Amidst the ever-growing interest in high-mass-loading Li battery electrodes,a persistent challenge has been the insufficient continuity of their ion/electron conduction ***,we propose cellulose elementary fibrils(CEFs)as a class of deagglomerated binder for high-mass-loading *** from natural wood,CEF represents the most fundamental unit of cellulose with nanoscale *** preparation of the CEFs involves the modulation of intermolecular hydrogen bonding by the treatment with a proton acceptor and a hydrotropic *** elementary deagglomeration of the cellulose fibers increases surface area and anionic charge density,thus promoting uniform dispersion with carbon conductive additives and suppressing interfacial side reactions at ***,a homogeneous redox reaction is achieved throughout the *** resulting CEF-based cathode(overlithiated layered oxide(OLO)is chosen as a benchmark electrode active material)exhibits a high areal-mass-loading(50 mg cm^(-2),equivalent to an areal capacity of 12.5 mAh cm^(-2))and a high specific energy density(445.4 Wh kg–1)of a cell,which far exceeds those of previously reported OLO *** study highlights the viability of the deagglomerated binder in enabling sustainable high-mass-loading electrodes that are difficult to achieve with conventional synthetic polymer binders.

BACKGROUND Bone marrow transplantation(BMT)is a breakthrough procedure for patients with hematological and oncological conditions,particularly when all other treat-ments *** indications vary between patients and settings,and its outcomes depend on the donor type,transplantation facility,and center *** coun-tries where transplantation facilities are lacking,sending patients abroad for transplantation might be a safe and effective alternative to leaving the patient to face eventual disease morbidity or even mortality if the procedure is not per-formed ***,studies evaluating BMT abroad are *** To assess the clinical characteristics of patients who underwent BMT overseas and analyze the factors affecting their survival *** We conducted a retrospective cohort study of all Bahraini pediatric patients who underwent BMT between 2013 and *** records from Salmaniya Medical Complex and Overseas Treatment Office were *** demographics,RESULTS Of the 75 listed patients,62(82.7%)underwent BMT and were included,10(13.3%)did not,and 3(4.0%)were awaiting *** patients were male(n=33,53.2%).The mean age at transplantation was 7.8±4.9 *** main indication for treatment was acute myeloid leukemia(AML)(n=15,36.6%).Six patients(9.7%)required *** the 68 transplants,60(88.2%)involved conditioning,mostly a combination of fludarabine and total body irradiation(n=7,11.7%).Most patients underwent allogeneic transplantation(n=48,77.4%),primarily from related donors(n=47/48,97.9%).The most common complication was infection(n=51,79.7%).Follow-up averaged 3.3±2.5 *** overall survival rate was 77.4%.Survival odds were better for non-AML patients and Middle Eastern centers(P=0.015 and P=0.032,respectively).CONCLUSiON Bahraini males with AML primarily underwent allogeneic ***-AML patients and those transplanted in the Middle East had better survival rates,despite high complication rates

One-range addition theorems for generalized integer and noninteger μ Coulomb,and exponential type correlated interaction potentials with hyperbolic cosine in position,momentum,and four-dimensional spaces

The formulae are established in position,momentum,and four-dimensional spaces for the one-range addition theorems of generalized integer and noninteger μ Coulomb,and exponential type correlated interaction potentials with hyperbolic cosine（GCTCP and GETCP HC）.These formulae are expressed in terms of one-range addition theorems of complete orthonormal sets of Ψα-exponential type orbitals（Ψ α-ETO）,α-momentum space orbitals（α-MSO）,and zα-hyperspherical harmonics（zα-HSH） *** one-range addition theorems obtained can be useful in the electronic structure calculations of atoms and molecules when the GCTCP and GETCP HC in position,momentum,and four-dimensional spaces are employed.

