＜正＞ Yellow-crested cockatoo （Cacatua sulphurea） is an endemic bird to Sulawesi and Lesser Sunda Islands and is categorized as endangered by IUCN. The sub species C.s. abootii, endemic to Masalembo Island （Java Sea）, is the most endangered compared to other three subspecies. At the moment the bird is only present in Masakambing Island, the second biggest island, and has already vanished in the main island Masalembo, as a result of massive capture for pet trade and habitat loss. Masakambing Island （650 ha） is inhabited by around 1200 people, who have already changed the island to coconut plantation and milky-fish pond around the coastal area.

The underwater object detection is important for monitoring the sustainability of the marine ***,the conventional monitoring system requires lots of resources because a marine ecosystem is difficult to ***,the computer vision based underwater object detection can be applied to solve the *** thesis aims to detect the fish and recognize its type at the same *** challenges emerged in detecting and recognizing the fish type,such as poor image quality（unclear,blurry and small images resolution）,the similar fish shape,the movement of fish in the water,and the limited fish *** propose to use deep learning algorithms,like YOLO and Faster R-CNN,for detecting and recognizing the fish *** this is the first time YOLO version 3 algorithm applied for fish detection and ***53 and Vgg16 are applied to YOLO version 3 and Faster R-CNN respectively as the feature *** datasets were used including fish4 knowledge and bubble *** fish4 knowledge dataset set is a public data set that has several neatly arranged images from each class,while the bubble vision dataset consists of videos that must be preprocessed before being used in the *** order to get the quality image in the dataset,image preprocessing is applied using image enhancement methods including Image Filter（Homomorphic Filter and gaussian Filter）,Contrast adaptive histogram equalization（CLAHE）,Multifision（CLAHE + Image filter）,Dark Channel *** experiment results showed the best result for fish detection and recognition obtained the performance of 99.16% using Faster R-CNN with multifision（CLAHE + Image filter）image enhancement on Bubble Vision *** YOLO version 3 only performed 74% without image enhancement.

随着城市化的迅速发展,在过去的十年里,食品废物已经逐渐成为一个公认的棘手的环境问题,为了增加食品垃圾对环境的总影响,将食品垃圾对生态环境的负担降到最低成为非常重要和严峻的一项任务。逆向物流系统是“资源—产品—再生资源”的闭环型物质流动系统。逆向物流是现代物流供应链中不可缺少的一部分,它与正向物流一起构成循环的物流体系。逆向物流是一项复杂的活动,它需要专业的人员进行管理和协调,而且开展食品逆向物流会占据企业大量的人力资源和资金资源,增加成本。食品逆向物流的开展是无利可图的,这导了某些食品企业的短视行为,对食品召回的重视并没有上升到战略层的层次,即使是大型食品企业也鲜有建立内部的食品逆向物流体系的。当今社会上仍存在大量家庭小作坊形式的食品加工企业,意识上的不重视,再加上经济力量薄弱直接导致了它们对食品逆向物流的不重视。大型食品生产企业的不够重视,小型生产企业无力实行。因此目前,我国的不安全食品的回收回流基本处于无序的状态,导致食品逆向物流在中国发展缓慢,举步维艰。在一般人看来,商品大都要经历生产、销售、消费及最后废弃这样的过程,也就是说,商品从使用价值产生到使用价值消失是一个线性过程。这种理解不仅是错误的,有时甚至是有害的,尤其对企业而言。随着社会循环经济发展和资源节约型经济发展的要求不断增强,以及人们环保意识的加强,逆向物流逐渐引起企业的重视。如今的社会中大部分的企业都面临着一个共同的问题,每个大型社会组织在食物废物系统方面面临着许多相似的困境,其中之一就是逆向物流和食品废物管理。不管企业是否制定了诸如此类的计划来响应环保绿色的号召,他们每天仍然被这些问题一直伴随和困扰着。这样的问题隐藏在每一个大型组织的食品废物系统里。甚至不是来自生产食品垃圾群体的主要特征,在全球竞争激烈的市场环境中进行竞争,每一个企业组织必须专注于发展的方法,利用新一代大众媒体的优势达到吸引的目的,尤其是这个企业或者组织属于社交网络媒体互联网公司。这是必然一个企业组织的责任,一个有社会责任感的公司,一个水平高的企业,会尽力处理好所生产的食品废物,当然不仅仅限于食品废物。本研究的目的是分析该公司是否可以将其他公司的食品废弃物管理方案设计作为逆向物流系统的一部分作为基准。这项研究将使用两种方法,第一种是分析公司行为的食物浪费使用定量战略规划矩阵,第二种方法是使用综合基准测试方法,这个基准测试方法将计划,搜索和使用最好的方法从顶部基准食品废物管理计划的组织已经使用多年的经验在食品废物管理计划,废物回收的效果的一个关键决定因素最小化对环境的影响,将用于回答这个研究带来的主要问题:公司如何设计一个系统,减少对环境的影响和提升价值的食物浪费,细分为以下问题:(1)公司如何有条不紊地找到最合适的和可持续的解决方案来管理食品垃圾?(2)建立食物浪费管理计划的模型,从而估计所获得的结果需要哪些信息?(3)产生了哪些类型的食物垃圾,如何对其进行系统的分类?本研究的结果涵盖了本研究的目的,即以字节跳动有限公司为研究对象,采用综合标杆法对食物垃圾管理方案进行最优自适应设计。特别是在互联网平台公司内部,引入创新的方法、知识,改变食品浪费管理的方式和周期。也因为综合基准测试方法和定量战略规划矩阵生成结果present-future公司,这个组织可以让食物垃圾生产者之间的社会互动的网络平台应用,用户和食物浪费食物浪费分析仪,通过社交媒体应用程序将造福于公司,它将支持其他公司的产品,该公司也可能成为食品垃圾管理项目的领跑者,向世界社会展示如何进行有效的食品垃圾处理,并根据当前的变化和未来的展望,对食品垃圾的管理提出进一步的建议。

