Wireless technology is transforming the future of transportation through the development of the Internet of Vehicles(IoV).However,intricate security challenges are intertwinedwith technological progress:Vehicular ad hoc Networks(VANeTs),a core component of IoV,face security issues,particularly the Black Hole Attack(BHA).This malicious attack disrupts the seamless flow of data and threatens the network’s overall reliability;also,BHA strategically disrupts communication pathways by dropping data packets from legitimate nodes *** the importance of this challenge,we have introduced a new solution called ad hoc On-Demand Distance Vector-Reputation-based mechanism Local Outlier Factor(AODV-RL).The significance of AODVRL lies in its unique approach:it verifies and confirms the trustworthiness of network components,providing robust protection against *** additional safety layer is established by implementing the Local Outlier Factor(LOF),which detects and addresses abnormal network *** testing of our solution has revealed its remarkable ability to enhance communication in ***,Our experimental results achieve message delivery ratios of up to 94.25%andminimal packet loss ratios of just 0.297%.Based on our experimental results,the proposedmechanismsignificantly improves VANeT communication reliability and *** results promise a more secure and dependable future for IoV,capable of transforming transportation safety and efficiency.

From economic and nutritional points of view,tomato is,historically,considered one of the most important *** signiﬁcant yield reduction,most commercial cultivars of tomato crops are sensitive to moderate levels of ***,high levels of salt stress can negatively affect the yield and quality of tomato ***,this study was conducted to evaluate the yield and fruit quality of three tomato cultivars(Forester,Ghandowra-F1,and Feisty-Red)cultivated hydroponically,under three different levels of nutrient solution *** of tomato fruits was performed based on quantity(number and weight of fruits,and total fruit yield),physical quality(color andﬁrmness),and chemical quality(refractometric index“Brix”,pH,eC,K^(+),Na^(+),and NO_(3)-).experiments were conducted using three salinity levels of the nutrient solution with electrical conductivity values(dSm^(-1))of 2.5(control),6.0,and *** showed that the studied tomato cultivars were signiﬁcantly inﬂuenced by high salinity(9.5 dSm^(-1))in comparison to the low(2.5 dSm^(-1))and medium(6.0 dSm^(-1))levels of *** average,the highest fruit weight per plant of 1944.84 g and total fruit yield of 4.42 kgm^(-2) were observed at the low salinity level;however,no signiﬁcant differences were obtained in the two yield factors(single fruit weight and total fruit yield)for the low and medium salinity *** the other hand,a signiﬁcant reduction in tomato yield(31%)was associated with the high salinity level compared to the yield at low and medium salinity *** of physical quality parameters showed highly signiﬁcant differences among all salinity *** average,the maximum value of color change(1.72)was associated with the medium salinity level,and the maximum value ofﬁrmness(9.61 Ncm^(-1))was recorded at the high salinity *** levels and tomato cultivars introduced signiﬁcant differences in chemical quality parameters;however,no signiﬁcant differences in these

Due to the exponential growth of video data,aided by rapid advancements in multimedia *** became difficult for the user to obtain information from a large video *** process of providing an abstract of the entire video that includes the most representative frames is known as static video *** method resulted in rapid exploration,indexing,and retrieval of massive video *** propose a framework for static video summary based on a Binary Robust Invariant Scalable Keypoint(BRISK)and bisecting K-means clustering *** current method effectively recognizes relevant frames using BRISK by extracting keypoints and the descriptors from video *** video frames’BRISK features are clustered using a bisecting K-means,and the keyframe is determined by selecting the frame that is most near the cluster *** applying any clustering parameters,the appropriate clusters number is determined using the silhouette *** were carried out on a publicly available open video project(OVP)dataset that contained videos of different *** proposed method’s effectiveness is compared to existing methods using a variety of evaluation metrics,and the proposed method achieves a trade-off between computational cost and quality.

In this paper,we investigate the existence of solutions and analyze the large-time behavior for Gurtin-Maccamy population model involving conformable fractional *** a preliminary step,we construct a generic structure of the solution associated with our proposed model by utilizing some basic properties and tools of conformable fractional *** establish the existence of a unique solution of the given model with the given initial *** last,by using the upper and lower solutions for the characteristic equation,we define the upper and lower boundaries for the obtained solution and describe the large-time behavior of the total population.

In this present time,Human Activity Recognition(HAR)has been of considerable aid in the case of health monitoring and *** exploitation of machine learning with an intelligent agent in the area of health informatics gathered using HAR augments the decision-making quality and *** many research works conducted on Smart Healthcare Monitoring,there remain a certain number of pitfalls such as time,overhead,and falsification involved during ***,this paper proposes a Statistical Partial Regression and Support Vector Intelligent Agent Learning(SPR-SVIAL)for Smart Healthcare *** first,the Statistical Partial Regression Feature extraction model is used for data preprocessing along with the dimensionality-reduced features extraction ***,the input dataset the continuous beat-to-beat heart data,triaxial accelerometer data,and psychological characteristics were acquired from IoT wearable *** attain highly accurate Smart Healthcare Monitoring with less time,Partial Least Square helps extract the dimensionality-reduced *** that,with these resulting features,SVIAL is proposed for Smart Healthcare Monitoring with the help of Machine Learning and Intelligent Agents to minimize both analysis falsification and *** evaluation is carried out for factors such as time,overhead,and false positive rate accuracy concerning several *** quantitatively analyzed results indicate the better performance of our proposed SPR-SVIAL method when compared with two state-of-the-art methods.

