Nowadays,theuse of Avatars that are unique digital depictions has increased by users to access Metaverse—a virtual reality environment—through multiple devices and for various ***,the Avatar and Metaverse are being developed with a new theory,application,and design,necessitating the association of more personal data and devices of targeted users every *** Avatar and Metaverse technology explosion raises privacy and security concerns,leading to cyber ***-Honeypot,or Metaverse-Honeypot,as a commercial off-the-shelf solution that can counter these cyber attack-causing vulnerabilities,should be *** fill this gap,we study user’s engagements with Avatars in Metaverse,analyze possible security vulnerabilities,and create a model named simplified Avatar Relationship Association with Non-linear Gradient(SARANG)that draws the full diagram of infrastructure components and data flow through accessing Metaverse in this *** also determine the most significant threat for each component’s cyberattacks that will affect user data and *** a result,the commercial off-the-shelf(COTS)of the MV-Honeypot must be established.

The demand for photodetectors and image sensors has grown exponentially in the past decade in biomedical, security surveillance, robotics, automotive, quality control, image recognition, and military applications, due to their superior quality, broadband detection, lower noise, and economic viability. Here,we report a MoS2channel-based phototransistor over an HfO2/n-si substrate isolated by an h BN layer. The high photoresponse is achieved through the integration of the photoconduction, photogating, and mobility enhancement process by utilizing excellent features of MoS2, HfO2/si, and h BN. The capacitive coupling of the photogenerated carriers by high-k dielectric HfO2leads to modulation of MoS2Fermi level due to electrostatic doping. Furthermore, the MoS2also contributes to the photogeneration of carriers due to its semiconducting nature, leading to additional photocurrent. Ultimately, the combination of photogating,photoconduction, and swift carrier extraction with remarkable mobility of 11.65 cm2· V-1· s-1results in high responsivity, external quantum efficiency, and detectivity of 4.5 × 10～8A · W-1, 0.72 × 10～6, and 6.20× 1016Jones at 266 nm illumination, respectively. The device also demonstrates broadband photoresponse from 266–1000 nm wavelengths. The high responsivity distinguishes the potential of our device for the future of optoelectronics and broadband image sensing applications.

Software project outcomes heavily depend on natural language requirements,often causing diverse interpretations and issues like ambiguities and incomplete or faulty *** are exploring machine learning to predict software bugs,but a more precise and general approach is *** bug prediction is crucial for software evolution and user training,prompting an investigation into deep and ensemble learning ***,these studies are not generalized and efficient when extended to other ***,this paper proposed a hybrid approach combining multiple techniques to explore their effectiveness on bug identification *** methods involved feature selection,which is used to reduce the dimensionality and redundancy of features and select only the relevant ones;transfer learning is used to train and test the model on different datasets to analyze how much of the learning is passed to other datasets,and ensemble method is utilized to explore the increase in performance upon combining multiple classifiers in a *** National Aeronautics and Space Administration(NASA)and four Promise datasets are used in the study,showing an increase in the model’s performance by providing better Area Under the Receiver Operating Characteristic Curve(AUC-ROC)values when different classifiers were *** reveals that using an amalgam of techniques such as those used in this study,feature selection,transfer learning,and ensemble methods prove helpful in optimizing the software bug prediction models and providing high-performing,useful end mode.

Tors are mound-like rock landforms,resistant to erosion,that may sometimes reach the size of several storeys of house by *** may develop in different climate regions and different rock types,led by granitic *** this study,tors developed in granitic rocks around Yaylal?village linked to Kürtün county in Gümü?hane were *** study area is located in the eastern part of the Giresun mountain range in northeastern Turkey,2000-2300 m above sea *** aim of the study is to determine the natural environmental characteristics in tor formation and to reveal the effect of bedrock on tor *** field studies,18 tors were selected by noting location,size and structural features,and dimensions were *** sections were first made from the rock samples taken from the tors and then the mineralogical composition was investigated by modal analysis *** a result of this analysis,it was determined that the bedrock forming the tors is *** the field observations,it was determined that the intersecting vertical joints supported the formation of castle-like tors,while the horizontal joints supported the formation of pita pileshaped *** are also pseudokarstic shapes resembling kamenitza and karst *** conclusion,joint sets causing local resistance differences directed the formation of tors,while excess slope affected surface erosion and suitability of climate conditions-controlled weathering rate.

This study presents the development of an ultrasonic transducer with a radius horn for an ultrasonic milling spindle(UMS)*** ultrasonic transducer was intended to have a working frequency of approximately 30 *** different materials were considered in the study:stainless steel(SS 316L)and titanium alloy(Ti-6Al-4V).Titanium alloy gave a higher resonance frequency(33 kHz)than stainless steel(30 kHz)under the same preload compression *** electromechanical impedance simulation was carried out to predict the impedance resonance frequency for both materials,and the effect of the overhanging toolbar was *** to the electromechanical impedance simulation,the overhanging toolbar length affected the resonance frequency,and the error was less than 3%.Harmonic analysis confirmed that the damping ratio helps determine the resonance ***,damping ratios of 0.015-0.020 and 0.005-0.020 were selected for stainless steel and titanium alloy,respectively,with an error of less than 1.5%.Experimental machining was also performed to assess the feasibility of ultrasonic-assisted milling;the result was a lesser cutting force and better surface topography of Al 6061.

This paper numerically investigates the effect of the location of a horizontal fin on the melting of a phase change material(PCM)inside a rectangular enclosure heated by multiple discrete pulsed protruding heat *** fin and the phase change material filling the enclosure store the thermal energy extracted from the heat sources,in sensible and latent *** heat sources are assumed to simulate electronic components undergoing a superheating technical *** extracting heat from the electronics,the PCM plays the role of a heat *** analyze the thermal behavior and predict the cooling performance of the proposed cooling system,we derive a nonlinear mathematical model based on mass,momentum and energy conservation *** numerical investigations are conducted to quantify the influence of the fin position on the thermal behavior and the cooling performance of the heat *** include the transient maximum temperature occurring inside the heat sources and the liquid volume.A comparison between our numerical results and experimental data selected from the literature shows a good *** main conclusion is that the presence of the fin leads to a slight increase in the melting time.
