Key information extraction can reduce the dimensional effects while evaluating the correct preferences of users during semantic data ***,the classifiers are used to maximize the performance of web-page recommendation in terms of precision and *** recent method disambiguates contextual sentiment using conceptual prediction with robustness,however the conceptual prediction method is not able to yield the optimal ***-dependent terms are primarily evaluated by constructing linear space of context features,presuming that if the terms come together in certain consumerrelated reviews,they are semantically ***,the more frequently they coexist,the greater the semantic dependency ***,the influence of the terms that coexist with each other can be part of the frequency of the terms of their semantic dependence,as they are non-integrative and their individual meaning cannot be *** this work,we consider the strength of a term and the influence of a term as a combinatorial optimization,called Combinatorial Optimized Linear Space Knapsack for Information Retrieval(COLSK-IR).The COLSK-IR is considered as a knapsack problem with the total weight being the“term influence”or“influence of term”and the total value being the“term frequency”or“frequency of term”for semantic data *** method,by which the term influence and the term frequency are considered to identify the optimal solutions,is called combinatorial ***,we choose the knapsack for performing an integer programming problem and perform multiple experiments using the linear space through combinatorial optimization to identify the possible optimum *** is evident from our experimental results that the COLSK-IR provides better results than previous methods to detect strongly dependent snippets with minimum ambiguity that are related to inter-sentential context during semantic data analysis.

Algae are one of the major groups of soil microflora in agricultural lands. Among algae, the bluegreens are considered to be very valuable in agriculture. The role of them in soil fertility enhancement has been extensively studied worldwide. Sustainable utilization of an organism for any human purpose depends on how successfully the ecology of the same is thoroughly understood. Kuttanadu is a unique tropical paddy-wetland. Ecology of blue-green-algae and the exact diversity of the same in the zone remained unexplored. This is the first report of the blue-green-algal community of Kuttanadu in relation to different soil-regions, seasons, and crop-growth-stages. A rich blue-green-algal diversity of 64 species, with Oscillatoriales as the dominants (38%), is observed in these paddy-fields. The highest values for all the ecological parameters analyzed were found in the Lower Kuttanadu soil region, during Virippu season, at panicle stage of the crop whereas the lowest values for most of the parameters were observed in Upper Kuttanadu soils during puncha season at the seedling and panicle stages. The species richness and diversity index showed positive correlation to crop seasons. Apart from the specific soil and climatic factors, the total number of blue green algal isolates showed positive correlation to total nitrogen and phosphorus in the soils.

Objective Chronic pain represents a frequent and poorly understood public health issue. Numerous studies have documented the key significance of plastic changes along the somatosensory pain pathways in chronic pain states. Our recent study demonstrated that the c GMP-dependent protein kinase I（PKG-I） specifically localized in nociceptors constitutes a key mediator of hyperexcitability of primary sensory neurons and spinal synaptic plasticity after inflammation. However, whether PKG-I in nociceptors further affects the cortical plasticity in the ascending pain pathways under pathological states has remained elusive. Methods Behavioral surveys and immunohistochemistry as well as biochemical assays were performed. Results The immediate early gene c-fos and phosphorylated ERK1/2（pERK1/2） are considered reliable indicators for the neuronal activation status and it permits a comprehensive and large-scale observation of nociceptive neuronal activity along the ascending pain pathways subjected to tissue injury. In the present study, we systemically demonstrated that peripheral injury in PKGIfl/fl mice produced a significant upregulation of c-Fos or pERK1/2 over from the periphery to the cortex along the pain pathways, including dorsal root ganglion（DRG）, spinal dorsal horn, ventral posterolateral thalamus（VPL）, primary somatosensory hindlimb cortex（S1 HL）, anterior cingulate cortex（ACC）, basolateral amygdale, periaqueductal grey（PAG） and parabrachial nuecleus（PBN）. In contrast, very few cells in the above regions showed c-Fos or pERK1/2 induction in nociceptor specific knockout mice lacking PKG-I（SNS-PKG-I-/-mice）. Conclusion Our results indicate that PKG-I expressed in nociceptors is not only a key determinant of DRG hyperexcitability and spinal synaptic plasticity, but also an important modulator of cortical neuronal activity in pathological pain states and represent what we believe to be novel targets in the periphery for pain therapeutics.

Wastewater treatment using Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) technology is one of the state-of-the art wastewater management systems. In this technology equalization, biological treatment and secondary clarification are performed in a single reactor in a time control sequence. SBR system is idler for the areas where the available land is limited, since it operates in less space and very cost effective even on small scales. The control of the operational parameters during the process of biological wastewater treatment is often complicated due to the dynamic change in the composition and characteristics of the raw wastewater, flow rates and other parameters influencing the complex nature of the treatment process and the process in SBR has a unique cyclic batch operation. The performance of the SBR was studied using pilot and real plant at Puducherry. The parameters considered in this study are flow, Mixed Liquor Suspended Solids (MLSS), pH, temperature, influent and effluent of Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD). As a part of the study, the effect of constant flow and varying flow on the organic loading of the influent TSS, BOD and COD and their influence on the organic load of the effluent parameters were examined to identify the level of significance of the parameters in relation to the flow. The impact of flow on other parameters was also examined. The experimental data obtained from pilot and real plants were analyzed using multi variate statistical analyses like correlation analysis, Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Analysis of variance (ANOVA). The statistical analysis revealed that constant flow had no significant role and the influent parameters alone had the critical role, whereas varying flow as well as the influent parameters had the significant role on the performance of SBR.

Carbon footprint analysis is a method to quantify the life cycle Greenhouse Gases (GHGs) emissions and identify the measure to reduce climate change impacts. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has identified that the global warming and climate change which is one of the most important issues in the domain of environment are caused by the excessive emission of Greenhouse Gases (GHG) mainly constituting Carbon dioxide (CO2), Methane (CH4) and Nitrous oxide (N2O). The municipal wastewater treatment plant receives wastewater for treatment and finally discharges the treated effluent. The emissions of GHG during the treatment of wastewater as well as during the treatment process of sludge and also for energy generation are known to be on-site GHG emissions. Off-site GHG emissions are generated due to transportation and disposal of sludge, off-site energy and chemical production. In Puducherry, the municipal wastewater is being treated using oxidation ponds, Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) and Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR). Wastewater treatment using Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) technology is one of the state-of-the art wastewater management systems. In this technology equalization, biological treatment and secondary clarification are performed in a single reactor in a time control sequence. The emissions of GHG from the Oxidation ponds of 12.5 MLD, UASB reactor of 2.5 MLD and SBR of 17 MLD were assessed based on the IPCC guidelines and the total emissions of GHG in terms of equivalent of CO2 were compared. The performance of the SBR is more efficient and the emissions of GHG are less than the emissions in the UASB as well as in oxidation ponds. The emission of GHG in SBR is about 60% of the existing treatment systems of oxidation ponds and UASB thus a reduction of 40% GHG emission could be achieved.
