We have studied the electronic structure and chemical bonding mechanism of nanolayered M2SbP with M = Ti, Zr and Hf using the full-relativistic of an all-electron full potential linearized augmented-plane-wave (FP-LAPW) method based on the density functional theory, within the local density approximation scheme for the exchange-correlation potential. Furthermore, we have to calculate the energy of formation for prove the existence of these compounds experimentally. Geometrical optimizations of the unit cell are in good agreement with the available theoretical and experimental data. The bulk modulus of M2SbP conserved as Ti is replaced with Zr, and increases by 8.7% as Ti is replaced with Hf, which can be understood on the basis of the increased number of valence electrons filling the p-d hybridized bonding states. The bonding is of covalentionic nature with the presence of metallic character. Analyzing the bonding in the binary MP, it can be concluded that this character is essentially conserved in M2SbP ternaries.

The main purpose of the study was to enhance the stability and therapeutic effects of Curcumin(Cur)through nanoformulation with gum Arabic(GA)as a coating agent through an efficient synthetic *** antioxidant properties of the developed nanoparticles(Cur/GANPs)were assessed through several in vitro assays,such asβ-carotene bleaching activity,DPPH,and nitric oxide scavenging activities in addition to evaluating its inhibitory activity on angiotensinconverting enzyme(ACE).The cytotoxicity of Cur/GANPs was evaluated in vitro using different types of human cancer cells including breast cancer(MCF7,MDA-MB231),liver cancer(HepG2),and colon cancer(HT29)*** prepared particles displayed an elliptical shape with a size ranging between 20–260 nm and a potential difference of–15 *** Cur/GANPs exhibited significant antioxidant activity compared to free curcumin when using concentrations between 31.5 and 500μg/*** Cur/GANPs also had inhibited the growth of all cancer cell lines in a proportional trend with concentrations ***,the encapsulation with gum Arabic has augmented the antioxidant and anti-neoplastic effects of ***,Cur/GANPs may have effective therapeutic properties in diseases attributed to oxidative stress like cancer and hypertension.

Klinefelter syndrome and Y-chromosomal microdeletion analyses were once the only two genetic tests offered to infertile men. Analyses of aurora kinase C （AURKCj and DPY19L2 are now recommended for patients presenting macrozoospermia and globozoospermia, respectively, two rare forms of teratozoospermia particularly frequent among North African men. We carried out genetic analyses on Algerian patients, to evaluate the prevalence of these syndromes in this population and to compare it with the expected frequency of Klinefelter syndrome and Y-microdeletions. We carried out a retrospective study on 599 consecutive patients consulting for couple infertility at the assisted reproduction unit of the Ibn Rochd Clinique, Constantine, Algeria. Abnormal sperm parameters were observed in 404 men. Fourteen and seven men had typical macrozoospermia and globozoospermia profiles, respectively. Molecular diagnosis was carried out for these patients, for the AURKC and DPY19L2 genes. Eleven men with macrozoospermia had a homozygous AURKC mutation （79%）, corresponding to 2.7% of all patients with abnormal spermograms. All the men with globozoospermia studied （n = 5）, corresponding to 1.2% of all infertile men, presented a homozygous DPY19L2deletion. By comparison, we would expect 1.6% of the patients in this cohort to have Klinefelter syndrome and 0.23% to have Y-microdeletion. Our findings thus indicate that AURKCmutations are more frequent than Klinefelter syndrome and constitute the leading genetic cause of infertility in North African men. Furthermore, we estimate that AURKCand DPY19L2 molecular defects are 10 and 5 times more frequent, respectively, than Y-microdeletions.

A phenomenological low-filed mobility model is developed to describe the dependence ot the carrier molgmty on me gate to source bias applied for AIGaN/GaN high electron mobility transistor. The results show excellent agreement with experimental data, when compared thereby proving the validity of the model. In the proposed work the temporal evolution of the mobility degradation shows a sharp decline in emission rates below 456 s-1. We also note a sharp decline for large defects densities.

The inclining experiment is the only regulatory tool to assess ship stability. This experiment is a time consuming process for both real-life tests and ship model experiments. The difficulty is mainly due to a bias in the measurement of heel angle. Nowadays, digital inclinometers are available, but they are expensive. In this study, the use of a smartphone application is presented for ship inclination and rolling-period tests. The idea consists of using accelerometer and gyroscope sensors built into the current smartphones for the measurements. Therefore, some experiments are carried out on an example trawler model to exhibit the uses and advantages of this method. The obtained results are in good agreement with those provided from the pendulum method and natural roll-period test. This application is new, easy, and more accurately assesses metacentric height during the inclining and rolling-period tests.

This study aimed to evaluate the antioxidant activity of five Algerian olive oil samples from Chlef, Jijel, Tissemsilt, Bejaia and Tizi Ouzou regions. Thus the following results were found physicochemical caracterisation revealed that the samples are conform to standards prescribed by IOC （2013） as they are type-oleic and linoleic varies between virgin and extra virgin Chlef, Djijel and Bejaia oils are richer in carotenoids than those ofTizi Ouzou and Tissemsilt. Chlefand Tissemsilt oils are richer in phenolic compounds than other oils and have revealed very important antioxidant activity and the largest inhibitory power of peroxidation.

