despite the ongoing decrease in the frequency of complications after hepatectomy, biliary fistulas still occur a.d.are associated with high morbidity a.d.mortality rates. Here, we report on an unusual technique for managing biliary fistula following left hepatectomy in a patient in whom the right posterior segmental duct joined the left hepatic duct. The biliary fistula was treated with a combined radiologic a.d.endoscopic procedure based on the "rendezvous technique". The clinical outcome was good, a.d.reoperation was not required.

Background： The filamentous fungus Talaromyces versatifis is known to improve the metabolizable energy of wheat- based poultry diets thanks to its ability to produce a pool of CAZymes a.d.particularly endo-β（1,4）-xylanases. In order to appreciate their in vivo mode of action, the supplementation effect of two of its xylanases, Xynd a.d.XynB from families GH10 a.d.GHll respectively, have been evaluated on two different wheat cultivars Caphorn a.d.Isengrain, which were chosen amongst 6 varieties for their difference in non starch polysaccharides content a.d.arabinoxylan composition. Results： Polysaccharides digestion was followed during 6 h along the digestive tract using the TNO gastrointestinal model-1, to mimic monogastric metabolism. Polysaccharide degradation appeared to occur mainly at the jejunal level a.d.was higher with Isengrain than with Caphorn. For both cultivars, Xynd a.d.XynB supplementation increased notably the amount of reducing end sugars into the jejuno-ileal dialysates, which has been confirmed by a valuable increase of the soluble glucose into the jejunal dialysates. Conclusions： The amounts of arabinose a.d.xylose into the dialysates a.d.ileal deliveries increased consequently mainly for Caphorn, suggesting that Xynd a.d.XynB supplementation in wheat-based diet could alleviate the anti-nutritional effects of arabinoxylans by limiting the physical entrapment of starch a.d.could increase the available metabolizable energy.

Progressive familial intrahepatic cholestasis type 3 (PFIC3) is a rare cholestatic liver disease. Such liver disease can get worse by female hormone disorder. Albumin dialysis or Molecular Adsorbent Recirculating System (MARS) has been reported to reverse severe cholestasis-linked pruritus. Here, we report the first use of MARS during a spontaneous pregnancy a.d.its successful outcome in a patient with PFIC3 a.d.intractable pruritus. Albumin dialysis could be considered as a pregnancy-saving procedure in pregnant women with severe cholestasis a.d.refractory pruritus.

In this paper, an isogeometric error estimate for transport equation is obtained in 2d to prove the convergence of isogeometric method. The result that we have obtained, generalizes Ern result, got in finite elements method. For the time discretization, the two stage Heun scheme is used to prove this result. For a polynomial of degree k≥1, the order of convergence in space is 2 a.d.in time is .

The production of in vitro meat by cell culture has been suggested by some scientists as one solution to a.d.ess the major challenges facing our society. Firstly, consumers would like the meat industry to reduce potential discomfort of animals on modern farms, or even to avoid killing animals to eat them. Secondly, citizens would like meat producers to reduce potential environmental deterioration by livestock a.d.finally, there is a need to reduce world hunger by increasing protein resources while the global population is predicted to grow rapidly. According to its promoters, artificial meat has a potential to make eating animals unnecessary, to reduce carbon footprint of meat production a.d.to satisfy all the nutritional needs a.d.desires of consumers a.d.citizens. To check these assumptions, a total of 817 educated people（mainly scientists a.d.students） were interviewed worldwide by internet in a.d.tion to 865 French educated people. We also interviewed 208 persons（mainly scientists） after an oral presentation rega.d.ng artificial meat. Results of the three surveys were similar, but differed between males a.d.females. More than half of the respondents believed that ＂artificial meat＂ was feasible a.d.realistic. However, there was no majority to think that artificial meat will be healthy a.d.tasty, except respondents who were in favour of artificial meat. A large majority of the respondents believed that the meat industry is facing important problems related to the protection of the environment, animal welfare or inefficient meat production to feed humanity. However, respondents did not believe that artificial meat will be the solution to solve the mentioned problems with the meat industry, especially respondents who were against artificial meat. The vast majority of consumers wished to continue to eat meat even they would accept to consume less meat in a context of increasing food needs. Only a minority of respondents（from 5 to 11%） would recommend or accept to eat
