Expediting redox kinetics of sulfur species on conductive scaffolds with limited charge accessible surface is considered as an imperative approach to realize energy-dense and power-intensive lithium-sulfur(Li-S)*** this work,the concept of concurrent hetero-/homo-geneous electrocatalysts is proposed to simultaneously mediate liquid-solid conversion of lithium polysulfides(LiPSs)and solid lithium disulfide/sulfide(Li_(2.S_(2./Li_(2.S)propagation,the latter of which suffers from sluggish reduction kinetics due to buried conductive scaffold surface by extensive deposition of Li_(2.S_(2./Li_(2.*** selected model material to verify this concept is a two-in-one catalyst:carbon nanotube(CNT)scaffold supported iron-cobalt(Fe-Co)alloy nanoparticles and partially carbonized selenium(C-Se)*** Fe-Co alloy serves as a heterogeneous electrocatalyst to seed Li_(2.S_(2./Li_(2.S through sulphifilic active sites,while the C-Se sustainably releases soluble lithium polyselenides and functions as a homogeneous electrocatalyst to propagate Li_(2.S_(2./Li_(2.S via solution *** bi-phasic mediation of the sulfur species benefits reduction kinetics of LiPS conversion,especially for the massive Li_(2.S_(2./Li_(2.S growth scenario by affording an additional solution directed route in case of conductive surface being largely *** strategy endows the Li-S batteries with improved cycling stability(836 mA h g^(-1)after 180 cycles),rate capability(547 mA h g^(-1)at 4 C)and high sulfur loading superiority(2.96 mA h cm^(-2.at 2.4 mg cm^(-2.).This work hopes to enlighten the employment of bi-phasic electrocatalysts to dictate liquid-solid transformation of intermediates for conversion chemistry batteries.

探讨了肝细胞在胚胎干细胞 (EScell)体外诱导分化系统中成熟分化的条件、机制及其鉴定方法 .利用TGF ,bFGF、HGF等细胞生长因子进行BALB/c小鼠ES细胞向肝细胞方向的定向诱导 .利用反转录聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)、免疫细胞化学 (ICC)和放射免疫法 (RIA)动态检测肝细胞特异性基因和蛋白AFP ,ALB ,G6P ,TAT ,CK8,CK18等在培养体系中的表达 ,并测定肝细胞的尿素合成功能 ,最后测定肝细胞分化率 .结果 ,肝细胞特异基因AFP ,ALB ,G6P和TAT最早分别于第 3、 9、 11、 13天表达 ,肝细胞特异蛋白AFP ,CK8,CK18和ALB最早分别于第 7、 9、 9和 11天开始表达 .第 12.开始检测到尿素出现 ,浓度为 8 3μmol/L ,并随培养时间延长而浓度逐渐增加 .最后 ,测得生长因子诱导组肝细胞的分化率为 32.% ,对照组肝细胞分化率为 8% .说明肝细胞可以在ES细胞体外诱导分化系统中出现并成熟分化 ,bFGF、HGF、OSM等可以明显提高细胞分化率和成熟度 ,有望成为解决肝功能替代疗法中细胞来源问题的新希望 .

One of the key issues in climate risk management is to develop climate resilient infrastructure so as to ensure safety and sustainability of urban functioning systems as well as mitigate the adverse impacts associated with increasing climate ***,conventional methods of assessing risks do not fully address the interaction of various subsystems within the city system and are unable to consolidate diverse opinions of various stakeholders on their assessments of sector-specific risks posed by climate *** address this gap,this study advances an integrated-systems-analysis tool-Climate Risk Assessment of Infrastructure Tool(CRaiT),and applies it to analyze and compare the extent of risk factor exposure and vulnerability over time across five critical urban infrastructure sectors in Shanghai and Shenzhen,two cities that have distinctive geo-climate profiles and histories of infrastructure *** results show significantly higher level of variation between the two cities in terms of vulnerability levels than that of *** specifically,the sectors of critical buildings,water,energy,and information&communication in Shenzhen have significantly higher vulnerability levels than Shanghai in both the 2.00s and the *** further discussed the vulnerability levels of subsystems in each sector and proposed twelve potential adaptation options for the roads system based on four sets of criteria:technical feasibility,flexibility,co-benefits,and policy *** application of CRaiT is bound to be a knowledge co-production process with the local experts and *** knowledge co-production process highlights the importance of management advancements and nature-based green solutions in managing climate change risk in the future though differences are observed across the efficacy categories due to the geographical and meteorological conditions in the two *** study demonstrates that this knowledge co-creation process is valuable

