In this paper, which is a continuation of our previous paper [T. albu, M. Iosif, A. Tercan, The conditions （Ci） in modular lattices, and applications, J. Algebra Appl. 15 （2016）, http： ***/10.1142/S0219498816500018], we investigate the latticial counterparts of some results about modules satisfying the conditions （Cll） or （C12）. Applications are given to Grothendieck categories and module categories equipped with hereditary torsion theories.

This paper aims at demonstrating the biocompatibility of recently developed 3D hydrogel scaffolds containing the same amount of collagen(COLL) and variable concentrations of sericin(SS) in order to find the most suitable formula for adipose tissue engineering(ATE) *** scaffolds were obtained by COLL crosslinking with glutaraldehyde followed by freeze-drying and, subsequently, seeded with 3T3-L1 preadipocytes. Scanning electron microscopy studies revealed the scaffolds’ architecture and cellular colonization. Also, in vitro biocompatibility of the developed scaffolds was evaluated by LDH and MTT assays and Live/Dead analysis of 3T3-L1 preadipocyte populating these 3D *** best results in terms of cell survival and proliferation status were obtained in the case of the hybrid COLL scaffold containing 40% SS(COLL–SS4). Furthermore, the biological performance of the analyzed COLL-based hydrogels at 5- and 8- days post-seeding was found to decrease as follows: COLL–SS4 4 COLL–SS2 4 COLL 4 COLL–SS6. Consequently, our study highlights that hybrid scaffolds obtained by the addition of variable concentrations of SS to a constant COLL composition positively influences the behavior of 3T3-L1 cells with the exception of the COLL–SS6 matrix(60% SS). Altogether, the data obtained recommend SS as a component of COLL-based hydrogels providing them with features that may be useful in ATE applications.

Historic properties are cultural, historic and/or architectural heritage assets that may have legal or statutory protection due to their cultural and economic importance. Often the real estate with a certain historical value is privately owned, and the owners request the estimation of the value of these properties, either for advisory purposes, or to gage the property for the purpose of lending, or for other purposes. In this research, the authors, within the framework of the cost approach, analyze the peculiarities of estimating the depreciation of the economic value of real estate properties with historic/architectural value. The emphasis is placed on the methods of estimating the physical depreciation and it is recommended to apply them depending on the condition of the construction and the use or non-use of the real estate for a long time. Based on a case study, the authors explain the paradox of the value of real estate with advanced age located in compact historical areas.

The real estate valuation activity in the Republic of Moldova dates from 2002, with the adoption of Law No. 989 on Evaluation Activity. Nevertheless, the legislative and methodological framework is extremely limited. There are no national professional standards. Meanwhile, the situations that require real estate valuation are multiplying and diversifying. Therefore, the valuers apply the provisions of the International Valuation Standards (IVS) and of the European Valuation Standards (TEGoVA) adapting them to the national realities by virtue of their knowledge and experience. Information stored in databases plays an important role in the real estate valuation process. In this paper, the authors analyse the content of existing databases in the Republic of Moldova (the databases of normative documents, the information system for the cadastre of real estate, the statistical databases, and specialized databases), the quality of the included information, as well as the applicability of that information in the real estate valuation process. The disadvantages, limitations and shortcomings of databases are highlighted, and measures are proposed to increase their usefulness.

This study reflects the authors’ vision on the value of architectural heritage. The theories of value are examined, and the most explicit theory is identified from a practical point of view. From our perspective, the theory of entropic value is the most explicit theory from the point of view of detailing the reasoning process on the source of value, the value, and the measure of the value. The method of goods real value estimation is explained based on the analysis of the value creation mechanism, according to the entropic value theory. The analysis of the particularities of the architectural heritage from modern theory valuation perspective allowed authors to formulate methodological proposals for value estimation of real estate with cultural, architectural and historical value.

The present research aims to identify the possibilities of rehabilitation of building facades in the centre of Chisinau, through the use of high-performance materials, use of high-performance technologies in execution, reduction of facade renovation costs, etc. In the process of organising the rehabilitation works of historical buildings of architectural value, we are dealing with the following: the value of the rehabilitation works of a historical building is very high, the duration of the rehabilitation is important, the attitude of the society is insufficient, the lack of strategies for the rehabilitation of buildings at the municipality level. In order to achieve this objective, we propose to research the following tasks: definition of the concept of rehabilitation of buildings in the Historic Centre of Chisinau;legislative, normative assurance of rehabilitation of historical heritage in the Republic of Moldova;analysis of the situation in Chisinau on the example of historical buildings with limestone finishes and examination by non-destructive methods of facades;solutions for rehabilitation of facades of historical buildings by comparing two types of technologies. In conclusion, emphasis will be placed on the choice of the most efficient method in terms of material, technology and cost.

Inorganic fullerene-like WS_(2)and MoS_(2)nanoparticles have been synthesized using exclusively solid precursors,by reaction of the corresponding metal oxide nanopowder,sulfur and a hydrogen-releasing agent(NaBH4 or LiAlH4),achieved either by conventional furnace heating up to~900℃or by photothermal ablation at far higher temperatures driven by highly concentrated white *** contrast to the established syntheses that require toxic and hazardous gases,working solely with solid precursors permits relatively safer reactor conditions conducive to industrial scale-up.

The real estate sector is vital for ensuring human needs for living and activity. This fact conditioned the formation of a legal, normative and methodological framework specific to real estate, but also the investment attractiveness of the field. Thus, the real estate consultant often solves technical, economic, legal, organizational problems, but the biggest responsibility rests with investment consulting. The applied methodologies, focused on evaluating the efficiency of investments, are not sufficient to propose to the investor a reasoned conclusion regarding the investment priority. In this article, the authors propose a useful tool for real estate consultants in order to reason the decision regarding the investment of funds in commercial real estate for the purpose of renting it out—the Maximum Global Utility (MGU) method. It is proposed to include in the analysis and the way of calculating the indicator “importance level of the real estate” which reflects the criterion of the best use. This indicator ensures the flexibility of the decision depending on the quality characteristics of the real estate.
