Combining the critical nitrogen concentration and machine learning algorithms to estimate nitrogen deficiency in rice from UAV hyperspectral data

Rapid and large area acquisition of nitrogen(N)deficiency status is important for achieving the optimal fertilization of *** existing studies,however,focus on the use of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)remote sensing to diagnose N nutrition in rice,while there are fewer studies on the quantitative description of the degree of N deficiency in rice,and the effects of the critical N concentration on the spectral changes in rice have rarely been ***,based on the canopy spectral data obtained by remotely-sensed UAV hyperspectral images,the N content in rice was obtained through field *** construction method of the rice curve for the northeastern critical N concentration was studied,and on this basis,N deficiency was *** the spectrum of the critical N concentration state as the standard spectrum,the spectral reflectivity data were transformed by the ratios and differences,and the feature extraction of the spectral data was carried out by the successive projections algorithm(SPA).Finally,by taking the characteristic band as the input variable and N deficiency as the output variable,a set of multivariate linear regression(MLR),long short-term memory(LSTM)inversion models based on extreme learning machine(ELM),and the nondominated sorting genetic algorithmⅢextreme learning machine(NSGA-Ⅲ-ELM)were *** results showed two key aspects of this system:1)The correlation between the N deficiency data and original spectrum was poor,but the correlation between the N deficiency data and N deficiency could be improved by a difference change and ratio transformation;2)The inversion results based on the ratio spectrum and NSGA-Ⅲ-ELM algorithm were the best,as the R2values of the training set and validation set were 0.852 and 0.810,and the root mean square error(RMSE)values were 0.291 and 0.308,*** the perspective of the spectral data,the inversion accuracy of the ratio spectrum was better than the accuracy of the original s

OBJECTiVE:To develop a clinical practice guideline to guide the treatment of low back pain by ***:An integrative approach of systematic review of literature,clinical evidence classification,expert opinion surveying,and consensus establishing via a Delphi program was utilized during the developing *** evidence-based practice standards and the personalized features of acupuncture were taken into ***:Based on clinical evidence and expert opinions,we developed a clinical practice guideline for the treatment of low back pain with *** recommendations have a wide coverage spanning from Western Medicine diagnosis and Traditional chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation,to acupuncture treatment procedures,as well as post treatment care for rehabilitation and *** recommendations for acupuncture practice included treatment principles,therapeutic regimens,and operational *** levels of evidence and strength of recommendation were rated for each procedure of ***:A clinical practice guideline for acupuncture treating low back pain was developed based on contemporary clinical evidence and experts'consensus to provide best currently agreeable practice guideline for domestic and international stakeholders.

Quasi-two-dimensi on al(2D)β-Ga2O3 is a rediscovered metal-oxide semiconductor with an ultra-wide bandgap of *** has been reported to be a promising material for next-generation power and radio frequency *** effect transistors(FETs)that can switch at high voltage are key compone nts in power and radio frequency devices,and reliable Ohmic con tacts are essential for high FET ***,obtaining low contact resistance onβ-Ga2O3 FETs is difficult since reactions betweenβ-Ga2O3 and metal contacts are not fully ***,we experimentally demonstrate the importanee of reactions at the metal/β-Ga2O3 interface and the corresponding effects of these reactions on FET *** Ti is employed as the metal contact,annealing ofβ-Ga2O3 FETs in argon can effectively transform Schottky contacts into Ohmic contacts and permit a large drain current density of-3.1 mA//μ*** contact resistance(Rcontact)between the Ti electrodes andβ-Ga2O3 decreased from^430 to^0.387Ω·mm after annealing.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)confirmed the formation of oxygen vacancies at the Ti/β-Ga2O3 interface after annealing,which is believed to cause the improved FET *** results of this study pave the way for greater application ofβ-Ga2O3 in electronics.

Edge artificial intelligence will empower the ever simple industrial wireless networks(iWNs)supporting complex and dynamic tasks by collaboratively exploiting the computation and communication resources of both machine-type devices(MTDs)and edge *** this paper,we propose a multi-agent deep reinforcement learning based resource allocation(MADRL-RA)algorithm for end-edge orchestrated iWNs to support computation-intensive and delay-sensitive ***,we present the system model of iWNs,wherein each MTD is regarded as a self-learning ***,we apply the Markov decision process to formulate a minimum system overhead problem with joint optimization of delay and energy ***,we employ MADRL to defeat the explosive state space and learn an effective resource allocation policy with respect to computing decision,computation capacity,and transmission *** break the time correlation of training data while accelerating the learning process of MADRL-RA,we design a weighted experience replay to store and sample experiences ***,we propose a step-by-stepε-greedy method to balance exploitation and ***,we verify the effectiveness of MADRL-RA by comparing it with some benchmark algorithms in many experiments,showing that MADRL-RA converges quickly and learns an effective resource allocation policy achieving the minimum system overhead.