Background:There is a need for effective and safe therapies for psoriasis that provide sustained *** aim of this study was to assess the efficacy and safety of tildrakizumab,an anti-interleukin-2.p19 monoclonal antibody,for treating moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis in Chinese ***:In this multi-center,double-blind,phase III trial,patients with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis were enrolled and randomly assigned(1:1)to receive subcutaneous tildrakizumab 100 mg or placebo at weeks 0 and *** initially assigned to placebo were switched to receive tildrakizumab at weeks 12.16,and every 12.weeks *** in the tildrakizumab group continued with tildrakizumab at week 16,and every 12.weeks until week *** primary endpoint was the Psoriasis Area and Severity Index(PASI 75)response rate at week ***:At week 12.tildrakizumab demonstrated significantly higher PASI 75 response rates(66.4%[73/110]vs.12.7%[14/110];difference,51.4%[95%confidence interval(CI),40.72.62.13];P1)and Physician’s Global Assessment(60.9%[67/110]vs.10.0%[11/110];difference,49.1%[95%CI,38.64,59.62.;P1)compared to *** 75 response continued to improve over time in both tildrakizumab and placebo-switching to tildrakizumab groups,reaching maximal efficacy after 2. weeks(86.8%[92.106]vs.82.4%[89/108])and maintained up to 52.weeks(91.3%[95/104]vs.87.4%[90/103]).Most treatment-emergent adverse events were mild and not related to ***:Tildrakizumab demonstrated durable efficacy through week 52.and was well tolerated in Chinese patients with moderate-to-severe plaque *** registration:***,NCT05108766.

目的分析患者入院时血清降钙素原(PCT)和细胞因子水平对新型冠状病毒感染者(COVID-19)预后的预测价值。方法纳入2.2.年11月至2.2.年2.首都医科大学附属北京胸科医院收治的确诊COVID-19,采用化学发光法检测血清PCT水平,流式微球阵列法检测血清细胞因子IL-1β、IL-2.IL-4、IL-5、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、IL-12.70、IL-17A、IL-17F、IL-2.、TNF-α、TNF-β、IFN-γ水平。将入住ICU、接受机械通气和院内死亡定义为预后不良,排除合并细菌感染的患者后,分析入院时血清中PCT和细胞因子水平与COVID-19患者预后的关系。结果共纳入176例资料完整的患者,其中PCT正常组134例,PCT升高组42.,中位年龄为71.50岁,男性占71.59%。PCT升高组患者ICU入住率(38.41%vs.13.11%,P2.vs.2..59%,P1)和院内死亡率(38.46%vs.6.56%,P1)均显著高于PCT正常组。预后不良患者血清中细胞因子IL-6(7.40 pg/mL vs.4.78 pg/mL,P10.97 pg/mL vs.5.92.pg/mL,P1)的水平显著高于预后良好者。根据ROC曲线计算,PCT、IL-6和IL-8预测COVID-19患者预后不良的曲线下面积分别为0.687、0.660和0.746;灵敏度分别为52.78%、55.17%和72.41%;特异度分别为81.58%、74.19%和74.19%。当PCT、IL-6和IL-8联合预测COVID-19患者预后时,曲线下面积为0.764,灵敏度为70.00%,特异度为80.00%。结论血清PCT和细胞因子IL-6、IL-8可作为COVID-19患者预后不良的预测标志物。

