Sentiment analysis or opinion mining(OM)concepts become familiar due to advances in networking technologies and social ***,massive amount of text has been generated over Internet daily which makes the pattern recognition and decision making process *** OM find useful in business sectors to improve the quality of the product as well as services,machine learning(ML)and deep learning(DL)models can be considered into ***,the hyperparameters involved in the DL models necessitate proper adjustment process to boost the classification ***,in this paper,a new Artificial Fish Swarm Optimization with Bidirectional Long Short Term Memory(AFSO-BLSTM)model has been developed for OM *** major intention of the AFSO-BLSTM model is to effectively mine the opinions present in the textual *** addition,the AFSO-BLSTM model undergoes pre-processing and TF-IFD based feature extraction ***,BLSTM model is employed for the effectual detection and classification of ***,the AFSO algorithm is utilized for effective hyperparameter adjustment process of the BLSTM model,shows the novelty of the work.A complete simulation study of the AFSO-BLSTM model is validated using benchmark dataset and the obtained experimental values revealed the high potential of the AFSO-BLSTM model on mining opinions.

Transportation systems primarily depend on vehicular flow on roads. Developed coun-tries have shifted towards automated signal control, which manages and updates signal synchronisation automatically. In contrast, traffic in underdeveloped countries is mainly governed by manual traffic light systems. These existing manual systems lead to numerous issues, wasting substantial resources such as time, energy, and fuel, as they cannot make real‐time decisions. In this work, we propose an algorithm to determine traffic signal durations based on real‐time vehicle density, obtained from live closed circuit television camera feeds adjacent to traffic signals. The algorithm automates the traffic light system, making decisions based on vehicle density and employing Faster R‐CNN for vehicle detection. Additionally, we have created a local dataset from live streams of Punjab Safe City cameras in collaboration with the local police authority. The proposed algorithm achieves a class accuracy of 96.6% and a vehicle detection accuracy of 95.7%. Across both day and night modes, our proposed method maintains an average precision, recall, F1 score, and vehicle detection accuracy of 0.94, 0.98, 0.96 and 0.95, respectively. Our proposed work surpasses all evaluation metrics compared to state‐of‐the‐art methodologies.

Mechanism of Salt Tolerance in Rice

Shaheen Basma ti was evolved as a salt tolerant fine rice va riety by the Soil Salinity Research Institute,Pindi Bhattian, Pakistan. Water culture studies were conducted to investigate the physiological mechanismexercised by this variety in particular and rice plant in general to face the saline environment. Performanceof this rice variety and the concentration and uptake of ions were studied under stress of three salinity levels(30, 60 and 90 mmol L-1) created with NaCl. Recorded data indicated that shoot dry matter was notsignificantly affected by all the three levels of salinity. However, NaCl levels of 60 and 90 mmol L-1 affectedthe root dry matter significantly. Sodium concentration and uptake was enhanced significantly in root andshoot at the first level of salinity (30 mmol L-1) but thereafter the differences were non-significant, indicatingthe preferential absorption of this cation. The K concentration decreased significantly in shoots at all thelevels. The impact was less pronounced in roots as far as K absorption was concerned. The effect on Ca andMg concentrations was not significant. The values of K:Na, Ca:Na and (Ca+Mg):Na ratios in shoot and rootwere comparatively low under stress conditions, indicating that selective ion absorption may be the principalsalt tolerance mechanism of variety Shaheen Basmati when grown in a saline medium.

Liver tumor is the fifth most occurring type of tumor in men and the ninth most occurring type of tumor in women according to recent reports of Global cancer statistics *** are several imaging tests like Computed Tomography(CT),Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI),and ultrasound that can diagnose the liver tumor after taking the sample from the tissue of the *** tests are costly and *** paper proposed that image processing through deep learning Convolutional Neural Network(CNNs)ResUNet model that can be helpful for the early diagnose of tumor instead of conventional *** existing studies have mainly used the two Cascaded CNNs for liver segmentation and evaluation of Region Of Interest(ROI).This study uses ResUNet,an updated version of U-Net and ResNet Models that utilize the service of Residential *** apply over method on the 3D-IRCADb01 dataset that is based on CT slices of liver tumor affected *** results showed the True Value Accuracy around 99%and F1 score performance around 95%.This method will be helpful for early and accurate diagnose of the Liver tumor to save the lives of many patients in the field of Biotechnology.
