Dielectric spectroscopy of solid solutions based on sodium-potassium-cadmium in the temperature range (10 ÷ 900) K

This paper studies the dielectric spectra of solid solutions(SS)of the system(1−x−y)NaNbO_(3)-xKNbO_(3)-yCdNb_(2)O_(6) y=0.075,x=0.05÷0.30 in the temperature range(10÷900)*** formation of a local maximum was established in the interval(260÷300)K at small x values,which,as KNbO3 increases,is gradually blurred and becomes an inflection *** in SS with x=0.05÷0.10,the shift of the maxima of dependencesε′/ε_(0)(T)andε″/ε_(0)(T),depending on the frequency of the electric field at the temperature ranges(300÷304)K and(258÷271)K,is not related to *** anomaly may indicate a crystallographic disorder to A and B *** conclusion is made about the expediency of using the obtained results for the development of functional ferroactive materials.

In this paper,we report the successful growth of 0.5BiFeO_(3)-0.5PbFe_(0.5)Nb_(0.5)O_(3)/SrTiO_(3)/Si(001)heterostructure using RFcathode sputtering in an oxygen *** deposited films have been investigated by X-ray diffractometry and spectroscopic ellip-sometry(SE).0.5BiFeO_(3)-0.5PbFe_(0.5)Nb_(0.5)O_(3)films on silicon substrates with a strontium titanate buffer layer are single-phase,polycrystalline with a texture in the 001 *** unit cell parameters calculated in the tetragonal approximation were c=4.005±0.001Å;a=3.995±0.001Å.The presence in the films of small unit cell deformation arising from different unit cells parameters of the film and substrate is *** properties and capacitance-voltage characteristics have been *** ellipsometric parameters have been obtained.

The paper discusses the features of the effect of modification with lithium carbonate on the dielectric dispersion of lead ferroniobate *** modifier has been previously shown to change the ways of the recrystallization sintering and therefore reduce the sintering temperature of the ceramics,increase their average grain size,and improve their dielectric and piezoelectric *** this study,the emphasis is placed on the analysis of the diffusion effects of the ferroelectric phase transition upon such mod-ification considered from the standpoint of the chemical specifics of the modifier and its location in the structure of the parent compound.

The research findings of the phase composition,nanostructure and optical properties of strontium-barium niobate thin films are ***_(x)Ba_(1−x)Nb_(2)O_(6)nanosized films(x=0.5 and 0.61)were characterized by XRD,SEM and AFM *** multi-angle ellipsometry and spectrophotometry were used to determine the optical parameters(refractive index,its dispersion,and thickness of the damaged surface layer)of thin *** was shown that SBN-50 and SBN-61 thin films were grown c-oriented on Al_(2)O_(3)(0001)and heteroepitaxial on MgO(001)*** increase of refractive index,approaching its maximum value in the bulk material for a given composition as the film thickness increases,is observed.

In this paper we describe a route to produce crystalline Mg(OH)2 nanopowders from serpentinite ore distributed in the Halilovskiy array(Russia, Orenburg region). An efficient extraction route consisting of treatment on serpentinite in 40% HNO_3 at 80 °C followed by NH_4OH titration for Mg(OH)_2 precipitation was demonstrated. In this study, crystalline Mg(OH)2 nanopowders have been synthesized by solvothermal reaction method using(Mg(NO_3)_2á6H_2O) which were obtained from serpentinite, NH4 OH as a precipitator, and hydroxyethylated nonylphenol as surface-active substance. Microstructure and phase composition of samples were investigated employing scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM), X-ray phase analysis(XRD), and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES). XRD reveals that Mg(OH)2 nanopowder with high purity has the brucite structure. It was found that crystalline Mg(OH)_2 nanopowders exclusively consist of lamellar-like structures and the sizes of Mg(OH)_2 are 30–265 nm length or width.

About Thermophysical Properties of the Hollow Cathode

Creation of fine cementless ash-slag concrete based on high-calcium ash and slag from thermal power plants is the part of a Federal programme of Environment Protection. Long-term investigations into physical properties, chemical analysis, silicate and ferriferous decomposition, radionuclides contents of fly ash and slag from the Abakan thermal power plant were performed. The results were compared with up-to-date State Standards (25818-91, 26844-85) and Specification (39-70.10898-88). Deviation from the requirements of the State Standards and Specification were revealed, methods of treatment of ash (grinding to the fineness of 450m2/kg) and slag (grinding to sand with a particle size of 0 to 5 mm) as well as technique for producing high-performance cementless concrete (introduction of microsilica, double heat treatment) were suggested. The work underwent the examination by the NIIZhB and Moscow State University of Construction and was patented (Patent N 2065420. Concrete Mixture). The project for by Committee for Nature Preservation, Khakass Republic, was developed.

为了研究土壤地震响应的非线性效应，进行了水平土层中垂直入射地震波传播的数值模拟。不同强度的噪声状剪切地震波和单色地震波作为输入信号。土壤行为由非线性滞后模型来描述。为了提取和研究地面响应的非线性成分，采用了非线性识别系统和地表振动的高阶谱分析方法。甚至对于弱输入信号，模拟的土壤响应也含有显著的非线性成分。由于组合频谐波的产生和发展，输入信号强度的增大会导致传播信号进一步失真。结果表明：奇数类型的非线性在土壤中最典型，比如第立方阶和第五阶非线性，会使输入信号的主频产生第3阶和第5阶的更高阶谐波。偶数阶类型的非线性，如第2阶、第4阶和第6阶，与振动的不对称性或者偏斜度有关（即地表的准静态形变），通常情况下很微弱，但某些土壤的应力一应变关系可用显著的偶数部分的函数表示的特殊情况除外。由于产生了更高的谐波，弱非线性会致使高频成分增加。若是强非线性状态，放大倍数和剪切模量的减小变得很明显，传播信号谱的改变达到最大值。因此，任意谱的输入信号转换成为E（f）～f^k形谱的输出信号，其中k取决于介质特性。