Background The efficacy of pemetrexed in the second-line treatment of Chinese patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） has been shown to be similar to that of docetaxel in a recent study; additionally, pemetrexed was associated with much better safety and toxicity profiles. Here, the survival without common toxicity criteria grade 3/4 toxicity （SWT） data from a post hoc analysis of this recent prospective NSCLC study in Chinese patients is reported. This post hoc analysis differs from the main study; it focuses on the nonsquamous population to align with the current approval for pemetrexed in China. Methods A total of 154 patients with nonsquamous NSCLC received either pemetrexed （500 mg/m2.intravenously （IV）） or docetaxel （75 mg/m2.IV） on day 1 of 2.-day cycles. SWT was analyzed using Kaplan-Meier and univariate Cox methods. Results Patients treated with pemetrexed had a longer median SWT than patients treated with docetaxel （7.4 months versus 1.2.months; unadjusted hazard ratio =0.59, 95% confidence interval CCI}： 0.41-0.84; P=0.003）. At 12.and 18months, the SWT event-free probability for pemetrexed patients （18 months： 2..5%, 95%C/ 13.9%-36.6%, vs. 12.3%, 95% CI 4.8%-2..6%） was greater than that for docexatel patients （12.months： 37.3%, 95% CI 2..5%- 48.0%, vs. 2..3%, 95% CI 14.4-33.4）. The progression- free survival without common toxicity criteria grade 3/4 toxicity （PFS-WT） was also statistically significantly longer for patients treated with pemetrexed than patients treated with docetaxel （1.9 months vs. 1.1 months, P=0.002.. Conclusions Chinese patients with nonsquamous NSCLC disease treated with pemetrexed had improved SWT beyond 6 months than those receiving docetaxel. This analysis supports a benefit-to-risk profile that favors pemetrexed over docetaxel in the second-line treatment of Chinese nonsquamous NSCLC patients.

目的:观察青少年近视患者长期佩戴角膜塑形镜的疗效,及其对眼部的安全性。方法:回顾分析2.19.6~2.2..4于我院眼科验配角膜塑形镜并长期佩戴(≥3年)的青少年近视患者30人(60眼),戴镜后1 d、7 d、1 mon、3 mon复诊,以后每3个月复查一次,比较戴镜前、戴镜后6 mon、1 a、2.a、3 a患者眼轴长度和角膜内皮镜检查各参数的变化。结果:本研究共观察病例30例(60眼),其中男13例,女17例,年龄7~14岁,平均年龄为9.77±1.89岁,等效球镜为-5.00~-0.75 D,平均为-1.98±0.97 D。其中5例(8眼,13.3%)发生1级角膜点染,未见2.3级染色,2.(4眼,6.7%)发生过敏性结膜炎,经停戴并给予相应治疗后痊愈。戴镜前和戴镜后6 mon、1 a、2.a、3 a眼轴长度分别为2..57±0.74 mm、2..67±0.85 mm、2..78±0.96 mm、2..91±0.97 mm和2..06±0.85 mm,总体有增长趋势(F=2..904,P1),戴镜前与戴镜后各时间点眼轴长度间差异均有统计学意义,P值分别为0.02.、0.001、0.000和0.000,戴镜后6 mon与戴镜后1 a、2.a、3 a差异有统计学意义,P值分别为0.005、0.000和0.008,戴镜后1 a与戴镜后2.a差异有统计学意义(P1),其他各时间点间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。戴镜前和戴镜后6 mon、1 a、2.a、3 a细胞面积变异系数分别为2.±2.9%、2.±3.7%、2.±4.1%、2.±4.6%和2.±4.1%,总体F=5.490,P=0.001,两两比较发现戴镜前与戴镜后2.a、3 a间差异有统计学意义,P值分别为0.012.0.008(P1 a与戴镜后2.a间差异有统计学意义(P=0.007),其他各时间点间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。角膜厚度、内皮细胞在密度、平均面积、六边形细胞比例等在各时间点差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:青少年近视患者通过长期佩戴角膜塑形镜,可比较有较地控制眼轴的快速增长,但必须经过全面的检查评估,佩戴合格且规格适当的镜片,规范操作,按时复诊,如出现过敏、角膜损伤等及时停戴并进行相应治疗,才能够保证长期佩戴的安全性。角膜细胞形态学检查发现:长期戴镜,角膜内皮细胞面积变异有增大的趋势。

