A Forearc(Guleman,Elazi?)Ophiolite:Evidence from Peridotite Mineral Geochemistry

The Guleman ophiolite,one of the most important ophiolitic massifs of the Southeast Anatolian Ophiolitic Belt,consists of a core of serpentinized mantle rocks overlain by an ultramafic sequence,layered and isotropic gabbro,and sheeted *** ophiolite structurally overlies the Lower Miocene Lice Formation and is overlain by young sandstones and shales of the Upper Maashtrichtian-Lower Eocene Hazar Complex and Middle Eocene Maden *** Guleman ophiolite tectonically overlain by Precambrian to Upper Triassic Bitlis metamorphic *** mantle peridotites compose mainly of fresh and in place serpentinized harzburgite tectonite with local bands and lenses of dunites with large-sized chromitite *** Guleman peridotites commonly show porphyroclastic texture,high-temperature fabrics such as kink-bands in *** to microprobe analyses,the harzburgite and dunite have low Ca O and Al2O3 abundance similar to Mariana forearc,and their average Cr-(=Cr/(Cr+Al)atomic)ratio of Cr-spinelsis surprisingly high(>0.63)besides Fo content of olivine is between 90.9 to 92.3 in *** to Mg#(Mg/(Mg+Fe2+))versus Cr#in spinel diagram,the degree of partial melting is higher than 35%and spinel values plot in the forearc peridotites *** Gulemanharzburgites have low Ca O,Al2O3 and Ti O2 contents in orthopyroxene and clinopyroxene lammelles,resembling those of depleted harzburgites from modern forearcs and different from moderately depleted abyssal ***,we propose that the Guleman peridotites form in a forearc setting during the subduction initiation that developed as a result of northward subduction of the southern branch of the Neo-Tethys in response to the convergence between Arabian and Anatolian plates.

Early Cretaceous to Middle Eocene Magmatic Evolution of Eastern Pontides:Zircon U-Pb Ages and Hf Isotopes,and Geochemical and Sr-Nd Isotopic Constraints from Multiphase Granitoids,NE Turkey

The Eastern Pontides orogenic belt(EPOB)represents a significant segment of the AlpineHimalayan orogenic belt that evolved from the Paleozoic to Cenozoic *** we report new zircon U-Pb ages,together with Lu-Hf isotopes,and whole-rock geochemical and Sr-Nd isotopic analyses of plutonic rocks from EPOB,northeastern *** aim is to interpret magmatic evolution in which the granitoids *** U-Pb dating of six samples yielded crystallization ages of~134,~82,~39 Ma,*** show a wide range of87Sr/86Sr((i))(0.7039–0.7109),andεNd(t)values varying from-9 to+4.6,yielding model ages(TDM)from 520 to 1623 Ma,suggesting a heterogeneous magma *** zircons show exlusively positiveεHf(t)values(+12.4 to+1.4),yielding model ages(TDM)from 352 to 1059 Ma,implying that they are most likely derived from a juvenile lower crust rather than the mature continental *** this study,we suggested that the northward subduction of the Neo-Tethyan oceanic slab began from the Early Cretaceous and resulted in the Late Cretaceous ***,the Middle Eocene magmatism in the EPOB was related to the collision of the Anatolide Taurid Platform(ATP)with the Pontides.

Catalytic behaviors of Co-Mn/TiO_2 catalysts for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis

The 15%(Co-Mn)/TiO2,(Co/Mn=1/6) catalyst was prepared using fusion procedure and studied for the conversion of synthesis gas to C2 ～ 4 *** effects of calcination conditions and operation conditions such as the H 2 / CO molar feed ratio at different temperatures,gas hourly space velocity(GHSV) and total reaction pressure on the catalytic performance of catalyst were *** stability of the catalyst during 150 h at optimal operation conditions(t = 250℃ H2 /CO= 2/1,GHSV=1 500 h-1 and p =0.3 MPa) has been *** is found that this catalyst is high stable for production C2 ～ 4 *** of both precursors and calcined catalysts by powder X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET) specific surface area measurement and thermal analysis methods such as thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) show that the different preparation method influences the catalyst precursor structure and morphology.