The selected 18 energetic compounds were theoretically investigated by using the density functional theory（DFT） quantum mechanical code,DMol3,and the Hansen solubility parameters（HSPs） *** results showed that 4-nitrotoluene,4-nitrophenol,N N0-dimethyl-N N0-diphenylurea and N N0-diethyl-N N0-diphenylurea contain relatively electron-rich aromatic *** satisfactory energetic precursors with electron-rich rings were quickly and effectively found by electrostatic potential（ESP）surfaces and HSPs *** results also indicated that the absolute value of the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital（LUMO） of the energetic precursors with electron-rich rings often was less than3.00 eV,and the absolute value of LUMO of the energetic precursors with electron deficient rings was often more than 3.00 ***,we found that with at least two eutectic points was a prerequisite for two precursors to form a cocrystal.

This paper presents an experimental investigation of the mechanical and tribological properties of Cu-graphene nanosheets(GN)*** employed the electroless coating process to coat GNs with Ag particles to avoid its reaction with Cu and the formation of intermetallic *** analyzed the effect of GN content on the structural,mechanical,and tribological properties of the produced *** showed that the electroless coating process is an efficient technique to avoid the reaction between Cu and C and the formation of intermetallic *** addition of GNs significantly improves the mechanical and tribological properties of Cu ***,the addition of GNs needs to be done carefully because,after a certain threshold value,the mechanical and tribological properties are negatively *** optimum GN content is determined to be 0.5vol%,at which hardness,wear rate,and coefficient of friction are im-proved by 13%,81.9%,and 49.8%,respectively,compared with Cu *** improved properties are due to the reduced crys-tallite size,presence of GNs,and homogenous distribution of the composite constituents.

Employing the Pekeris-type approximation to deal with the pseudo-centrifugal term,we analytically study the pseudospin symmetry of a Dirac nucleon subjected to equal scalar and vector modified Rosen-Morse potential including the spin-orbit coupling term by using the Nikiforov-Uvarov method and supersymmetric quantum mechanics *** complex eigenvalue equation and the total normalized wave functions expressed in terms of Jacobi polynomial with arbitrary spin-orbit coupling quantum number k are presented under the condition of pseudospin *** eigenvalue equations for both methods reproduce the same result to affirm the mathematical accuracy of analytical *** numerical solutions obtained for different adjustable parameters produce degeneracies for some quantum number.

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of Biejiajian Pill(BJJP)on intestinal microbiota in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis/liver fibrosis,and explore its relationship with liver ***:This was a prospective,randomized double-blind controlled *** the stratified block randomization method,35 patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis/liver fibrosis were randomly assigned(1:1)to receive entecavir(0.5 mg/d)combined with BJJP(3 g/time,3 times a day)or placebo(simulator as control,SC group,simulator 3 g/time,3 times a day)for 48 *** and stool samples were collected from patients at baseline and week 48 of treatment,*** and renal functions as well as hematological indices were *** samples were analyzed by 16S rDNA V3-V4 high-throughput sequencing,and intestinal microbiota changes in both groups before and after treatment were compared,and their correlations with liver fibrosis were ***:Compared with the SC group,there was no significant difference in liver function,renal function and hematology indices in the BJJP group,however,the improvement rate of liver fibrosis was higher in the BJJP group(94.4%vs.64.7%,P=0.041).Principal coordinate analysis(PCoA)based on weighted Unifrac distance showed significant differences in intestinal microbiota community diversity before and after BJJP treatment(Picial bacteria(Bifidobacteria,Lactobacillus,Faecalibacterium and Blautia)increased,whereas the abundance levels of potential pathogenic bacteria,including Escherichia coli,Bacteroides,Ruminococcus,Parabacteroides and Prevotella decreased,among which Ruminococcus and Parabacteroides were significantly positively correlated with degree of liver fibrosis(r=0.34,P=0.04;r=0.38,P=0.02),*** microbiota in the SC group did not change significantly throughout the whole process of ***:BJJP had a certain regulatory effe
