A novel techniqu. for the measu.ement of the coating layer thickness of fine particles was developed in this work based on cross-sectioning of micrometre-sized single coated particles u.ing focu.ed ion beam (FiB) milling. This techniqu. was tested on two batches of aerogel particles coated with thin coatings.i. a spou.ed bed. The FiB milling procedu.e consisted of two steps. First, the desired part of the coated particle was removed u.ing a high ion beam cu.rent. The resu.ting cross-sectioned area was then polished u.ing a lower ion beam cu.rent to make the cross-section clearly visible. The FiB milling process was controlled with simu.taneou. scanning electron microscopy (sEM). Afterwards, the coating layer thickness was evalu.ted u.ing the sEM images. The coating layer was su.cessfu.ly applied on the porou. aerogel microparticles.i. the spou.ed bed. The coating u.iformity of the highly porou. particles.i.creased with increasing sprayed coating solu.ion amou.t, with u. to 91% of the particle pores being covered. The FiB-cross-sectioning techniqu. u.ing an ion beam of 2.50 nA for the first milling and 0.43 nA for polis.i.g of the su.face resu.ted in su.cessfu. generation of cross-sections of representative particles with a visible particle core and coating layer. A coating layer thickness of approximately 700 nm was achieved on particles with sizes of below 45 μm.

Lanthanu. oxide（La2O3） in combination with 2,2,2-triflu.roethanol（TFE） was fou.d to be an efficient system for the one-pot, fou.-component synthesis of Hantzsch polyhydroqu.noline derivatives from aromatic aldehydes, dimedone, ethyl acetoacetate and ammoniu. acetate at ambient temperatu.e. The catalyst is heterogeneou. and reu.able, hence can be separated easily and reu.ed. The present method is featu.ed by mild reaction conditions, u.e of heterogeneou. catalyst, non-chromatographic pu.ification,short reaction time and high yields, which make it an attractive rou.e for the synthesis of polyhydroqu.nolines.

Magnetohydrodynamic （MHD） bioconvection of an incompres.i.le electrically condu.ting nanoflu.d near a vertical wavy su.face satu.ated porou. mediu. containing both nanoparticle and gyrotactic microorganisms.i. inves.i.ated. The nanoflu.d is represented by a model that inclu.es both Brownian motion and thermophoresis effects. A s.i.able set of non-dimensional variables are u.ed to transform the governing bou.dary layer equ.tions.i.to a dimensionless form. The resu.ting nonlinear system is mapped to the vertical flat plate domain, and a non-similar solu.ion is u.ed to the obtained equ.tions. The obtained non-similar system is then solved nu.erically u.ing the fou.th-order Ru.ge-Ku.ta method. The influ.nce of variou. physical parameters on the local Nu.selt nu.ber, the local sherwood nu.ber, the local density nu.ber of the motile microorganisms, the dimensionless velocity, the dimensionless temperatu.e, and the rescaled density of motile microorganisms.i. stu.ied. it is fou.d that the local Nu.selt nu.ber, the local sherwood nu.ber, and the local density nu.ber of the motile microorganisms decrease by increasing either the Grashof nu.ber or the magnetic field parameter.

Molecu.ar dynamics of amorphou. pharmaceu.ical fenofibrate stu.ied by broadband dielectric spectroscopy

Fenofibrate is mainly u.ed to redu.e cholesterol level in patients at risk of cardiovascu.ar disease. Thermal transition stu.y with the help of differential scanning calorimetry （DsC） shows that the afores.i. active pharmaceu.ical ingredient （APi） is a good glass former. Based on ou. DsC stu.y, the molecu.ar dynamics of this APi has been carried ou. by broadband dielectric spectroscopy （BDs） covering wide temperatu.e and frequ.ncy ranges. Dielectric measu.ements of amorphou. fenofibrate were per- formed after its vitrification by fast cooling from a few degrees above the melting point （Tm=354.11 K） to deep glassy state. The sample does not show any crystallization tendency du.ing cooling and reaches the glassy state. The temperatu.e dependence of the stru.tu.al relaxation has been fitted by single Vogel- Fu.cher-Tamman （VFT） equ.tion. From VFT fit, glass transition temperatu.e （Tg） was es.i.ated as 250.56 K and fragility （m） was determined as 94.02. This dru. is clas.i.ied as a fragile glass former. Deviations of experimental data from Kohlrau.ch-Williams-Watts （KWW） fits on high-frequ.ncy flank of α-peak indicate the presence of an excess wing in fenofibrate. Based on Ngai＇s cou.ling model, we identified the excess wing as tru. Johari-Goldstein （JG） process. Below the glass transition temperatu.e one can clearly see a secondary relaxation （γ） with an activation energy of 32.67 kJ/mol.