Zika virus(ZIKV)is the causative agent of a viral infection that causes neurological complications in newborns and adults *** wide transmission route and alarming spread rates are of great concern to the scientific *** trials have been conducted to develop treatment options for ZIKV *** review highlights the latest developments in the fields of vaccinology and pharmaceuticals developments for ZIKV infection.A systematic and comprehensive approach was used to gather relevant and up-to-date data so that inferences could be made about the gaps in therapeutic *** results indicate that several therapeutic interventions are being tested against ZIKV infection,such as DNA vaccines,subunit vaccines,live-attenuated vaccines,virus-vector-based vaccines,inactivated vaccines,virus-like particles,and mRNA-based *** addition,approved anti-ZIKV drugs that can reduce the global burden are *** many vaccine candidates for ZIKV are at different stages of development,none of them have received Food and Drug Authority approval for use up to *** issue of side effects associated with these drugs in vulnerable newborns and pregnant women is a major obstacle in the therapeutic pathway.

A Comprehensive 3-Steps Methodology for Vibration-Based Fault Detection,Diagnosis and Localization in Rotating Machines

In any industry,it is the requirement to know whether the machine is healthy or not to operate machine *** the machine is not healthy then what is the fault in the machine and then finally its *** paper is proposing a 3-Steps methodology for the machine fault diagnosis to meet the industrial requirements to aid the maintenance *** Step-1 identifies whether machine is healthy or faulty,then Step-2 detect the type of defect and finally its location in *** method is extended further from the earlier study on the 2-Steps method for the rotor defects only to the 3-Steps methodology to both rotor and bearing *** method uses the optimised vibration parameters and a simple Artificial Neural Network(ANN)-based Machine Learning(ML)model from the earlier *** model is initially developed,tested and validated on an experimental rotating rig operating at a speed above 1st critical *** proposed method and model are then further validated at 2 different operating speeds,one below 1st critical speed and other above 2nd critical *** machine dynamics are expected to be significantly different at these *** highlights the robustness of the proposed 3-Steps method.

Pulmonary edema and Pleural effusion Detection Using efficient Net-V1-B4 Architecture and AdamW Optimizer from Chest X-Rays Images

This paper presents a novelmulticlass systemdesigned to detect pleural effusion and pulmonary edema on chest Xray images,addressing the critical need for early detection in healthcare.A new comprehensive dataset was formed by combining 28,309 samples from the ChestX-ray14,PadChest,and CheXpert databases,with 10,287,6022,and 12,000 samples representing Pleural effusion,Pulmonary edema,and Normal cases,***,the preprocessing step involves applying the Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram equalization(CLAHe)method to boost the local contrast of the X-ray samples,then resizing the images to 380×380 dimensions,followed by using the data augmentation *** classification task employs a deep learning model based on the efficientNet-V1-B4 architecture and is trained using the AdamW *** proposed multiclass system achieved an accuracy(ACC)of 98.3%,recall of 98.3%,precision of 98.7%,and F1-score of 98.7%.Moreover,the robustness of the model was revealed by the Receiver Operating Characteristic(ROC)analysis,which demonstrated an Area Under the Curve(AUC)of 1.00 for edema and normal cases and 0.99 for *** experimental results demonstrate the superiority of the proposedmulti-class system,which has the potential to assist clinicians in timely and accurate diagnosis,leading to improved patient ***,ablation-CAM visualization at the last convolutional layer portrayed further enhanced diagnostic capabilities with heat maps on X-ray images,which will aid clinicians in interpreting and localizing abnormalities more effectively.

estimation of crowd count is becoming crucial nowadays,as it can help in security surveillance,crowd monitoring,and management for different *** is challenging to determine the approximate crowd size from an image of the crowd’s *** in this research study,we proposed a multi-headed convolutional neural network architecture-based model for crowd counting,where we divided our proposed model into two main components:(i)the convolutional neural network,which extracts the feature across the whole image that is given to it as an input,and(ii)the multi-headed layers,which make it easier to evaluate density maps to estimate the number of people in the input image and determine their number in the *** employed the available public benchmark crowd-counting datasets UCF CC 50 and ShanghaiTech parts A and B for model training and testing to validate the model’s *** analyze the results,we used two metrics Mean Absolute error(MAe)and Mean Square error(MSe),and compared the results of the proposed systems with the state-of-art models of crowd *** results show the superiority of the proposed system.
