The solid solutions of In^(3+) doped M-type strontium hexaferrites were produced using a conventional solid-state reaction method,and Rietveld analysis of the neutron diffraction patterns was conducted.In^(3+) cations occupy octahedral (4f_(Ⅵ)and 12 k) and tetrahedral (4f_(Ⅳ)) positions (SG=P6_(3)/mmc(No.194)).The average particle size is 837–650 nm.Curie tempearature (T_(C)) of the compounds monotonically decreased down to~520 K with increasing x.A frustrated magnetic state was detected from ZFC and FC magnetizations.saturation magnetization (M_(s)) and effective magnetocrystalline anisotropy coefficient (k_(eff)) were determined using the law of approach to saturation.A real permittivity (ε″) maximum of~3.3 at~45.5 GHz and an imaginary permittivity (ε′) of~1.6 at~42.3 GHz were observed for x=0.1.A real permeability (μ′) maximum of~1.5 at~36.2 GHz was observed for x=0.Aμ″imaginary permeability maximum of~0.8 at~38.3 GHz was observed for x=0.1.The interpretation of the results is based on the type of dielectric polarization and the natural ferromagnetic resonance features.

Geohelminths eggs contamination of sandpits in Vladivostok, Russia

Objective: To detect nematode eggs in sandpits in urban area in Vladivostok. Methods: Totally 60 samples were collected from five districts. Sand samples were analyzed using combined flotation-sedimentation method. In result, 18 sand samples were positive for at one or two parasites species. Results: Overall, only 3 genera of helminths were recovered. Most samples were positive for Toxocara spp. eggs. Toxocara spp. eggs were found in each district. More samples with Toxocara spp. eggs were found in Pervomaiskii district. Ascaris spp. eggs were also appeared in each district, however Ascaris eggs rate of contamination was less than rate of Toxocara spp. contamination. Toxascaris leonina eggs were the less frequent species in sandpits, it was found only in Sovetskii and Pervomaiskii districts. Ascaris eggs rate of contamination was less than rate of Toxocara spp. contamination. Toxascaris leonina eggs were the less frequent species in sandpits, it was found only in two districts. No correlation between districts and helmiths eggs present in soil samples was found(P>0.05). Conclusions: Considering the high sand contamination with parasite infective elements of both human and animal origin, measures to improve environmental and sanitary conditions are indicated, as well as promoting the concept of responsible pet ownership.

Frequency-Domain Wideband Acoustic Noise Cancellation System

When building an adaptive noise cancellation system for wideband acoustic signals, one can meet some difficulties in practical implementation of such a system. The major problem is related to the necessity of using real-time signal generation and processing. In this paper the active noise control system which utilizes adaptation in frequency domain is considered. It is shown that the proposed algorithms simplify practical implementation of a noise cancellation system. The results of computer simulations and prototype experiments show the effectiveness of the proposed methods. .

Use of the Method of Guidance by a Required Velocity in Control of Spacecraft Attitude

We apply the method of guidance by a required velocity for solving the optimal control problem over spacecraft’s reorientation from known initial attitude into a required final attitude.We suppose that attitude control is carried out by impulse jet engines.For optimization of fuel consumption,the controlling moments are calculated and formed according to the method of free trajectories together with principle of iterative control using the quaternions for generating commands to actuators.Optimal solution corresponds to the principle“acceleration-free rotation-separate corrections-free rotation-braking”.Rotation along a hitting trajectory is supported by insignificant correction of the uncontrolled motion at discrete instants between segments of acceleration and braking.Various strategies of forming the correction impulses during stage of free motion are suggested.Improving accuracy of achievement of spacecraft's final position is reached by terminal control using information about current attitude and angular velocity measurements for determining an instant of beginning of braking(condition for start of braking based on actual motion parameters is formulated in analytical form).The described method is universal and invariant relative to moments of inertia.Developed laws of attitude control concern the algorithms with prognostic model,the synthesized control modes are invariant with respect to both external perturbations and parametric errors.Results of mathematical modeling are presented that demonstrate practical feasibility and high efficiency of designed algorithms.

