The physical properties of the rock units associated with the Rio Bonito formation are presented in this study with the focus on modelling reservoir quality based on petrophysics-derived parameters to evaluate cO_(2)storage *** involves the modelling of the reservoir depths,thicknesses,flow zone indicators(fZI),and effective permeability(Keff)and presenting the cO_(2)storage efficiency factors peculiar to the rock units of the study *** results presented by this study for the stated objectives are not quite common in the *** values range from 200 mD to higher than 2000 mD,and fZI values are generally above 1.0 mm and up to 13.0 mm within the portions covered by the drilled *** sandstone units recorded are up to 20 m thick in some *** Keff and fZI models indicate the sandstone reservoirs as permeable units to support the injection and circulation of cO_(2)within the potential reservoir units of the Rio Bonio formation across São Paulo *** from some points in the southeastern part of the study location,where the Rio Bonito are delineated at depths less than 800 m(minimum cO_(2)storage depth based on best practices),other portions are deeper,ranging from 950 m to 3500 ***-bedded layers will affect the integrity of the rocks as cO_(2)storage tanks or reservoir seals/traps/overburden within the *** bed thicknesses are up to 20 m in some ***,hybrid cO_(2)reservoir units are feasible,especially in portions where thin siltstone layers are sandwiched between sandstone units to provide considerable thicknesses based on cO_(2)storage *** current study shows that useable areas considering reservoir thickness,depth,and other physical qualities will significantly control the cO_(2)storage efficiency of the study *** studies featuring a detailed geophysical exploration of the site to confirm the availability and saturations of preexisting fluid(hydrocarbon and water)are encouraged

Inflammatory reflex and cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway:Innate immune system triggers a local inflammatory response following an injury or a pathogen ***,this inflammatory response is limited by rapid,localized,and adaptive anti-inflammatory responses which are crucial for maintaining ***,the loss of these responses converts a limited and protective inflammatory response into an excessive and harmful ***-inflammatory responses are integrated into the central nervous system,since the central nervous system accumulates information about harmful events,activates defenses,and builds memory for *** the same time,it has been demonstrated that hypothalamic neuronal signaling can be altered by inflammation in peripheral ***,immune cells release neuropeptides and neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine(Ach),the main neurotransmitter of the parasympathetic autonomic nervous system,evidencing the communication between the immune and nervous systems(Tracey,2002).

São Paulo State has witnessed cO_(2)storage-based investigations considering the availability of suitable geologic structures and proximity to primary cO_(2)source sinks related to bioenergy and carbon capture and storage(BEccS)*** current study presents the hydrocarbon viability evaluations and cO_(2)storage prospects,focusing on the sandstone units of the Rio Bonito *** objective is to apply petrophysical evaluations with geochemical inputs in predicting future hydrocarbon(gas)production to boost cO_(2)storage within the study *** study used data from eleven wells with associated wireline logs(gamma ray,resistivity,density,neutron,and sonic)to predict potential hydrocarbon accumulation and fluid mobility in the investigated *** samples(shale and carbonate)obtained from depths>200 m within the study location have shown bitumen *** geochemistry data of the Rio Bonito formation shale beds suggest they are potential hydrocarbon source rocks and could have contributed to the gas accumulations within the sandstone *** drilled well data,e.g.,cB-1-SP and TI-1-SP,show hydrocarbon(gas)presence based on the typical resistivity and the combined neutron-density responses at depths up to 3400 m,indicating the possibility of other hydrocarbon members apart from the heavy oil(bitumen)observed from the near-surface rocks *** the three-dimensional(3-D)model,the free fluid indicator(ffI)is more significant towards the southwest and southeast of the area with deeper depths of occurrence,indicating portions with reasonable hydrocarbon recovery rates and good prospects for cO_(2)injection,circulation and permanent ***,future studies based on contemporary datasets are required to establish the hydrocarbon viability further,foster gas production events,and enhance cO_(2)storage possibilities within the region.

Although transvaginal mesh(TVM)repair is no longer used in some countries,long-term outcomes after TVM surgery are of great importance ***,reports with follow-up>10 years are ***,this study aimed to report outcomes in a prospective cohort with at least 10 years of *** with stageⅢ–Ⅳsymptomatic prolapse were approached consecutively from 2008 to 2013 at one tertiary *** main outcome measure was symptomatic *** outcomes included anatomic failure,recurrence,patient satisfaction,complications,and *** Kaplan-Meier curve was used to estimate the cumulative failure *** the 121 patients enrolled in the study,103(85.1%)completed a median follow-up of 11 *** estimated probability rates of symptomatic and anatomic failure were 17.6%and 8.8%in 11 years,*** estimated incidence of symptomatic failure increased by 8.2%between 5 and 11 years;however,the corresponding rate for anatomic failure was 3.7%.The most common complication was vaginal mesh exposure,and its estimated probability increased from 19.3%to 28.4%from 5 to 11 years,*** trimming resolved 80.0%of vaginal *** patients did not report decreased overall *** with vaginal mesh exposure requiring>3 office procedures or mesh removal in the operating room(5.8%by 11 years)had lower satisfaction rates(Pfined as having severe mesh *** rates of postoperative pain,reoperation,and Patient Global Impression of Improvement≥2 were 2.5%,3.3%,and 94.2%,*** results of this study implied that TVM treatment gradually increased the symptomatic failure rate but provided durable anatomical support of the vaginal *** mesh exposure was common in women who were largely not sexually active;however,80%of the cases could be managed in the outpatient clinic,which did not affect patient satisfaction.

