Global financial crisis and subsequent protectionist measures of Us government motivated Indian government to look for opportunities towards AsEAN nations through ＂Look East Policy.＂ While scouting for opportunities, it was found that Indonesian air services market is buoyant and promising where Indonesia has recently liberalized its open sky policies for inviting domestic as well as foreign investment. Time is appropriate for Indian government to negotiate on how India can participate in Indonesian domestic market and provide air services to its consumers. The paper tries to analyze how Indian private domestic airlines can enter into the markets of Indonesia and whether they would be able to provide such services. It further tries to examine that certain value addition services in terms of auxiliary air services are currently required for Indonesia. To that extent, how is India going to capitalize such opportunities by providing such competitive value addition services？ Indonesia is currently witnessing frequent air accidents and making safety as a major concern for consumers. It tries to argue whether India can provide technical and other support services to reduce such hazards. The research methodology includes Input-Output Table calculating using WIOD （World Input Output Database） database. National Input-Output Table for analyzing Indonesian air services was also consulted for authors＇ own calculations

Dominant phase during hot deformation in the two-phase region of Zr-2.5Nb-0.5Cu （ZNC） alloy was studied using activation energy calculation of individual phases. Thermo-mechanical compression tests were performed on a two-phase ZNC alloy in the temperature range of 700-925 ℃ and strain rate range of 10-2-10 s-l, Flow stress data of the single phase were extrapolated in the two-phase range to calculate flow stress data of individual phases. Activation energies of individual phases were then calculated using calculated flow stress data in the two-phase range, Comparison of activation energies revealed that a phase is the dominant phase （deformation controlling phase） in the two-phase range. Constitutive equations were also developed on the basis of the deformation temperature range （or according to phases present） using a sine-hyperbolic type constitutive equation. The statistical analysis revealed that the constitutive equation developed for a particular phase showed good agreement with the experimental results in terms of correlation coefficient （R） and average absolute relative error （AARE）.

Crop models are widely used to predict plant growth,water input requirements,and ***,existing models are very complex and require hundreds of variables to perform *** to these shortcomings,large-scale applications of crop models are *** order to address these limitations,reliable crop models were developed using a deep neural network(DNN)–a new approach for predicting crop *** addition,the number of required input variables was reduced using three common variable selection techniques:namely Bayesian variable selection,spearman's rank correlation,and Principal Component Analysis Feature *** reduced-variableDNN modelswere capable of estimating future crop yields for 10,000,000 differentweather and irrigation scenarios while maintaining comparable accuracy levels to the original model that used all input *** establish clear superiority of the methodology,the results were also compared with a very recent feature selection algorithm called min-redundancy max-relevance(mRMR).The results of this study showed that the Bayesian variable selection was the best method for achieving the aforementioned ***,the final Bayesian-based DNN model with a structure of 10 neurons in 5 layers performed very similarly(78.6%accuracy)to the original DNN cropmodel with 400 neurons in 10 layers,even though the size of the neural network was reduced by *** effort can help promote sustainable agricultural intensifications through the large-scale application of crop models.

A low-cost, green and reproducible probiotic microbe (Lactobacillus sporogens) mediated biosynthesis of ZnO nanoparticles is reported. The synthesis is performed akin to room tem-perature in five replicate samples. X-ray and transmission electron microscopy analyses are performed to ascertain the formation of ZnO nanoparticles. Rietveld analysis to the X-ray data indicated that ZnO nanoparticles have hexagonal unit cell structure. Individual nanoparticles having the size of 5-15 nm are found. A possible involved mechanism for the synthesis of ZnO nanoparticles has been pro-posed. The H2s adsorption characteristic of ZnO nanoparticles has also been assayed.

In vitro evaluation of anti-acetylcholinesterase and free radical scavenging potential of leaf extracts of some selected medicinal plants

Objective: To evaluate the phytochemical present in various solvent extracts from leaves of Ocimum sanctum(L.), swertia chirayita(L.), Butea monosperma(Lam.) and stevia rebaudiana(Bert.) as well as antioxidant and anticholinergic activities employing different in vitro models. Methods: Total phenol content of diethyl ether, chloroform and methanolic extracts obtained from leaves of different medicinal plants was determined by Folin-Ciocalteau's spectrophotometric method. Moreover, antioxidant and anticholinergic studies were conducted by four different in vitro methods which included diphenyl picrylhydrazyl radical scavenging, 2,2-azinobis(3-ethylbezoline-6-sulphonic acid), reducing activity by ferrous reduced antioxidant power and anti-acetylcholinesterase assay, in order to ensure pharmacological potential of the plants. Results: The methanolic leaf extract of Ocimum sanctum showed the highest total phenol content which was(21.13±1.04) GAE/g DW and antioxidant activities compared to other plants with the IC50 value of 40.43 μg/mL in diphenyl picrylhydrazyl radical scavenging assay and 53.5 μg/mL in 2,2-azinobis(3-ethylbezoline-6-sulphonic acid) assay as well as metal ion reduced by(78.22±0.38) TE/g DW in ferrous reduced antioxidant power assay. The inhibition percentage of the anti-acetylcholinesterase assay was(94.22±0.26)%. Conclusions: The results of our current study show that Ocimum sanctum leaf is the most significant source of phytochemicals that possesses antioxidant and anticholinergic properties. However, further investigation on isolation and characterization of active compound which is responsible for the pharmacological potential is needed.

Induced systemic resistance(IsR)is a mechanism by which certain plant beneficial rhizobacteria and fungi produce immunity,which can stimulate crop growth and resilience against various phytopathogens,insects,and *** beneficial rhizobacteria and fungi improve plant performance by regulating hormone signaling,including salicylic acid(sA),jasmonic acid(JA),prosystemin,pathogenesis-related gene 1,and ethylene(ET)pathways,which activate the gene expression of IsR,the synthesis of secondary metabolites,various enzymes,and volatile compounds that ultimately induce defense mechanisms in *** protect themselves from disease,plants have various advanced defense mechanisms in which local acquired resistance,systemic gene silencing,systemic wound response,systemic acquired resistance(sAR),and IsR are *** rhizobacteria activate the sA-dependent sAR pathway by producing sA at the root’s *** contrast,other rhizobacteria can activate different signaling pathways independent of sA(sA-independent IsR pathways)such as those dependent on JA and ET *** main objective of this review is to provide insight into the types of induced resistance utilized for plant *** to this,the genetic approaches used to suppress disease-causing genes,i.e.,RNA interference and antisense RNA,which are still underutilized in sustainable agriculture,along with the current vision for virus-induced gene silencing are also discussed.