Experimental and modeling study of the kinetics of methane hydrate formation and dissociation

In this work,several experiments were conducted at isobaric and isothermal condition in a CSTR reactor to study the kinetics of methane hydrate formation and *** were performed at five temperatures and three pressure levels(corresponding to equilibrium pressure).Methane hydrate formation and dissociation rates were modeled using mass transfer limited kinetic models and mass transfer coefficients for both formation and dissociation were *** of results,shows that mass transfer coefficients for methane hydrate dissociation are one order greater than formation *** transfer coefficients were correlated by polynomials as relations of pressure and *** results and the method can be applied for prediction of methane production from naturally occurring methane hydrate deposits.

Six dicarboxylic acids 3a-3f were synthesized dianhydride 1 with L-aminoacids 2a-2f in a solution of glacial new poly（amide-imide）s PAIs were synthesized from by the reaction of 3,3＇,4,4＇-benzophenonetetracarboxylic acetic acid/pyridine （Py） at refluxing temperature. Then six the direct polycondensation reaction of [N,N＇-（4,4＇- carbonyldiphtaloyl）-bis-L-amino diacid]s with 1,5-bis（4-aminophenyl）penta-l,4-dien-3-one （APPD）. The polymerization reactions produced a series of new optically active PAls with high yield and good inherent viscosity. Also these PAls are optically active and soluble in various organic solvents chromatography for the separation of enantiomeric mixtures. Inforence: effective fault localization based on information-theoretic analysis and statistical causal inference

In this paper, a novel approach, Inforence, is proposed to isolate the suspicious codes that likely contain faults. Inforence employs a feature selection method, based on mutual information, to identify those bug-related statements that may cause the program to fail. Because the majority of a program faults may be revealed as undesired joint effect of the program statements on each other and on program termination state, unlike the state-of-the-art methods, Inforence tries to identify and select groups of interdependent statements which altogether may affect the program failure. The interdependence amongst the statements is measured according to their mutual effect on each other and on the program termination state. To provide the context of failure, the selected bug-related statements are chained to each other, considering the program static structure. Eventually, the resultant causeeffect chains are ranked according to their combined causal effect on program failure. To validate Inforence, the results of our experiments with seven sets of programs include Siemens suite, gzip, grep, sed, space, make and bash are presented. The experimental results are then compared with those provided by different fault localization techniques for the both single-fault and multi-fault programs. The experimental results prove the outperformance of the proposed method compared to the state-of-the-art techniques.

Let the triangle matrix A^(ru)be a generalization of the Cesàro matrix and U∈{c_(0),c,l_(∞)}.In this study,we essentially deal with the space U(A^(ru))defined by the domain of A^(ru)in the space U and give the bases,and determine the Kothe-Toeplitz,generalized K?theToeplitz and bounded-duals of the space U(A^(ru)).We characterize the classes(l_(∞)(A^(ru)):l_(∞)),(l_(∞)(A^(ru)):c),(c(A^(ru)):c),and(U:V(A^(ru)))of infinite matrices,where V denotes any given sequence ***,we also present a Steinhaus type *** an another result of this study,we investigate the l_(p)-norm of the matrix A^(ru)and as a result obtaining a generalized version of Hardy's inequality,and some inclusion ***,we compute the norm of well-known operators on the matrix domain l_(p)(A^(ru)).

Kizmaz [13] studied the difference sequence spaces ∞（A）, c（A）, and co（A）. Several article dealt with the sets of sequences of m-th order difference of which are bounded, convergent, or convergent to zero. Altay and Basar [5] and Altay, Basar, and Mursaleen [7] introduced the Euler sequence spaces e0^r, ec^r, and e∞^r, respectively. The main purpose of this article is to introduce the spaces e0^r△^（m））, ec^r△^（m））, and e∞^r△^（m））consisting of all sequences whose mth order differences are in the Euler spaces e0^r, ec^r, and e∞^r, respectively. Moreover, the authors give some topological properties and inclusion relations, and determine the α-, β-, and γ-duals of the spaces e0^r△^（m））, ec^r△^（m））, and e∞^r△^（m））, and the Schauder basis of the spaces e0^r△^（m））, ec^r△^（m））. The last section of the article is devoted to the characterization of some matrix mappings on the sequence space ec^r△^（m））.