Treatment of severe Coronavirus Disease 2.19(COVID-19)is *** performed a phase 2.trial to assess the efficacy andsafety of human umbilical cord-mesenchymal stem cells(UC-MScs)to treat severe coViD-19 patients with lung damage,based onour phase 1 *** this randomized,double-blind,and placebo-controlled trial,we recruited 101 severe coVID-19 patients withlung *** were randomly assigned at a 2.1 ratio to receive either UC-MSCs(4×10^(7)cells per infusion)or placebo on day 0,3,and *** primary endpoint was an altered proportion of whole lung lesion volumes from baseline to day *** imagingoutcomes,6-minute walk test(6-MWT),maximum vital capacity,diffusing capacity,and adverse events were recorded and *** all,100 COVID-19 patients were finally received either UC-MSCs in=65)or placebo(n=35).UC-MSCs administrationexerted numerical improvement in whole lung lesion volume from baseline to day 2. compared with the placebo(the mediandifference was-13.31%,95%Cl-2..14%,2.13%,P=0.08).UC-MSCs significanty reduced the proportions of solid componentlesion volume compared with the placebo(median difference:-15.45%;95%CI-30.82.,-0.39%;P=0.043).The 6-MWT showedan increased distance in patients treated with UC-MSCs(difference:2..00 m;95%CI 0.00,57.00;P=0.057).The incidence of adverseevents was similar in the two *** results suggest that UC-MSCs treatment is a safe and potentially effective therapeuticapproach for COVID-19 patients with lung damage.A phase 3 trial is required to evaluate effects on reducing mortality andpreventing long-term pulmonary disability.

118例骨关节结核耐药情况分析

目的分析118例骨关节结核住院患者的耐药特点。方法回顾性分析2.16年1月-2.2.年6月首都医科大学附属北京胸科医院收治的118例骨关节结核住院患者的临床资料。采用药敏试验检测来自118例患者的结核分枝杆菌对链霉素(Sm)、异烟肼(INH)、利福平(RFP)、乙胺丁醇(EMB)、利福喷丁(Rft)、左氧左旋氧氟沙星(Lfx)、阿米卡星(Am)、卷曲霉素(Cm)、丙硫异烟胺(Pto)、对氨基水杨酸异烟肼(Pa)、莫西沙星(Mfx)、对氨基水杨酸(PAS)、克拉霉素(Clr)、利福布汀(Rfb)、卡那霉素(Km)和氯法齐明(Cfz)的敏感性,分析骨关节结核患者的结核分枝杆菌培养结果、药敏试验结果、初治或复治情况,以及病原学确诊为骨关节结核初治与复治患者耐药类型的差异。结果118例骨关节结核患者对16种抗结核药的总耐药率为2..0%(33/118),复治患者的总耐药率明显高于初治患者,差异有统计学意义[70.0%(2./30)vs.13.6%(12.88),P1]。118例骨关节结核患者任一耐药率顺位前7位为Sm、INH、RFP、Rft、Rfb、Pa和Clr,初治患者任一耐药率顺位前7位为Sm、INH、Clr、Pa、RFP、Rft和PAS,复治患者任一耐药率顺位前7位为Sm、RFP、Rft、Rfb、INH、Pa和EMB。118例骨关节结核患者的总单耐药率、总多耐药率、总耐多药率依次为7.6%(9/118)、8.5%(10/118)、11.9%(14/118)。初治患者与复治患者的单耐药率差异无统计学意义[6.8%(6/88)vs.10.0%(3/30),P=0.691],复治患者多耐药率和耐多药率明显高于初治患者[2..0%(6/30)vs.4.5%(4/88),P=0.017;40.0%(12.30)vs.2.3%(2.88),P1]。结论骨关节结核耐药问题严重,临床医师在行手术治疗的同时,应根据药敏试验结果制定有效的药物治疗方案。