This research introduces a novel approach to improve and optimize the predictive capacity of consumer purchase behaviors on e-commerce platforms. This study presented an introduction to the fundamental concepts of the logistic regression algorithm. In addition, it analyzed user data obtained from an e-commerce platform. The original data were preprocessed, and a consumer purchase prediction model was developed for the e-commerce platform using the logistic regression method. The comparison study used the classic random forest approach, further enhanced by including the K-fold cross-validation method. Evaluation of the accuracy of the model’s classification was conducted using performance indicators that included the accuracy rate, the precision rate, the recall rate, and the f1 score. A visual examination determined the significance of the findings. The findings suggest that employing the logistic regression algorithm to forecast customer purchase behaviors on e-commerce platforms can improve the efficacy of the approach and yield more accurate predictions. This study serves as a valuable resource for improving the precision of forecasting customers’ purchase behaviors on e-commerce platforms. It has significant practical implications for optimizing the operational efficiency of e-commerce platforms.

BAcKGROUND chronic hepatitis c virus(HcV)has been associated with hepatic and extrahe-patic *** studies have shown an association between colorectal adenomas and HcV *** To study the prevalence of colorectal adenomas in patients with HcV compared to the general population and to evaluate if it is an independent risk factor for colorectal *** Patients were divided into HcV and non-HcV based on their HcV RNA *** with alcoholic liver disease,hepatitis B infection,and inflammatory bowel disease were *** variables were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U test,and categorical variables usingχ^(2) with Pconsidered statistically *** significant covariates(independent variables)were matched in both groups by propensity score matching,followed by multivariate regression *** Of the 415 patients screened,109 HcV patients and 97 non-HcV patients with colonoscopy results were included in the *** patients were older,had a smoking history,had less frequent aspirin use,and had a lower body mass index(BMI)(PcV cohort had a significantly increased number of patients with adenomas(adenoma detection rate of 53.2%vs 34%.P=0.006).We performed a propensity-matched multivariate analysis where HcV infection was significantly associated with colorectal adenoma(OR:2.070,P=0.019).cONcLUSION Our study shows a significantly higher rate of adenomas in HcV patients compared to the general *** studies would help determine if the increase in adenoma detection lowers the risk for colorectal cancer.

Density functional theory periodic slab calculations were carded out for cO adsorption on a series of Mo modified Pt（111） surfaces to provide an insight into the interaction between cO and doped metal surface, an important issue in cO oxidation as well as in promotion and poisoning effects of catalysis. The modification of adsorption properties with respect to those of adsorption on the pure Mo（110） and Pt（111） is described in terms of changes in the adsorption energies, adsorption sites and vibrational properties occurring upon alloying. We believe that the present DfT calculations can provide important information into optimal alloy composition for cO-tolerance, which is not easily obtained by experimental methods.

According to the definitions of molecular connectivity and hyper-Wiener index, a novel set of hyper-Wiener indexes （Dn, ^mDn） were defined and named as condensed extended hyper-Wiener index, the potential usefulness of which in QSAR/QSPR is evaluated by its correlation with a number of c3-c8 alkanes as well as by a favorable comparison with models based on molecular connectivity index and overall Wiener index.

冰川是南美洲阿根廷门多萨流域(33°S)重要的淡水资源,冰川作为气候变化的敏感指示器,对于理解和评估全球和区域气候变化具有重要意义。为了解门多萨流域冰川分布及变化趋势,探讨其对区域水资源和生态系统的影响,为应对气候变化提供科学依据,研究基于1990-2020年Landsat遥感影像,参考RGI冰川编目数据和阿根廷国家冰川清单,通过比值阈值法和人工解译法得到7期冰川边界,研究了门多萨流域冰川面积分布与变化特征。并结合Terraclimate气候数据,揭示了该区域在研究期间的气候变化趋势,探讨了区域气候变化对冰川变化的影响。结果表明:①2020年门多萨流域冰川面积为134.09±11.86 km^(2),1990-2020年冰川总体呈极显著波动下降趋势(p10 km^(2)占比最大,10 km^(2)规模冰川退缩速度最大;冰川主要分布在南坡,西北坡冰川最少,东南、东北坡冰川退缩速度最大;冰川主要分布在坡度5°~40°之间,50°~55°的冰川退缩速度最大;冰川主要分布在海拔4200~5400 m之间,<4000 m冰川退缩速率最大。③20世纪50年代末以来门多萨地区气温整体呈现极显著的上升趋势(p<0.001),研究区年均最高、最低气温每十年上升0.53、0.29℃。气温持续上升是门多萨流域冰川退缩的长期原因,降水变化是该区域冰川变化的短期原因。本研究为门多萨流域预防冰川变化导致的水资源可用性变化和地质灾害预防提供参考。
