The task of studying the process of icing is important due to the operation of large ships and fishing vessels in the seas of the Arctic *** this paper the ice accretion simulation for fishing vessel has been done at different Reynolds and Froude numbers.A hybrid approach was used for modeling:first,the approach based on Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS)model and volume of fluid(VOF)method with interDyMFoam solver was used for ship modelling in waves,second,RANS model and Euler-Lagrangian approach with iceFoam solver for ice accretion process modelling for ship with hull was *** k-ωSST turbulence model with wall functions was used for the RANS *** the help of the interDyMFoam solver,the position of water jet and liquid droplets in space were determined during the movement of the ship and taking into account the waves in the *** the help of iceFoam solver,the process of ice accretion on the surface of the vessel was *** calculations were run for different number Reynolds,*** analysis of mesh convergency was *** distribution of ice thickness and water film on the ship’s surface is *** simulations were performed on a high-performance cluster in parallel mode.

Lateral flow immunoassay(LFIA) is a widely used express method and offers advantages such as a short analysis time, simplicity of testing and result ***, an LFIA based on gold nanospheres lacks the desired sensitivity, thereby limiting its wide *** this study, spherical nanogold labels along with new types of nanogold labels such as gold nanopopcorns and nanostars were prepared, characterized, and applied for LFIA of model protein antigen procalcitonin. It was found that the label with a structure close to spherical provided more uniform distribution of specific antibodies on its surface, indicative of its suitability for this type of *** using gold nanopopcorns as a label allowed procalcitonin detection over a linear range of 0.5–10 ng mL^(-1) with the limit of detection of 0.1 ng mL^(-1), which was fivefold higher than the sensitivity of the assay with gold nanospheres. Another approach to improve the sensitivity of the assay included the silver enhancement method,which was used to compare the amplification of LFIA for procalcitonin detection. The sensitivity of procalcitonin determination by this method was 10 times better the sensitivity of the conventional LFIA with gold nanosphere as a label. The proposed approach of LFIA based on gold nanopopcorns improved the detection sensitivity without additional steps and prevented the increased consumption of specific reagents(antibodies).

We present a study of the inclusive photon spectra from 5.9 million J/ψ decays collected with the KEDR detector at the VEPP-4M e＋e collider. We measure the branching fraction of radiative decay J/ψ→ηcγ, ηc width and mass. Our preliminary results are： M（ηc） = 2979.4± 1.5 ± 1.9 MeV/c^2, Г（ηc） = 27.8±5.1 ±3.3 MeV, B（Jψ→ηcγ） = （2.34±0.15±0.40）%.

Many phenomena in nature and technology are associated with the filtration of suspensions and colloids in porous media. Two main types of particle deposition,namely, cake filtration at the inlet and deep bed filtration throughout the entire porous medium, are studied by different models. A unified approach for the transport and deposition of particles based on the deep bed filtration model is proposed. A variable suspension flow rate, proportional to the number of free pores at the inlet of the porous medium, is considered. To model cake filtration, this flow rate is introduced into the mass balance equation of deep bed filtration. For the cake filtration without deposit erosion,the suspension flow rate decreases to zero, and the suspension does not penetrate deep into the porous medium. In the case of the cake filtration with erosion, the suspension flow rate is nonzero, and the deposit is distributed throughout the entire porous medium. An exact solution is obtained for a constant filtration function. The method of characteristics is used to construct the asymptotics of the concentration front of suspended and retained particles for a filtration function in a general form. Explicit formulae are obtained for a linear filtration function. The properties of these solutions are studied in detail.