Use of traditional medicine in Algeria as an alternative treatment against COVID-19 in the context of modern medicine: a survey-based study

Objective: The current survey-based study is interested in using traditional medicine as an alternative treatment against COVID-19 by the local population in Algeria. Methods: An online survey using Google form and a face-to-face interview were conducted. The addressed questions were concerned basically with the names of the most commonly-used plants, the reasons for using TM, preparation methods, and effectiveness of treatment based on TM. Results: Obtained answers showed a tendency of respondents to use traditional medicine against this pandemic by using particularly different medicinal plants. The main reasons for choosing the use of traditional medicine are its effectiveness (57.5%), the lack of side effects (36.7%) and being used to practicing it (31.7%), and to a lesser extent abundance and low cost of medicinal plants (10.8%). Leaves were mostly used for the treatment of COVID-19 in the form of infusions. Conclusion: The current study allowed us to identify the medicinal plants and other natural products like natural honey and olive oil used by the local population and to appreciate and know the traditional practices used in the prevention of COVID-19.

在过去的30年,用于城市地面交通工具中自动驾驶技术的开发已经得到了飞速的发展。目前,现代自主驾驶车辆已具备一定感知车辆周围环境的能力,比如根椐分类所分析对象的类型并进行检测;观测周身环境的变化并评估对象的移动可能性;在遵循交通法规的基础之上对复杂的交通现状进行车辆路径规划并分析障碍物的移动方向等。在这些复杂的情况下,这种自主导航能力是建立在很多学科（例如：计算机学、电子工程学、机器人技术和控制学等）的基础之上跨越并结合之后研发的。本学位论文对自主车辆系统所包含很多重叠和整合系统及技术知识进行了探讨,并对从摄像机镜头捕捉到的图像以及对于车辆位置、车辆性质种类、不同物体的速度及来自从各种传感器如GPS、雷达、相机、和其他人对车辆周围的危险指数分析并对相关数据资料加以分析和总结。值得说明的是对所研究对象来判断并得出详细描述他们的内容研究（比如根椐他们的外部形象特征来将其归类）不在本论文的范围内。首先我们设计或规划得出描述每个对象的N个特征向量等数据,每个特征向量包含的数据描述如下：（1）对象属性（比如汽车、人群、树木、障碍物等等）（2）测试车辆和物体之间的距离以[以（x,y）坐标轴的方式描述与计算]。（3）运动客体的相对移动方向[以（x,y）坐标轴的方式描述与计算]。（4）行驶车辆的当前速度。行驶环境范围内,车辆与每个物体之间计算得出的时间值可能会有冲突,这是证明风险的关键点。基于可能存在的碰撞时间标准,每个对象都是通过使用不同的分类技术风险和危险水平来排序。目前这些技术具体包含：K最近邻群集算法（KNN）、神经网络（NN）、支持向量机（SVM）等。相比较之下,K-means算法经研究被验证为最适用于本文所描述数据集的最好方法。然后,我们研究如何处理那些仅使用单项输入模式可能无法实现的、并从多个特征向量中为了提高准确性和更具体推论规则和推理的数据融合系统相结合的数据,以及为了给予一个正确精准的决策而需要对n向量操控和整合等方面的问题。为了计算给出一个正确的决策信息,我们针对一个由F个自定义的特征组成向量,并结合N个采集对象特征向量,然后融合集成所有必需的数据集。在此研究背景的框架下,我们提出了两种不同的融合算法： A)基于车辆相对位置的决策级数据融合[最高风险从（左,右和前面,后面）]。 B)基于对象特征属性的数据融合[风险最高的(汽车、人力、交通信号灯、和障碍]。并且,在此基础上我们详细比较了这两个方法。同时在决策阶段时依据输入的特性选用其中之一方法,以便得到较好的决策结果。最后,我们介绍了提出的模糊逻辑控制系统,用于解决不确定性的考虑多个选择的问题,一种合适的模糊逻辑决策算法。该算法的思想是依据不同行为特征选择导致的有关车辆位置等不同距离特征的影响,并以计算得出的汽车碰撞时间进行测试。不同距离特征会影响所需计算的汽车碰撞时间,这个运算法则始于那些行为被选择,而后执行“并”的法则完成和遵循。系统描述了汽车自主行驶决策的各种工况,包括每个“仅在前”,“仅在后”,“仅在左”,“仅在右”等方向的工况下车辆对象可能产生事故的原因。由于本文方法具备了提示正确的方向转向和适当的速度来避免碰撞的能力,这项研究结果将进一步提高影响车辆驾驶人和自主驾驶代理未来的自主驾驶决策和辨识能力。

Proficiency Testing Scheme for Pesticides in Honey

Agricultural contamination with pesticides is a challenging problem for both human and bee health. Consequently, a number of laboratories performing pesticides residues analyse in honey and honey products has gradually increased in recent years. In the framework of their accreditations according to ISO 17025 standard, these laboratories must control their performances through interlaboratory comparison. Interprofessional Bureau of Analytical Studies (BIPEA) organizes regular proficiency testing schemes (PTS) in many analytical domains, including the analysis of pesticides in honey, to compare the performances of the laboratories. As an example, one test was conducted in October 2015 using an organic honey spiked with 21 pesticides, at levels between 15 ^g/kg and 200 ^g/kg, with 27 participating laboratories. This test was intended for the identification and quantification of 21 molecules of pesticides residues. The techniques used by the laboratories were GC-MS-MS, LC-MS-MS, GC-MS and GC-ECD, according to the molecules. Participating laboratories were required to return their results on a dedicated website after a period of one month, and a statistical treatment of the data was performed according to ISO 13528 standard. Assigned (consensus) values were calculated from the participants’ results and the performances of the laboratories could then be evaluated individually and collectively according to ISO 17043 standard. The results of this test were satisfactory for detection and quantification, whatever the analytical technique. The molecules were correctly identified by the laboratories and the recovery rates ranged from 56% up to 88%. The dispersions of the results, studied through the coefficients of variation, were also satisfactory ranging from 7% to 30%. This test showed that the laboratories participating routinely in this kind of tests are very competent in the analysis of pesticides residues in honey.
