目的通过影像检查随访探讨bosniak IIF肾囊肿和胰腺副(Sb)胰管内乳头状黏液性肿瘤(IPMN)病人年龄和合并症对预期寿命(LE)的影响。材料与方法构建决策分析Markov模型评估LE获益时间。对不同年龄(60～80岁)、不同程度合并症表现(无、轻、中、重)的病人进行评估。比较影像随访和无影像随访对LE的预测。在随访组中,假设bosniak IIF肾囊肿(肾细胞癌)和SbIPMN(胰腺导管腺癌)病人在扩散前已成功治疗。未随访组,bosniak IIF肾囊肿(肾细胞癌)和SbIPMN(胰腺导管腺癌)的死亡风险合并计算。对模型假设和参数不确定性进行敏感性评估分析。结果年轻健康组(60岁,无并发症)随访的预期寿命获益时间如下:bosniak IIF肾囊肿,女性获益时间6.5个月,男性获益时间5.8个月;SbIPMN,女性获益时间6.4个月,男性获益时间5.3个月。60岁合并严重并发症的女性bosniak IIF肾囊肿病人的随访LE获益时间减少到3.9个月;80岁无并发症的女性bosniak IIF肾囊肿病人的随访LE获益时间为2.8个月;合并严重并发症LE获益时间为1.5个月。bosniak IIF肾囊肿男性病人、SbIPMN女性病人的随访LE获益时间具有类似趋势。该结果对于进行随访检出癌症、恶性肿瘤风险评估、未随访的恶性bosniak IIF肾囊肿的恶性度分期具有敏感性。结论随着年龄增长和合并症严重程度增加,偶发低危病变的影像随访对病人的收益越来越有限。

Pre-polymerized vinyl trimethoxy silane(PVTMS)@MWCNT nano-aerogel system was constructed via radical polymerization,sol-gel transition and supercritical CO_(2)*** fabricated organic-inorganic hybrid PVTMS@MWCNT aerogel structure shows nano-pore size(30-40 nm),high specific surface area(559 m^(2)g^(−1)),high void fraction(91.7%)and enhanced mechanical property:(1)the nano-pore size is beneficial for efficiently blocking thermal conduction and thermal convection via knudsen effect(beneficial for infrared(IR)stealth);(2)the heterogeneous interface was beneficial for IR reflection(beneficial for IR stealth)and MWCNT polarization loss(beneficial for electromagnetic wave(EMW)attenuation);(3)the high void fraction was beneficial for enhancing thermal insulation(beneficial for IR stealth)and EMW impedance match(beneficial for EMW attenuation).Guided by the above theoretical design strategy,PVTMS@MWCNT nano-aerogel shows superior EMW absorption property(cover all Ku-band)and thermal IR stealth property(ΔT reached 60.7℃).Followed by a facial combination of the above nano-aerogel with graphene film of high electrical conductivity,an extremely high electromagnetic interference shielding material(66.5 db,2.06 mm thickness)with superior absorption performance of an average absorption-to-reflection(A/R)coefficient ratio of 25.4 and a low reflection bandwidth of 4.1 GHz(A/R ratio more than 10)was experimentally obtained in this work.