Size-dependent thermal stresses in the core–shell nanoparticles

The thermal stress in a magnetic core–shell nanoparticle during a thermal process is an important parameter to be known and controlled in the magnetization process of the core–shell system. in this paper we analyze the stress that appears in a core–shell nanoparticle subjected to a cooling process. The external surface temperature of the system, considered in equilibrium at room temperature, is instantly reduced to a target temperature. The thermal evolution of the system in time and the induced stress are studied using an analytical model based on a time-dependent heat conduction equation and a differential displacement equation in the formalism of elastic displacements. The source of internal stress is the difference in contraction between core and shell materials due to the temperature change. The thermal stress decreases in time and is minimized when the system reaches the thermal equilibrium. The radial and azimuthal stress components depend on system geometry, material properties, and initial and final temperatures. The magnitude of the stress changes the magnetic state of the core–shell system. For some materials, the values of the thermal stresses are larger than their specific elastic limits and the materials begin to deform plastically in the cooling process. The presence of the induced anisotropy due to the plastic deformation modifies the magnetic domain structure and the magnetic behavior of the system.

Unified treatment of one-range addition theorems for integer and non-integer n-STO, -GTO and -generalized exponential type orbitals with hyperbolic cosine in position, momentum and four-dimensional spaces

Simpler formulas are derived for one-range addition theorems for the integer and noninteger n generalized ex- ponential type orbitals, momentum space orbitals, and hyperspherical harmonics with hyperbolic cosine （GETO HC, GMSO HC, and GHSH HC） in position, momentum and four-dimensional spaces, respectively. The final results are expressed in terms of one-range addition theorems of complete orthonormal sets of Ca-exponential type orbitals, Ca- momentum space orbitals and za-hyperspherical harmonics. We notice that the one-range addition theorems for integer and noninteger n-Slater type orbitals and Gaussian type orbitals in position, momentum and four dimensional spaces are special cases of GETO HC, GMSO HC, and GHSH HC. The theorems presented can be useful in the accurate study of the electronic structure of atomic and molecular systems.

One-Range Addition Theorems in Terms of ψ^α -ETOs for STOs and Coulomb-Yukawa Like Correlated interaction Potentials of integer and Noninteger indices

The expansion formulas in terms of complete orthonormal sets of ψ^α -exponential type orbitals are established for the Slater type orbitals and Coulomb-Yukawa-like correlated interaction potentials of integer and noninteger indices. These relations are used in obtaining their unsymmetrical and symmetrical one-range addition theorems. The final results are especially useful in the calculations of multicentre multielectron integrals occurring when Hartree-Fock-Roothaan and explicitly correlated methods are employed.

The effect of forced oscillations on the kinetics of wave drift in an inhomogeneous plasma

The kinetics is analyzed of the drift of non-potential plasma waves in spatial positions and wavevectors due to plasma's spatial inhomogeneity. The analysis is based on highly informative kinetic scenarios of the drift of electromagnetic waves in a cold ionized plasma in the absence of a magnetic field(Erofeev 2015 Phys. Plasmas 22 092302) and the drift of long Langmuir waves in a cold magnetized plasma(Erofeev 2019 J. Plasma Phys. 85 905850104). it is shown that the traditional concept of the wave kinetic equation does not account for the effects of the forced plasma oscillations that are excited when the waves propagate in an inhomogeneous *** are highlighted that account for these oscillations in the kinetic equations of the abovementioned highly informative wave drift scenarios.

Unified treatment for accurate and fast evaluation of the Fermi-Dirac functions

A new analytical approach to the computation of the Fermi-Dirac （FD） functions is presented, which was suggested by previous experience with various algorithms. Using the binomial expansion theorem these functions are expressed through the binomial coefficients and familiar incomplete Gamma functions. This simplification and the use of the memory of the computer for the calculation of binomial coefficients may extend the limits to large arguments for users and result in speedier calculation, should such limits be required in practice. Some numerical results are presented for significant mapping examples and they are briefly discussed.

The steady flow and heat transfer of a hybrid nanofluid past a permeable stretching/shrinking wedge with magnetic field and radiation effects are studied. The governing equations of the hybrid nanofluid are converted to the similarity equations by techniques of the similarity transformation. The bvp4c function that is available in MATLAB software is utilized for solving the similarity equations numerically. The numerical results are obtained for selected different values of parameters. The results discover that two solutions exist, up to a certain value of the stretching/shrinking and suction strengths. The critical value in which the solution is in existence decreases as nanoparticle volume fractions for copper and wedge angle parameter increase. it is also found that the hybrid nanofluid enhances the heat transfer rate compared with the regular nanofluid. The reduction of the heat transfer rate is observed with the increase in radiation parameter. The temporal stability analysis is performed to analyze the stability of the dual solutions, and it is revealed that only one of them is stable and physically reliable.