The title compound N-4-methyl-1,2,3-thiadiazole-5-carbonyl-N＇-3,5-dichloro-4- （1,1,2,2- tetrafluoroethoxyl）phenyl urea （C13H8Cl2F4N4O3S, Mr = 447.19） has been synthesized from 4-methyl- 1,2,3-thiadiazole-5-carbonyl chloride as the starting material, and its structure was characterized by proton Nuclear Magnetic Resonance （1H NMR）, Infra Red Spectroscopy （IR）, high-resolution mass spectroscopy （HRMS）, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal of the title compound belongs to triclinic, space group Pi with a = 6.0780（8）, b = 11.3760（14）, c = 12.1440（18） A, α = 96.887（7）, β = 91.027（12）, γ= 104.252（13）°, Z = 2, V= 806.98（19）A3, Dc = 1.840 g/cm3, μ= 0.601 mm-1, F（000） = 448, R = 0.0450 and wR = 0.0869. X-ray analysis indicates that the 1,2,3-thiadiazole ring is not coplanar with the phenyl ring, and the dihedral angle is 33.57°. Two intermolecular hydrogen bonds N（2）-H…O（1 ）, S（1 ）…H-C（11）, and three weak intermolecular interactions, C（11）…O（1）, N（1）…O（2） and S…O（1）, are observed. The bioassay results indicate that the title compound has good insecticidal activity against Culex pipiens pallens and good induction activity for tobacco against tobacco mosaic virus which is equal to that of TDL.

The title compound N-（tert-butyl）-N＇-（2-（4-chlorophenyl）acetyl）-5-methyl-1,2,3-thiadiazole-4-carbohydrazide （C16H19ClN4NaO2S, Mr = 366.86） has been synthesized, and its structure was characterized by IR, 1H NMR, H RMS and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal of the title compound belongs to triclinic, space group Pī with a = 8.464（2）, b = 10.192（2）, c = 11.757（2）, α = 68.48（3）, β = 76.31（3）, γ = 80.86（3）°, Z = 2, V = 2024.6（10） 3, Dc = 1.333 g/cm3, μ = 0.339 mm-1, F（000） = 384, R = 0.0450 and wR （Ⅰ 〉 2σ（Ⅰ）） = 0.1234. X-ray analysis indicates one N-H…N intermolecular hydrogen bond and no π-π stacking interactions are observed in this crystal structure. The preliminary biological test shows that the title compound has fungicidal activity and antivirus activities against tobacco mosaic virus.

Seismic activity of the earth, the cosmological vectorial potential and method of a short-term earthquakes forecasting

To the foundation of a principally new short-term forecasting method there has been laid down a theory of surrounding us world’s creation and of physical vacuum as a result of interaction of byuons-discrete objects. The definition of the byuon contains the cosmological vector-potential Ag- a novel fundamental vector constant. This theory predicts a new anisotropic interaction of nature objects with the physical vacuum. A pe- culiar “tap” to gain new energy (giving rise to an earthquake) are elementary particles because their masses are proportional to the modulus of some summary potential A∑ that contains po- tentials of all known fields. The value of A∑ cannot be larger than the modulus of Ag. In ac- cordance with the experimental results a new force associated with A ejects substance from the area of the weakened A along a conical formation with the opening of 100° ± 10° and the axis directed along the vector A∑ . This vector has the following coordinates in the second equatorial coordinate system: right ascension α≈ 293°± 10°, declination δ≈36° ± 10°. The 100% probability of an earthquake (earthquakes of 6 points strong and more by the Richter scale) arises when in the process of the earth rotation the zenith vector of a seismically dangerous region and/or the vectorial potential of Earth’s magnetic fields are in a certain way oriented relative to the vector Ag. In the work, basic models and standard mechanisms of earth- quakes are briefly considered, results of proc- essing of information on the earthquakes in the context of global spatial anisotropy caused by the existence of the vector Ag, are presented, and an analysis of them is given.

Purpose of the article is a presentation of possible solutions to the problem of global warming. The first is based on the physical properties of the Earth and its atmospheres. Another way represents reduction of anthropogenous influence on the climate. Efforts of international association in an agreement achievement among issuers’ greenhouse gas emissions on reduction of emissions are analyzed. It discusses an actual objectification problem of emissions quotes distribution based on the principle of differentiated responsibilities. For decision of this problem, it presents a mathematical algorithm of objectification of greenhouse gases distribution.
