Samples of undoped, and CuO, CaO, Al2O3 as well as V2O5 doped mnZn ferrite were prepared using standard ceramic method. The X-ray diffraction results for the base and doped ferrite samples show a single phase with spinel cubic structure. The mossbauer spectrum of the base sample indicates line broadening and overlapping due to relaxation of magnetic dipoles. The temperature dependence of DC-electrical conductivity has been discussed on the basis of electronic conduction (electron hopping) and ionic conduction mechanism.

本研究评价了用不同棉籽粉作铒料蛋白源饲养尼罗罗非鱼的长期效果.用带壳棉籽粉和去壳棉籽粉分别配制成等热值(475kcal总能量/100g饵料)的试验饵料(补充或不补充结晶体L-赖氨酸);粗蛋白含量约30%.用以鱼粉为主的饵料作对照.每一饵料组尼罗罗非鱼(20g)分相同三组进行重复试验.按2%～3%鱼体重量的日投饵量饲养130d.鱼粉饵料组鱼的增重率、特定生长率、饵料转化和蛋白质效率均显著优于用棉籽粉喂养的鱼.去壳棉籽粉饵料组鱼的生长情况和饵料转化显著优于带壳棉籽粉饵料组鱼,但蛋白质效率无显著差异.棉籽粉饵料中结晶体L-赖氨酸的补充对鱼类各方面的性能无显著影响.成本/收益分析结果表明带壳棉籽粉作为尼罗罗非鱼的饵料最经济,去壳棉籽粉次之,鱼粉最差.

Egyptian species of the leafhopper genus Exitianus Ball,1929,***(St?l,1855),***(Distant,1908),and *** Ross,1968 are ***,morphological descriptions,and a key for their identification are *** this study,we used molecular techniques to confirm morphological identification and detect phylogeny among the three Exitianus *** partial nucleotide sequences of the amplified products obtained were determined by macrogen *** nucleotide sequences of 28S rDNA and COX genes of the EGY-ARC-9,EGY-ARC-4,and EGY-ARC-5 were determined by macrogen Korea,blasted into BLAST at the National Center for Biotechnology Information website(NCBI)and compared with those deposited in the GenBank DNA *** results represented the homology percentage between the partial sequences of the 28S rRNA and COX genes from each species and related species obtained from GenBank DNA *** morphological identifications of the three Exitianus species were confirmed by molecular characterization and sequencing of 28S rDNA and COX genes and identified as ***,***,and ***,their sequences of 28srDNA and COX genes were deposited in GenBank with an accession number(LC670610,LC670607,and OQ196105)for 28srDNA gene and(LC775357,LC775358,and LC775359)for the COX gene.

Enhanced heavy and extra heavy oil recovery: Current status and new trends

Due to the increased demand for energy resources these days, especially due to the Russian-Ukrainian war, the focus of the major countries is turning strongly towards improving oil production, especially heavy and extra heavy oil, which represents 40% of the world oil reserve. Steam-based and thermal (EOR) procedures are promising techniques for recovering heavy oil reservoirs, but they suffer from a sequence of problems and complications that arise after long-term application. These complications comprise steam breakthrough, steam overlap, and steam/rock interactions. This research presents the currently applied techniques to maximize the productivity of heavy oil, such as steam injection, cyclic steam stimulation, in-situ combustion, and steam-assisted gravity drainage. Thermal technologies face numerous obstacles, as they are energy and water-intensive processes that are not environmentally friendly. The research also presents future trends in energy-saving and environmentally friendly techniques that enhance heavy oil recovery through vapor extraction (VAPEX) steam-solvent hybrid techniques, electromagnetic energy, sonication, and nanotechnology. The findings of this review reported that all the presented techniques focus on how to reduce the oil viscosity and in-situ upgrade the crude oil properties. In turn, these enhance both the productivity rate and oil recovery and minimize the production cost. This article can be considered a comprehensive review of thermal recovery methods in heavy and extra-heavy oil, in addition to screening criteria used for each method. Flax is considered to be one of the most significant dual-purpose crops for oil and fiber production in Egypt and *** have a substantial impact on various metabolic processes,including increased photo-synthesis,endogenous hormone levels,ion absorption,nucleic acid synthesis,and protein *** factors collectively contribute to the growth and development of ***,this study aims to investigate how three biofertilizers(Algae extract,CmS as a by-product of yeast,and metalosate multi minerals as amino acids)can enhance both the quantity and quality of flax seed yield under sandy soil *** field experiments were conducted at the Experimental Station of National Research Centre in Nubaria District,Behira Governorate,Egypt during two seasons(2021/2022)using a randomized complete block design(RCBD).The results revealed significant differences among all tested biofertilizers in terms of various characteristics studied in *** application of algae extract at a rate of 1.50 mL/L resulted in an increase in seed yield(ton/ha)by 26.69%&19.89%,straw yield(ton/ha)by 8.08%&17.12%,and oil yield(kg/ha)by 47.72%&33.69%compared to the control group during both seasons *** applications of algae extract at a rate of 1.50 mL/L along with CmS at a rate of 5 m L/L and amino acids at a rate of 1.50 mL/L demonstrated significantly higher macronutrient contents(N,P,K),micronutrient contents(Fe,Zn,mn),seed oil content,and protein content in flax seeds during both *** highest values for seed oil content and protein content%were obtained through foliar application of amino acids at a rate of 1.50 mL/*** can be concluded that foliar sprays with these bio-fertilizers effectively improved flax performance by increasing seed straw and oil yields,nutrients oil,protein and fatty acids seeds contents.

Two field experiments were conducted during the main seasons of 2021/2022 at the Research and Production Station of National Research Centre in Egypt to investigate the effects of farmyard manure(FYm)and boron on Canola growth,yield,oil yield,and *** results unequivocally demonstrated that the combined application of FYm at a rate of 14.4 ton ha^(-1)with a foliar spray of boron at 100 ppm positively influenced plant characteristics,leading to enhanced growth rates and higher yields compared to the control ***,this integrated approach significantly improved nutrient content by enhancing levels of oil content,carbohydrates,proteins,phenolics,flavonoids,and total soluble *** findings provide compelling evidence that utilizing farm manure along with boron can effectively enhance Canola properties in newly reclaimed soils while promoting sustainable agricultural practices.
