Over the past two decades,building culture has increasingly caught the attention of the architectural and planning *** building culture is to be understood in the broadest sense as the sum of all cultural,economic,technological,social and ecological factors influencing the quality and process of planning and construc*** the revitalisation and promotion of building culture is central to discussions on urban areas,these are generally ignored in regard to rural *** article aims to provide an overview of how building culture has been promoted in Germany’s rural areas,thereby contributing to international research on this *** paper adopts a general descriptive approach in examining the promotion of building culture in rural *** provides background knowledge on institutional promotion and demonstrates the diverse approaches implemented in representative villages as best practices *** German experience confirms that the promotion of building culture is a meaningful and effective measure to help revitalise rural ***,the three selected rural municipalities show how stakeholders from civil society are increasingly involved in measures to implement and promote building culture in the local context.

The OCM reaction waa stndied on BaF2-LaOF catalyst and the results show that CH4 can be effectively activated and selectively converted to C2 Under the reaction conditions of CHSV=15000h-1and reaction temperature *** high C2 yield of 20.66% with CH4 conversion of 33.08% and C2 selectivity of 62.47% was obtained at CH4:O2=3: 1, and the high C2'selectivity of 84.55% with CH4 conversion of 16. 54% was obtained at CH4:O2=9: 1. XRD results suggest that tetragonal LaOF is the active phase in BaF2-LaOF catalyst.

A pentachlorophenol （PCP） mineralizing bacterium was isolated from the secondary sludge of pulp and paper mill and identified as Pseudomonas stutzeri strain CL7. This isolate used PCP as its sole source of carbon and energy and was capable of degrading this compound as indicated by stoichiometric release of chloride and biomass formation. P. stutzeri （CL7） was able to mineralize a high concentration of PCP （600 mg/L） than any previously reported Pseudomonad with PCP as sole carbon source. As the concentration of PCP increased from 50 to 600 mg/L, the reduction in the cell growth was observed and the PCP degradation was more than 90% in all studied concentrations. This isolate was able to remove 66.8% of PCP from the secondary sludge of pulp and paper mill when supplemented with 100 mg/L of PCP and grown for two weeks. This study showed that the removal efficiency of PCP by CL7 was found to be very effective and can be used in PCP remediation of pulp paper mill waste in the environment.

The study of flow and particle dynamics in microfluidic cross-slot channels is of high relevance for lab-on-a-chipapplications. In this work, we investigate the dynamics of a rigid spherical particle in a cross-slot junction for a channelheight-to-width ratio of 0.6 and at a Reynolds number of 120 for which a steady vortex exists in the junction *** an in-house immersed-boundary-lattice-Boltzmann code, we analyse the effect of the entry position of theparticle in the junction and the particle size on the dynamics and trajectory shape of the particle. We find that thedynamics of the particle depend strongly on its lateral entry position in the junction and weakly on its vertical entryposition;particles that enter close to the centre show trajectory oscillations. Larger particles have longer residencetimes in the junction and tend to oscillate less due to their confinement. Our work contributes to the understanding ofparticle dynamics in intersecting flows and enables the design of optimised geometries for cytometry and particlemanipulation.

We have presented an analysis of the gate leakage current of the IP3 static random access memory （SRAM） cell structure when the cell is in idle mode（performs no data read/write operations） and active mode （performs data read/write operations）,along with the requirements for the overall standby leakage power,active write and read powers.A comparison has been drawn with existing SRAM cell structures,the conventional 6T,PP, P4 and P3 *** the supply voltage,V_（DD） = 0.8 V,a reduction of 98%,99%,92%and 94%is observed in the gate leakage current in comparison with the 6T,PP,P4 and P3 SRAM cells,respectively,while at V_（DD） = 0.7 V,it is 97%,98%,87%and 84%.A significant reduction is also observed in the overall standby leakage power by 56%〉, the active write power by 44%and the active read power by 99%,compared with the conventional 6T SRAM cell at V_（DD）= 0.8 V,with no loss in cell stability and performance with a small area *** simulation environment used for this work is 45 nm deep sub-micron complementary metal oxide semiconductor（CMOS） technology,t_（ox） = 2.4 nm,K_（thn） = 0.22 V,K_（thp） = 0.224 V,V_（DD） = 0.7 V and 0.8 V,at T = 300 K.

One important kinematic propertie of breaking waves is the wave celerity. Constant wave celerity has been used for the wave breaking criterion by many researchers. However, this approach does not consider the variation of wave celerity at different phases before breaking. Hence, this article examines the aspects of the wave breaking criterion and dynamics of wave celerity before wave breaking. Breaking waves were generated using the JONSWAP focused spectrum and a semi-empirical formula for the wave celerity estimation was established.

Macrofungal assemblage with two tree species in scrub jungles of south-west India

Macrofungi are common and widespread in scrub jungles of southwest India during monsoon *** of macrofungi in the vicinity of two tree species Anacardium occidentale(introduced)and Terminalia paniculata(native)were *** on different substrates(soil,leaf litter,wood,bark,seeds,live roots and insect)in and around trees was monitored at weekly intervals up to 12 weeks during southwest monsoon season based on the quadrat *** number of macrofungi were associated with Terminalia compared to Anacardium(36 vs.22 spp.)and 14 species were in *** species richness ranged from 2-8,which was almost opposing between tree species on each week with a gradual *** sporocarp richness ranged from 3-61 in Anacardium,while it was from 8-132 in Terminalia with two peaks during week 4 and 7 followed by a steep *** species accumulation curve reached a plateau after four weeks in Anacardium,while it was exponential in Terminalia until 12 *** Simpson and Shannon diversities were higher in Terminalia compared to Anacardium with low Pielou’s *** Anacardium,mushrooms were found on six substrates with a highest on soil as well as wood(9 spp.),while on seven substrates in Terminalia with a highest in soil(18 spp.).Anacardium was in association with one,while Terminalia with three ectomycorrhizal *** pattern of distribution and diversity of macrofungi have been compared with earlier studies with different habitats of scrub jungles.

We study the forward price dynamics in commodity markets realised as a process with values in a Hilbert space of absolutely continuous functions defined by Filipovi´c(Consistency problems for Heath–Jarrow–Morton interest rate models,2001).The forward dynamics are defined as the mild solution of a certain stochastic partial differential equation driven by an infinite-dimensional Lévy *** is shown that the associated spot price dynamics can be expressed as a sum of Ornstein–Uhlenbeck processes,or more generally,as a sum of certain stationary *** results link the possibly infinite-dimensional forward dynamics to classical commodity spot *** continue with a detailed analysis of multiplication and integral operators on the Hilbert spaces and show that Hilbert–Schmidt operators are essentially integral *** covariance operator of the Lévy process driving the forward dynamics and the diffusion term can both be specified in terms of such operators,and we analyse in several examples the consequences on model dynamics and their probabilistic ***,we represent the forward price for contracts delivering over a period in terms of an integral operator,a case being relevant for power and gas *** several examples,we reduce our general model to existing commodity spot and forward dynamics.
