%water saving in subsurface drip irrigation,compared with ***,the water savings at a DL of 25 cm were lower(15-20 mm)than those at a DL of 15 cm(19-24 mm),whereas surface drip irrigation consumed more *** distribution of soil water content(θv)for BPF and PTW were more useful than for ***,mulching the soil with PTW is recommended due to the lower costs and using a DL of 15 ***θv values were derived using multiple linear regression(MLR)and multiple nonlinear regression(MNLR)*** regression analysis revealed the superiority of the MLR over the MNLR model,which in the training and testing processes had coefficients of correlation of 0.86 and 0.88,root mean square errors of 0.37 and 0.35,and indices of agreement of 0.99 and 0.93,respectively,over the MNLR ***,DL and spacing from the drip line had a significant effect on the estimation of θv.

Applications of Thermal Imaging in Agriculture—A Review

In thermal remote sensing the invisible radiation patterns of objects are converted into visible images and these images are called thermograms or thermal images. Thermal images can be acquired using portable, hand-held or thermal sensors that are coupled with optical systems mounted on an airplane or satellite. This technology is a non-invasive, non-contact and non-destructive technique used to determine thermal properties and features of any object of interest and therefore it can be used in many fields, where heat is generated or lost in space and time. Potential use of thermal remote sensing in agriculture includes nursery and greenhouse monitoring, irrigation scheduling, plants disease detection, estimating fruit yield, evaluating maturity of fruits and bruise detection in fruits and vegetables. This paper reviews the application of thermal imaging in agriculture and its potential use in various agricultural practices.

Actual TDoA-based augmentation system for enhancing cybersecurity in ADS-B

Currently, cybersecurity and cyber resilience are emerging and urgent issues in nextgeneration air traffic surveillance systems, which depend primarily on Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast(ADS-B) owing to its low cost and high accuracy. Unfortunately, ADS-B is prone to cyber-attack.. To verify the ADS-B positioning data of aircraft, multilateration(MLAT)techniques that use Time Differences of Arrivals(TDoAs) have been proposed. MLAT exhibits low accuracy in determining aircraft positions. Recently, a novel technique using a theoretically calculated TDoA fingerprint map has been proposed. This technique is less dependent on the geometry of sensor deployment and achieves better accuracy than MLAT. However, the accuracy of the existing technique is not sufficiently precise for determining aircraft positions and requires a long computation time. In contrast, this paper presents a reliable surveillance framework.using an Actual TDoA-Based Augmentation System(ATBAS). It uses historically recorded real-data from the OpenSk. network.to train our TDoA fingerprint grid network. Our results show that the accuracy of the proposed ATBAS framework.in determining the aircraft positions is significantly better than those of the MLAT and expected TDoA techniques by 56.93% and 48.86%, respectively. Additionally, the proposed framework.reduced the computation time by 77% compared with the expected TDoA technique.

Using of <i>In-Situ</i>Mercury Film Sensor Hyphenated with Affinity Voltammetry for High Throughput Drug-Protein Binding Studies

A new simple and reliable in-situ mercury film sensor coupled with affinity differential pulse stripping voltammetry (ADSPV) or affinity cyclic voltammetry (ACV) was investigated. The interaction of fenoprofen with bovine serum albumin (BSA) onto the proposed electrochemical sensor was studied. The nature of the electrochemical process of fenoprofen by cyclic voltammetry was depicted. Reproducibility of the proposed method was check.d giving a precision of 0.073 standard deviation. The limit of detection and limit of quantification were 7.0 and 22.0 nmol/L, respectively. Fenoprofen was interacted with BSA by 1:1 stoichiometry to form electroinactive supramolecular complex. The binding constant was precisely estimated by non-linear regression analysis based on the shifting of analyte peak.potentials. The proposed experiments and data analysis could be used to investigate the drug-protein binding constant within a short analysis time compared to other chromatographic techniques.

Photo-Electrochemical Studies on TiO<sub>2</sub>-Doped Ce (III/IV) Oxides Nanoparticles in Aqueous Electrolytes

Photoelectrochemical studies on TiO2 doped with Ce2O3 or CeO2 took.place in aqueous solutions of [Fe(CN)6]4- as the source of hydrated electrons. Our studies show that doping TiO2 with CeO2 gave better photocatalytic reduction of [Fe(CN)6]3- than TiO2 doped with Ce2O3. However the TiO2 assemblies doped with either Ce(III) or Ce(IV) oxides give less photochemical reduction of [Fe(CN)6]3- that the oxides of pure metals (Ti or Ce). In both cases a lowering of the band gaps of TiO2 was noticed. Immobilized TiO2 doped with Ce oxides on a FTO (Fluorine Ten Oxide) surface gave greater photocurrent with I2/I3– than that recorded for [Fe(CN)6]3-/4- redox systems. Our studies indicate that the TiO2 doped with Ce2O3 or CeO2 maintained photoactivity after being immobilized in thin solid sheets and can be used in all solid state photoelectron-chemical cells.