A fixed link (tunnel and bridge, in total 16 km) was constructed between Sweden and Denmarkduring 1995--2000. As part of the work, approximately 16 million tonnes of seabed materials (lime--stone and clay till) were dredged, and about 0.6 million tonnes of these were spilled in the *** of the spreading and sedimentation of the spilled sediments took place as part of the envi--ronmental monitoring of the construction activities. In order to verify the results of the numericalmodelling of sediment spreading and sedimentation, a new method with the purpose of distinguishingbetween the spilled sediments and the naturally occurring sediments was developed. because thespilled sedimellts tend to accumulate at the seabed in areas with natural sedimenis of the same size, itis difficult to separate these based purely on the physical properties. Clonostachys rosea (syn. Gliocladium roseum) IK726 was originally selected as an effective biocontrol agent (bCA) against cereal seed borne diseases caused by Fusarium culmorum and bipolaris sorokiniana. We have studied the efficacy of the antagonist against different pathogens in several crops and found that the antagonist also is able to control Alternaria radicina and A. dauci on carrot seeds and different cold-storage fungi in acorns. IK726 is also able to reduce severity of soil borne Pythium spp. in cabbage, carrot and sugar beet. In addition, growth-promoting effects of IK726 have been demonstrated in barley and tomato. In order to develop and improve application methods and control strategies, essential basic studies of ecology and the mechanisms of control of IK726 is needed and has led us to use various molecular tools. The UP-PCR technology is used for strain recognition and we have developed GUS and GFP-transformants that resembles the wildtype strain in ecological fitness parameters. Using either the GUS-transformant or UP-PCR we have found that IK726, when applied with seeds, reproduces and survives several months in the rhizosphere of field grown barley and carrot. The GFP-transformant is used to study the behavior and in situ interactions of the antagonist with pathogens and plants. Using the GFP marker, we have observed conidial germination, colonization and conidiogenesis in natural soil, in vermiculite and on carrot and barley seed and roots and on barley leaves. Moreover in situ interactions with Alternaria on carrot material have been studied. The modes of action of C. rosea are not well understood but enzymatic activity, mycoparasitism, substrate competition, antibiosis and induced resistance are thought to play a role. barley treated with C. rosea IK726 has an enhanced chitinolytic and glucanolytic activity compared to the activity in non-treated barley in pot experiments with field soil. AIM: To investigate the association between adherence to health recommendations and detection of advanced colorectal neoplasia(ACN) in colorectal cancer(CRC) ***: A total of 14832 women and men were invited to CRC screening, 6959 in the fecal immunochemical test arm and 7873 in the flexible sigmoidoscopy arm. These were also sent a self-reported lifestyle questionnaire to be completed prior to their first CRC screening. A lifestyle score was created to reflect current adherence to healthy behaviors in regard to smoking, body mass index, physical activity, alcohol consumption and food consumption, and ranged from zero(poorest) to six(best). Odds ratios(ORs) and 95%CIs were calculated using multivariable logistic regression to evaluate the association between the single lifestyle variables and the lifestyle score and the probability of detecting ***: In all 6315 women and men completed the lifestyle questionnaire, 3323(53%) in the FIT arm and 2992(47%) in the FS arm. This was 89% of those who participated in screening. ACN was diagnosed in 311(5%) participants of which 25(8%) were diagnosed with CRC. For individuals with a lifestyle score of two, three, four, and five-six, the ORs(95%CI) for the probability of ACN detection were 0.82(0.45-1.16), 0.43(0.28-0.73), 0.41(0.23-0.64), and 0.41(0.22-0.73), respectively compared to individuals with a lifestyle score of zero-one. Of the single lifestyle factors, adherence to non-smoking and moderate alcohol intake were associated with a decreased probability of ACN detection compared to being a smoker or having a high alcohol intake 0.53(0.42-0.68) and 0.63(0.43-0.93) ***: Adopted healthy behaviors were inversely associated with the probability of ACN detection. Lifestyle assessment might be useful for risk stratification in CRC screening.

Network simulation method（NSM） is used to solve the laminar heat and mass transfer of an electricallyconducting,heat generating/absorbing fluid past a perforated horizontal surface in the presence of viscous and Joule heating problem. The governing partial differential equations are non-dimensionalized and transformed into a system of nonlinear ordinary differential similarity equations,in a single independent variable,畏. The resulting coupled,nonlinear equations are solved under appropriate transformed boundary conditions. Computations are performed for a wide range of the governing flow parameters,viz Prandtl number,thermophoretic coeffcient（a function of knudsen number）,thermal conductivity parameter,wall transpiration parameter and Schmidt number. The numerical details are discussed with relevant applications. The present problem finds applications in optical fiber fabrication,aerosol filter precipitators,particle deposition on hydronautical blades,semiconductor wafer design,thermo-electronics and problems including nuclear reactor safety.
