在室内以小菜蛾蛹作为寄主 ,比较浙江杭州和台湾梨山 2地的颈双缘姬蜂在 13～ 35℃范围内7个温度下的生长发育、存活、子代性比及内禀增长率 .在 13和 35℃下 ,2个种群均不能育出后代成虫 .在 15、2 5、30、32和 33.5℃下 ,发育历期、成虫寿命和每雌寄生的寄主蛹数在 2种群间无显著差异 ,但幼虫至成虫阶段的存活率在 32和 33.5℃下 ,杭州种群均高于梨山种群 ,其中 32℃下差异达到了显著水平 .子代性比除 33.5℃下 2种群间无显著差异外 ,15、2 5、30和 32℃下杭州种群均显著或极显著高于梨山种群 .杭州种群的内禀增长率在 15～ 33.5℃范围均高于梨山种群 ,在 30和 32℃下 ,这种差异更为明显 .推测在高温区段种群间存活率的差异是由于各种群对当地气候条件的长期适应所造成的。

Ontogenes and the Paradox of Homologous Pairing

The mutations in ontogenes have been shown to drastically increase the nondisjunction of X chromosomes in the D. melanogaster meiosis. This means that ontogenes are involved in the process that brings the homologs together although both the genes and ontogenes are finally paired. The phenomenon named the paradox of homologous pairing is described. Chromosomal rearrangements (inversions and translocations) lead to formation of specific topological figures (loops and crosses) during pairing. The mutual arrangement of the nucleotide sequences of homologous ontogenes before and after formation of such figures is different. Their arrangement coincides after a figure is formed and the pairing looks homologous. However, before the figure is formed, their arrangement does not match and the pairing is actually nonhomologous. The available data on ontogenes allows this paradox to be resolved. It is assumed that the sequence of each ontogene possesses a factor that 1) is a product of this nucleotide sequence;2) is co-located with this sequence;and 3) generates approaching independently of nucleotide sequence position in space. The sole candidate to the role of this factor is the DNA conformation of ontogene. The conformation in the form of a solenoid of DNA is able to generate an electromagnetic field independent of the orientation of the DNA itself. The proposed resolution of the paradox is considered in terms of the problem of genetic homology.

Purpose-In wireless sensor networks,improving the network lifetime is considered as the prime objective that needs to be significantly addressed during data *** the traditional data aggregation techniques,cluster-based dominating set algorithms are identified as more effective in aggregating data through cluster ***,the existing cluster-based dominating set algorithms suffer from a major drawback of energy deficiency when a large number of communicating nodes need to collaborate for transferring the aggregated ***,due to this reason,the energy of each communicating node is gradually decreased and the network lifetime is also *** increase the lifetime of the network,the proposed algorithm uses two sets:Dominating set and hit ***/methodology/approach-The proposed algorithm uses two sets:Dominating set and hit *** dominating set constructs an unequal clustering,and the hit set minimizes the number of communicating nodes by selecting the optimized cluster head for transferring the aggregated data to the base *** simulation results also infer that the proposed optimized unequal clustering algorithm(OUCA)is greater in improving the network lifetime to a maximum amount of 22%than the existing cluster head selection approach considered for ***-In this paper,lifetime of the network is prolonged by constructing an unequal cluster using the dominating set and electing an optimized cluster head using hit *** dominator set chooses the dominator based on the remaining energy and its node degree of each *** optimized cluster head is chosen by the hit set to minimize the number of communicating nodes in the *** proposed algorithm effectively constructs the clusters with a minimum number of communicating nodes using the dominating and hit *** simulation result confirms that the proposed algorithm prolonging the lifetime of the network efficiently when compared with the existing algorithms.

Drought has serious effects on the physiology of cereal crops. At the cellular and specifically the metabolite level, many individual compounds are increased to provide osmoprotective functions, prevent the dissociation of enzymes, and to decrease the number of reactive oxygen species present in the cell. We have used a targeted GC-MS approach to identify compounds that differ in three different cultivars of bread wheat characterized by different levels of tolerance to drought under drought stress （Kukri, intolerant; Excalibur and RAC875, tolerant）. Levels of amino acids, most notably proline, tryptophan, and the branched chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine, and valine were increased under drought stress in all cultivars. In the two tolerant cultivars, a small decrease in a large number of organic acids was also evident. Excalibur, a cultivar genotypically related to Kukri, showed a pattern of response that was more similar to Kukri under well-watered conditions. Under drought stress, Excalibur and RAC875 had a similar response; however, Excalibur did not have the same magnitude of response as RAC875. Here, the results are discussed in the context of previous work in physiological and proteomic analyses of these cultivars under drought stress.
