Environmental issues like pollution are major threats to human *** systems are developed to reduce *** this paper,an optimal mobile robot design to reduce pollution in Green supply chain management *** supply chain management involves as similating environmentally and eco-nomically feasible solutions into the supply chain ***,advanced technologies,and advanced networks are becoming pillars of a sustainable supply chain management *** the same time,there is much change happening in the logistics *** are moving towards a new logistics *** the new model,robotic logistics has a vital *** reasons for this change are the rapid growth of the e-commerce business and the shortage of *** advantages of using robotic logistics are reduction in human errors,faster delivery speed,better customer satisfaction,more safety for workers,and high workforce adaptability.A robot with rocker-bogie suspension is a six-wheeled mobile platform that has a distinctive potential to keep all wheels on the ground *** has been designed to traverse rough and uneven terrain by distributing the load over its wheels ***,there is a limitation to achieving high-speed mobility against vertical *** this research,an optimal design of product delivery wheeled robots for a sustainable supply chain system is proposed to ensure higher adaptability and maximum stability during climbing *** design parameters of the proposed robot are optimized using Taguchi *** aim is to get a smooth trajectory of the robot’s *** proposed approach realizes a robot with much-improved stability which can climb over heights more than the size of the wheel(i.e.,3 times the radius of wheels).The results reveal that the modified rocker-bogie system not only increases the stair-climbing capability but also thwarts instability due to overturning of a wheel of the robot.

Room Temperature Ferromagnetism in Dual Doped (Mn^(2+), Ni^(2+)) ZnO Codoped with Li^(1+) Prepared Using EDTA Sintered at Low Temperature

Nanopowders of Znl_x_y_zMnxNiyLizO [（x = 0.04, y = 0, z = 0）, （x = 0.04, y = 0.03, z = 0） and （x = 0.04, y = 0.03, z = 0.03）] have been synthesized by sol-gel precursor route using ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid （EDTA） as a metal chelating agent. X-ray diffraction analysis confirms the formation of wurtzite hexagonal structure for all the three compositions. Mn2＋ doped ZnO exhibits room temperature ferromagnetism （RTFM）, and it is found that further Ni2＋ doping has decreased Ms because of limit of solid solubility of transition metal in ZnO. But codoping of monovalent Li1＋, further increases the ferromagnetism （FM） value, due to introduction of free carriers compared to the dual doped samples. Photoluminescence （PL） spectra of the system, exhibit near band edge （NBE） emission peak at --464 nm due to the electron transition from interstitials to the valence band. Recombination of conduction electron with hole trapped at oxygen vacancy, leads to prominent defect emission peaks at --482 nm and 532 nm. The evidence of the formation of metaI-EDTA complexes are found from the Fourier transform infrared spectra at 2800-3800 cm-1 with shifting, splitting of the peak and also drastic variations in the intensity.

The quenching interaction of atomoxetine(ATX) with bovine serum albumin(BSA) was studied in vitro under optimal physiological condition(pH=7.4) by multi-spectroscopic techniques. The mechanism of ATX-BSA system was a dynamic quenching process and was confirmed by the fluorescence spectra and lifetime measurements. The number of binding sites, binding constants and other binding characteristics were computed. Thermodynamic parameters ΔH^0 and ΔS^0 indicated that intermolecular hydrophobic forces predominantly stabilized the drug-protein system. The average binding distance between BSA and ATX was studied by F?rsters theory. UV-absorption, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), circular dichroism(CD), synchronous spectra and three-dimensional(3D) fluorescence spectral results revealed the changes in micro-environment of secondary structure of protein upon the interaction with ATX. Displacement of site probes and the effects of some common metal ions on the binding of ATX with BSA interaction were also studied.

Toll-like receptor 9 （TLR9） recognizes microbial DNA containing unmethylated cytosyl guanosyl （CpG） sequences, induces innate immune responses, and facilitates antigen-specific adaptive immunity. Recent studies report that in addition to stimulating innate immunity, TLR9 ligands induce apoptosis of TLR9 expressing cancer cells. To understand the mechanism of TLR9-induced apoptosis, we compared the effects of CpG containing oligodeoxynucleotides （CpG ODN） on a mouse B-cell lymphoma line, CH27, with those on mouse splenic B cells. CpG ODN inhibited constitutive proliferation and induced apoptosis in the CH27 B-cell lymphoma line. In contrast, CpG ODN-treated primary B cells were stimulated to proliferate and were rescued from spontaneous apoptosis. The induction of apoptosis required the ODNs to contain the CpG motif and the expression of TLR9 in lymphoma B cells. A decrease in Bcl-xl expression and an increase in Fas and Fas ligand expression accompanied lymphoma B-cell apoptosis. Treatment with the Fas ligand-neutralizing antibody inhibited CpG ODN-induced apoptosis. CpG ODN triggered a transient NF-κB activation in the B-cell lymphoma cell line, which constitutively expresses a high level of c-Myc, while CpG ODN induced sustained increases in NF-κB activation and c-Myc expression in primary B cells. Furthermore, an NF-κB inhibitor inhibited the proliferation of the CH27 B-cell lymphoma line. Our data suggest that the differential responses of lymphoma and primary B cells to CpG ODN are the result of differences in NF-KB activation. The impaired NF-KB activation in the CpG ODN-treated B-cell lymphoma cell line alters the balance between NF-κB and c-Myc, which induces Fas/Fas ligand-dependent apoptosis.

The formulation of nanocrystallinc NiTi shape memory alloys has potential effects in mechanical stimulation and medical im- plantology. The present work elucidates the effect of milling time on the product＇s structural characteristics, chemical composition, and mi- crohardness for NiTi synthesized by mechanical alloying for different milling durations. Increasing the milling duration led to the formation of a nanocrystalline NiTi intermetallic at a higher level. The formation of nanocrystalline materials was directed through cold fusion, fractur- ing, and the development of a steady state, which were influenced by the accumulation of strain energy. In the morphological study, uninter- rupted cold diffusion and fracturing were visualized using transmission electron microscopy. Particle size analysis revealed that the mean particle size was reduced to -93 μm after 20 h of milling. The mechanical strength was enhanced by the formation of a nanocrystalline in- termetallic phase at longer milling time, which was confirmed by the results of Vickers hardness analyses.

Polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) fuel cell is the most promising among the various types of fuel cells. Though it has found its applications in numerous fields, the cost and durability are key barriers impeding the commercialization of PEM fuel cell stack. The crucial and expensive component involved in it is the gas diffusion electrode (GDE) and its degradation, which limits the performance and life of the fuel cell stack. A critical analysis and comprehensive understanding of the struc-tural and functional properties of various materials involved in the GDE can help us to address the related durability and cost issues. This paper reviews the key GDE components, and in specific, the root causes influencing the durability. It also envisages the role of novel materials and provides a critical recommendation to improve the GDE durability.
