Development of Circular Economy of Characteristic Breeding Industry in Guangxi

In order to achieve characteristic,high-quality,high-efficiency,low-consumption,healthy and intensive breeding,we use the ecology method to analyze the status quo of development of characteristic breeding industry in Guangxi,from advantages in resources,industrial development,characteristic breeding,and standardized *** are some problems existing in the development of characteristic breeding industry in Guangxi:prominent contradiction among human,land and grain;outdated breeding mode;low comprehensive utilization rate of resources;increasingly deteriorating ecological *** put forth the following recommendations:based on the ecological and economic principles,introducing"reduce,reuse,recycle"idea of circular economy;striving to choose the development pattern of circular economy adapting to local resource characteristics,planting and breeding habits;in terms of realization path,paying close attention to construction of standardized breeding farm,cultivation of organic fertilizer industry,infrastructure construction,environmental law enforcement,and other parts;reinforcing the policy guidance,adjusting and optimizing industrial structure,strengthening scientific and technological innovation,and advancing industrialization management,to promote steady development of circular economy of characteristic breeding industry in Guangxi,and accelerate the process of rejuvenating province by breeding industry,enriching the people and building up Guangxi.

本文以经济增长理论为背景 ,运用多维方差分析模型 ,对我国地区间GDP差距、国内投资数量差距、国内投资效率差距、FDI数量差距和FDI效率差距等关键变量进行了分析研究。结果表明 ,FDI的区域分布不能有效解释各地区经济的不平衡状况 ,相反 ,国内投资的区域差距 ,特别是在投资效率上的显著差别 ,是造成区域经济差距长期存在的主要因素 ,由此引出了以消除投资效率差异为核心的区域政策取向。

After entering the WTO, with the change of trade and investment, china may have a even bigger change in international revenue and expenditure. We’ll continue to carry out the managing systme of floating exchange rate. Under the conditions of remining the value of RMB basically stable, we’ll further improve the mechanism of forming RMB exchange rate and strengthen coordination of interest rate policy in local and foreign currency. The exchange rate will play a good role in the balance of international payments and in protecting itself from the attack of floating global capital.

Since the general election on May 20, 2004, the United Progressive Alliance led by the National Congress has rearranged Indian political stage, namely starting to decide the road for development. On July 8, the National Congress government published a new budget, which put the stress on assisting the poor, agriculture and education, and at the same time slowing down the process of privatization. The international community has showed low-key reflections on the budget but optimism for the economic prospect of India. The BJP government hoped to see a 7-8% economic growth rate in the fiscal year of 2004/05, but the Reserve bank (Central bank) of India expected a 6.5% increase. Since the National Congress took power, the economic growth rate remained at 7-8% till August, but the percent dropped to 6-7% as of September. No matter what growth rate, Indian economic development will produce an influence not only on the region but also on the world as well. Then how should china see and develop its economic/trade relations with India?

On the basis of reviewing the reform on open mar-ket operations, this paper analyzes the framework, op-erational target and basic experience of open marketoperations of the People’s bank of china. The authorpoints out that open market operations need to be coor-dinated with the use of other monetary policyinstruments; the infrastructure of open market opera-tions should be strengthened, and the development ofthe money market and the bond market should be fur-ther promoted. The author ends this article with theoutlook for open market operations in the future.

Four DNA barcoding loci,chloroplast loci rbcL,matK,trnH-psbA,and nuclear locus internal transcribed spacer(ITS),were tested for the accurate discrimination of the Chinese species of Gaultheria by using intraspecific and interspecific pairwise P-distance,Wilcoxon signed rank test,and tree-based *** study included 186 individuals from 89 populations representing 30 *** all individuals,single locus markers showed high levels of sequencing universality but were ineffective for species *** chain reaction amplification and sequencing were successful for all four *** ITS and matK showed significantly higher levels of interspecific species delimitation than rbcL and trnH-psbA.A combination of matK and ITS was the most efficient DNA barcode among all studied regions,however,they do not represent an appropriate candidate barcode for Chinese Gaultheria,by which only 11 out of 30 species can be *** rbcL,matK,and trnH-psbA,which were recently proposed as universal plant barcodes,have a very poor capacity for species separation for Chinese *** barcodes may be reliable tools to identify the evolutionary units of this group,so further studies are needed to develop more efficient DNA barcodes for Gaultheria and other genera with complicated evolutionary histories.
