During a north–south latitudinal survey of aquatic fungi on submerged wood and herbaceous material in streams in the Asian region,we collected several hyphomycetous *** paper is part of a series where we provide illustrated accounts of these taxa and place them in a natural classification in the *** sequence based phylogenies in recent literature have shown that Dendryphion,Sporidesmium and Torula-like species are polyphyletic in the phylum Ascomycota and their taxonomyhas been problematic due to a lack of understanding of the importance of morphological characters used to delimit taxa,as well as the lack of ex-type or reference *** on multi-locus phylogenies together with morphology,we propose the novel family Distoseptisporaceae(Sordariomycetes)and three novel genera Neotorula(Pleosporales,Dothideomycetes),Distoseptispora(Sordariomycetes)and Pseudosporidesmium(Sordariomycetes).In addition,Dendryphion aquaticum,***,Distoseptispora fluminicola,***,Kirschsteiniothelia submersa,Neotorula aquatica,Sporidesmium aquaticum,*** and *** are introduced as new *** knawiae *** proposed to accommodate Sporidesmium knawiae in *** polyphyletic nature of Dendryphion,Sporidesmium and Torula-like species are partially resolved,but further sampling with fresh collections and molecular data of species are needed to obtain a natural classification.

The history of assigning ranks to fungi,as well as the relative importance of using divergence time estimates is *** paper pays tribute to the major mycological players,and especially to David Hawksworth on his 70th birthday and his contribution to fungal ranking in Systema Ascomycetum from 1982 to *** the conclusion of the latter series,the ranking continued with the Outlines of Ascomycota in 2007 and 2010 and more recently with specific classes in‘Towards an outline of Sordariomycetes’and‘Families of Dothideomycetes’.Earlier classifications based on phenotype were certainly more subjective;however,remarkably many of these old arrangements have stood the test of *** recently,phylogenetic analyses have provided evidence towards a natural classification,resulting in significant changes in many *** classification arrangements however,are still subjective and dependent on the taxa analysed,resulting in different taxonomic interpretations and schemes,particularly when it comes to ***,what have been considered as genera by some,have been introduced as families by *** recently,estimation of divergence times using molecular clock methods have been used as objective evidence for higher ranking of taxa.A divergence period(i.e.200–300 MYA)can be used as a criterion to infer when a group of related taxa evolved and what rank they should be *** compiled data on divergence times for various higher ranking taxa in the Kingdom *** kingdom evolved 1000–1600 MYA(Stenian–Calymmian),while the presently accepted phyla evolved between 358 and 541 MYA(Devonian–Cambrian).Divergence times for subphyla are generally between 358 and 485 MYA(Devonian–Ordovician),those of classes 145–358 MYA(jurassic–Carboniferous),subclasses 66–358 MYA(Cretaceous–Carboniferous),orders 23–252 MYA(Paleogene–Triassic),families 2.8–145 MYA(Neogene–Cretaceous),and genera 2.8–66 MYA(Neogene–Paleogene).Thus,there are wide discrepancies in the times diffe

目前,人类婴儿低初生重的总肠外营养(TPN)研究表明脂肪乳剂对于新生儿的营养是合适的,但不是最佳的选择。人类和猪的脂肪酸代谢非常相似,目前的研究主要集中在脂肪乳剂如何在TPN的临床作用。不同组成脂肪酸对新生仔猪进行7d处理,对于靠母乳替代物的仔猪而言,对组织脂肪酸的组成存在影响。在脂肪乳中,不同比例脂肪酸或母乳替代物对应的血浆、骨骼肌、皮下脂肪、肝脏、心脏、胰腺、胃及小肠的总血脂或脑磷脂呈正态的线性关系,而后者相关性最低。除大脑外,组织中的油酸或α-亚麻酸的比例与对应的脂肪乳或者母乳替代物相关,而亚麻酸的比例与研究的组织密切相关。除脑磷脂外,omegaven组中仔猪组织的二十碳五烯酸和二十二碳六烯酸含量更高。结论:除大脑外,血浆脂肪酸组成以及仔猪不同组织受全肠外营养乳剂中不饱和脂肪酸形态的影响极大。然而,脑磷脂脂肪酸的组成受日粮组成的影响要小,表明在生长的关键阶段有效的代谢是确保脂肪酸组成的关键。

Species delimitation is one of the most fundamental processes in *** undertakings,for instance,require explicit species concepts and criteria for species delimitation in order to be relevant and ***,a perfect species concept does not exist for ***,we review the species concepts commonly used in Basidiomycota,the second largest phylum of Fungi that contains some of the best known species of mushrooms,rusts,smuts,and jelly *** general,best practice is to delimitate species,publish new taxa,and conduct taxonomic revisions based on as many independent lines of evidence as possible,that is,by applying a so-called unifying(or integrative)conceptual ***,the types of data used vary considerably from group to *** this reason we discuss the different classes of Basidiomycota,and for each provide:(i)a general introduction with difficulties faced in species recognition,(ii)species concepts and methods for species delimitation,and(iii)community recommendations and conclusions.

Background and Purpose - Clinical trials have shown that carotid endarterectomy reduces stroke risk in symptomatic individuals with severe internal carotid artery (ICA) stenosis. As a result of these trials, digital subtraction angiography (DSA)- became a standard of reference for ICA stenosis diagnosis. Newer 3D techniques provide a larger number of views than DSA, which may influence the estimated degree of stenosis. We evaluate this possibility by directly comparing stenosis grades from 3D computed rotational angiography (CRA) and DSA. Methods - As a prospective diagnostic study, we performed CRA and DSA on 26 consecutive symptomatic patients. Only 1 angiographic procedure was performed on normal asymptomatic arteries, yielding 42 arteries for comparison. Four neuroradiologists graded the CRA maximum intensity projections (MIPs) and DSA images, according to the North American Symptomatic Carotid Endarterectomy Trial guidelines. CRA studies included a search for the narrowest view by evaluating 60 MIPs generated at 3° intervals and measurement of actual artery diameters. Artery diameters and stenosis grades were analyzed graphically; statistical significance was determined using a paired t test. Results - The mean difference of 1.2% (CI, - 18% , 21% ) between CRA and DSA stenosis grades was not statistically significant (P=0.55). Agreement of the optimal CRA viewing angle was limited, with an interobserver variability of 24± 13° . The interobserver variability of DSA and CRA stenosis grades, 9.1% (CI, 0% , 21% ) and 9.4% (CI, 0% ,22% ), respectively, was not significantly different (P=0.79). Conclusion - CRA provides stenosis grades equivalent to DSA, as well as absolute measurements, providing a comparison for newer 3D techniques.
