Distributed generation(DG)allocation in the distribution network is generally a multi-objective optimization *** maximum benefits of DG injection in the distribution system highly depend on the selection of an appropriate number of DGs and their capacity along with the best *** this paper,the improved decomposition based evolutionary algorithm(I-DBEA)is used for the selection of optimal number,capacity and site of DG in order to minimize real power losses and voltage deviation,and to maximize the voltage stability *** proposed I-DBEA technique has the ability to incorporate non-linear,nonconvex and mixed-integer variable problems and it is independent of local extrema *** order to validate the effectiveness of the proposed technique,IEEE 33-bus,69-bus,and 119-bus standard radial distribution networks are ***,the choice of optimal number of DGs in the distribution system is also *** simulation results of the proposed method are compared with the existing *** comparison shows that the proposed method has the ability to get the multi-objective optimization of different conflicting objective functions with global optimal values along with the smallest size of DG.

心房顫動(房顫,atrial fibrillation)是肺靜脈起源的異位興奮病灶觸發、驅動及維持為主要病理生理機制的心律失常[1]。作為臨床常見的心律失常,心房顫動為患者帶來主要危害為房顫相關卒中和心力衰竭,其對應的抗凝治療及節律控制是改善房顫患者預後及生活質量的重要措施,以房顫經皮導管射頻消融(catheter ablation,CA)手術為抗心律失常藥物(antiarrhythmic drug,AAD)治療以外房顫節律控制的治療方案,亦是房顫診療的重要里程碑之一[2]。

In the present work,we studied dissolution behavior of three glass ceramics samples each having 34 SiO2–14.5 P2O5–1 CaF2–0.5 MgF2(%wt)and ratio of CaO/MgO varying from 11.5:1 to 1:11.5 in conventional SBF(SBF-K9) and revised SBF(r-SBF) that has ionic concentration exactly equal to that of human blood *** that purpose,samples were immersed in fluids for different time periods upto 25 *** film XRD analysis revealed the diffusive nature of the phases on the surfaces of samples after soaking for different time periods in *** showed the poor precipitation and small thickness of the HCAp layer on the samples as compared to that in SBF-K9,thus indicating the fitness and sensitivity of r-SBF for in-vitro characterization of ***,FTIR and EDS revealed slow bonding rate on the surfaces of the samples in r-SBF than that in SBF-K9 that showed the dependence of bond formation on the composition of the materials as well as on the physiological fluid used for in-vitro *** rate of HCAp formation was slower in r-SBF due to more competitive adsorption of CO3 ions to Ca and Mg ions owing to greater amount of CO3 in r-SBF than that in *** shows the importance of CO3 content in the physiological fluids for the in-vitro assessment of ***,r-SBF is recommended to be used for assessment of samples to clearly understand their behavior in-vivo.

Ischemic stroke and irreversible consequences:Ischemic stroke in humans is the second most common cause of death in the world(Mozaffarian et al.,2016).The outcomes after a stroke are often dependent on complications,including motor disorders,depression and dementia(Pluta et al.,2018a),which causes a high risk of re-hospitalization and/or palliative *** is also the main reason for long-term disability in people after stroke,with up to half of those who survived the stroke will not regain their independence until the end of their lives(Mozaffarian et al.,2016).According to epidemiological forecasts,human ischemic stroke will soon become the dominant cause of death worldwide(Bejot et al.,2016)as well as dementia with the phenotype of Alzheimer’s disease(AD;Kim and Lee 2018).It is suggested that human ischemic stroke and experimental brain ischemia in animals are associated with the possible development of AD neuropathology(Pluta et al.,2018a).

Colonic metastasis of Klatskin tumor:Case report and discussion of the current literature

We report the case of a 65-year old male patient who initially presented with recurrent episodes of upper abdominal pain, lack of appetite and weight loss. Abdominal ultrasound indicated enlarged intrahepatic bile ducts, abdominal CT scan and ERC were performed and bile duct carcinoma （Klatskin Type Ⅲ b） was diagnosed. The tumor was located in the segments 2,3,4 and 1 with possible invasion of the left intrahepatic portal vein. Both the segments 2 and 3 of the liver were atrophic and displayed a cholestatic bile duct system. Preoperatively an intraductal stent was placed in the left bile duct using ERC to drain the left hepatic lobe. A specimen of the ascites present preoperatively displayed no malignant cells. After evaluation of the preoperatively obtained data left hepatic resection was planned. Following laparotomy we found local peritoneal carcinosis in the ligamentum hepatoduodenale with lymphatic nodules that tested positive for cholangiocellular carcinoma in online pathological examination. In the course of further exploration of the abdomen a solid tumor was detected in the sigmoid colon. Regarding the advanced stage of the neoplasm it was decided to cancel hemihepatectomy and perform sigmoid resection only in order to guarantee uncomplicated intestinal passage. The sigmoid colon was removed by a typical resection technique with end- to-end anastomosis. Histological examination of the resected sigmoid revealed transmural manifestation of a malignant neoplastic process with both a tubular and a solid growth pattern in conformity with metastasis of a Klatskin tumor. The mucosal layer showed no neoplastic alteration. Peritoneal carcinosis is a common phenomenon in the dissemination pattern of advancedstage Klatskin tumors, yet to our knowledge this is the first case of intramural colonic growth following peritoneal metastasis.

Enhancement of thermal properties of conventional heat transfer fluids has become one of the important technical challenges. Since nanofluids offer a promising help in this regard, development of simpler and hassle free routes for their synthesis is of utmost importance. Synthesis of nanofluids using a hassle free route with greener chemicals has been reported. The single-step chemical approach reported here overcomes the drawbacks of the two-step procedures in the synthesis of nanofluids. The resulting Newtonian nanofluids prepared contained cuboctahedral particles of cuprous oxide and exhibited a thermal conductivity of 2.852 W- m-1. K-1. Polyvinylpyrro- lidone （PVP） used during the synthesis acted as a stabilizing agent rendering the nanofluid a stability of 9 weeks.

This manuscript examines the recently developed conformable three-dimensional Wazwaz-Benjamin-Bona-Mahony(3D-WBBM)equation’s dynamical behavior in terms of its spatial and temporal *** governing equation is stretch for the Korteweg-de-Vries equation that represents the unidirectional propagation of small amplitude long waves on the surface of hydro magnetic and acoustic waves in a channel,especially for shallow *** wave solutions of various types,such as kink and shock,as well as singleton,combined solitons,and complex solitons,are all ***,solutions to hyperbolic,exponential,and trigonometric functions are obtained through the use of recently developed methods,namely the Kudryashov method(KM),the modified Kudryashov method(MKM),and the new extended direct algebraic method(NEDAM).The study conducts a comparison of our findings to well-known findings,and concludes that the solutions reached here are ***,the earned results are sketched in different shapes to demonstrate their dynamics as a function of parameter *** can assert from the obtained results that the applied techniques are simple,vibrant,and quite well,and will be helpful tool for addressing more highly nonlinear issues in various of fields,especially in ocean and coastal ***,our findings are first step toward understanding the structure and physical behavior of complicated *** anticipate that our results will be highly valuable in bet-ter understanding the waves that occur in the *** feel that this work is timely and will be of interest to a wide spectrum of experts working on ocean engineering models.