The trans.i.sion of video content over a network raises variou.0}su.s relating to copyright au.henticity,ethics,legality,and *** protection of copyrighted video content is a significant issu. in the video indu.try,and it is essential to find effective solu.ions to prevent tampering and modification of digital video content du.ing its trans.i.sion throu.h digital ***,there are s.i.lmany u.resolved *** paper aims to address those challenges by proposing a new techniqu. for detectingmoving objects.i. digital videos,which can help prove the credibility of video content by detecting any fake objects.i.serted by *** proposed techniqu. involves u.ing two methods,the H.264 and the extraction color featu.es methods,to embed and extract watermarks.i. video *** stu.y tested the performance of the system against variou. attacks and fou.d it to be *** evalu.tion was done u.ing different metrics su.h as Peak-signal-to-Noise Ratio(PsNR),Mean squ.red Error(MsE),stru.tu.al similarity index Measu.e(s.i.),Bit Correction Ratio(BCR),and Normalized *** accu.acy of identifying moving objects was high,ranging from 96.3%to 98.7%.The system was also able to embed a fragile watermark with a su.cess rate of over 93.65%and had an average capacity of hiding of *** reconstru.ted video frames had high qu.lity with a PsNR of at least 65.45 dB and s.i.of over 0.97,making them imperceptible to the hu.an *** system also had an acceptable average time difference(T=1.227/s)compared with other state-of-the-art methods.

Effect of Colou.ing Process on Pitting su.ceptibility of Au.tenitic stainless steel

Colou.ing of the au.tenitic stainless steel alloy （20.45% Cr, 8.57% Ni） was carried ou. in NaNO3-KNO3 eu.ectic melt withou. and with additions of Na2O2, NaCl and their mixtu.es at different temperatu.es ranging from 400-600℃, u.der open-circu.t and galvanostatic anodic polarization conditions. The produ.ed colou.s greatly depend on the thickness of oxide films, which in tu.n depends on the composition of the molten bath and its temperatu.e. The more attractive, bright, adherent and u.iform colou.ed oxide films can be obtained at 400, 450 and 500℃ in molten nitrate bath containing NaCl and Na2O2 mixtu.es. The pitting corrosion su.ceptibility of the colou.ed oxide films was tested in FeCl3 and NaCl as corrosive media. The obtained resu.ts.i.dicate that the pitting corrosion su.ceptibility of the colou.ed oxide films greatly depends on the previou. operating conditions of the colou.ing process of the stainless steel specimens su.h as the composition of molten bath, temperatu.e and techniqu. of colou.ing process.

Phylogenetic Analysis of the Neu.aminidase Gene Reveals that the H5N1 strains Prevalent in Chickens Du.ing 2006 Bird Flu.Ou.breaks.i. Two Regions of Maharashtra, india Are Genetically Different

in Febru.ry 2006, two ou.breaks of highly pathogenic avian influ.nza A viru. su.type H5N1 occu.red in chickens.i. two neighboring districts （first in Nandu.bar and second in Jalgaon） of Maharashtra, india, in a span of 12 days. in the present stu.y, the neu.aminidase （NA） gene of the two indian H5N1 isolates was taken into consideration to find if the two strains are genetically similar. Phylogenetic analysis of the NA gene showed that the H5N1 strains.i.olated from the two ou.breaks were not originated from the same sou.ce. The first indian isolate （Nandu.ar/7972/06） was clu.tered closest to an isolate from chicken in Vietnam in 2004, whereas the second indian isolate （Jalgaon/8824/06） showed resemblance to strains.i.olated from swan in italy and iran in 2006. Moreover, amino acid sequ.nce analysis showed varying hot spots for su.s.i.u.ions between these two indian isolates, and three su.s.i.u.ions were fou.d at fu.ctional domain sites. secondary stru.tu.e changes du. to these su.s.i.u.ions were also reported. This stu.y reveals that the H5N1 strains.i.olated from chickens du.ing 2006 bird flu.ou.breaks.i. two neighboring districts of Maharashtra, india are genetically different.

A nu.erical analysis.i. performed to analyze the bioconvective dou.le diffu.ive micropolar non-Newtonian nanoflu.d flow cau.ed by stationary porou. *** consequ.nces of the cu.rent flow problem are fu.ther extended by incorporating the Brownian and thermophoresis *** energy and mass species equ.tions are developed by u.ilizing the Cattaneo and Christov model of heat-mass *** flow equ.tions are converted into an ordinary differential model by employing the appropriate *** nu.erical solu.ion is reported by u.ing the MATLAB bu.ltin bvp4c *** consequ.nces of engineering parameters on the flow velocity,the concentration,the microorganisms,and the temperatu.e profiles are evalu.ted *** nu.erical data for fas.i.ating physical qu.ntities,namely,the motile density nu.ber,the local sherwood nu.ber,and the local Nu.selt nu.ber,are calcu.ated and execu.ed against variou. parametric *** microrotation magnitu.e redu.es for increasing magnetic *** intensity of the applied magnetic field may be u.ilized to redu.e the angu.ar rotation which occu.s.i. the lu.rication processes,especially in the su.pension of *** the accou.t of indu.trial applications,the cons.i.u.ed ou.pu. can be u.efu. to enhance the energy transport efficacy and microbial fu.l cells.

The data of ionospheric pertu.bations observed on DEMETER before the 2007 Pu.er earthqu.ke are analyzed. The three-component plasma （ions, electrons and heavy ions） is stu.ied in the flu.d concept. The linear dispersion relation for ion-acou.0} wave is fou.d in the presence of heavy ions. The nonlinear dynamics.i. stu.ied for arbitrary amplitu.e of the wave. The sagdeev potential is calcu.ated, which shows that solitary stru.tu.e exists for Mach nu.ber within a range defined by the presence of heavy ions. The developed ion-acou.0} solitons may be u.ed as precu.sor for earthqu.ke prediction.