Medicinal Plant of Sasambo as a Traditional Health Tourism Alternative Post COVID-19

The province of West Nusa Tenggara, which consists of Lombok Island and Sumbawa Island, has a stunning natural panoramic beauty, making it one of the main tourist destinations in Indonesia. The COVID-19 outbreak has had an impact on the sluggishness of the tourism sector. This problem requires a solution. One alternative is to use the medicinal plant Sasambo (Sasak, Samawa, Mbojo) as an alternative to traditional health tourism. Data from community records, results of questionnaire responses, and scientific articles related to Sasambo traditional medicine show that there are various types of Sasambo medicinal plants that have the potential as an alternative to traditional health tourism with details, Lombok (Sasak) 43 species, Sumbawa (Samawa) 25 species, and Bima (Mbojo) 35 species. Some of these plant species are used for the treatment of diseases caused by viruses. The islands of Lombok and Sumbawa have abundant medicinal plants, making the two islands a potential destination for traditional health tourism.

g>Objectiveg>: To observe extrinsic foot muscle activity ratio and sensory disturbance in Leprosy and its implication to foot deformity and walking capacity. Design: Cross sectional study in Singkawang, West Kalimantan. Materials and Methods: Thirty-three leprosy patients without walking aids and/or orthotic prosthetic were enrolled using consecutive sampling. Foot deformity score was calculated and muscle activity was measured using surface EMG. Muscle activation ratio was calculated in Tibialis anterior-to-Gastrocnemius (TA/GA) and Tibialis Anterior-to-Peroneal (TA/PE). Walking capacity was assessed using Timed up and Go test. Results: Significant differences of foot ulcer (p = 0.001) and foot deformities (p = 0.001) were found in plantar sensory deficit group. There was strong correlation between foot deformities and decreased TA/GA ratio (p = 0.001, r = ﹣0.787) and decreased TA/PE ratio (p = 0.001, r = ﹣0.663). There were significant differences of TA/gA ratio (p = 0.00) and TA/PE ratio (p = 0.09) based on the foot ulcer, and no significant difference of Timed Up and Go Test result within plantar sensory deficit group (p = 0.427). No significant correlation was found between walking capacity and TA/gA ratio (p = 0.055), and TA/PE ratio (p = 0.165). Conclusion: Plantar sensory deficit and decreased extrinsic muscle activation ratio during gait had been proven to affect foot impairment, but have not been proven to inhibit walking capacity.

Introduction: The immunity against cervical cancers is many unknown. Major histocompatability complex class I (MHC-I) with the alpha domain has binding site for Cytotoxic T cells (CD8+) to target cells. The objective of this experiment is to know the expression of CD8+ and MHC-I in cervical cancer with HPV infection. Method: DNA was isolated from seventeen sample cervical cancer tissues frozen section. Diagnose related with HPV was made by PCR. Paraffin block of the tissues was cut in thoroughly cleaned cryotome and place in glass plate that covered with poly-elysine. The immuno-histochemistry is done with monoclonal antibody again MHC-I and CD8+ with TSA-indirect method. The power of expression was counted the number of positive cells to express the MHC-I and CD8+ every 100 cells per one view look. Result: The Result of this experiment shows that expression of MHC-I and CD8+ in cervical cancer with HPV infection is in mild category (30% - 70%). Conclusion: Immunity against uterine cancer played by MHC-I and CD8+ is in milt category. The experiment that related with uterine cancer immunology is suggested.

Objective:Benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)is one of the most common diseases found among elderly *** though multiple risk factors of BPH have been identified in the past,the risk factors which have a direct impact on prostate volume have not been *** this study,we aim to determine the most significant contributing risk factors to prostate volume enlargement by analyzing possible associated risk factors previously ***:This is a quantitative study with an analytical observational design,performed using a retrospective cohort *** sampling was performed on 83 patients who underwent transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP)in Sanglah general Hospital from January to February *** analysis is performed to examine each variable's association with prostate volume followed by a multivariate *** variables were reassessed with path analysis to measure the direct effects,indirect effects,and total effects on prostate ***:Bivariate analysis shows that serum testosterone(R=0.208;p=0.059)and prostate-specific antigen(PSA)level(R=0.626;p=0.001)have a significant association with prostate *** analysis shows that serum PSA(B=1.4;p=0.001;95%confidence interval[95%CI]=1.039-1.770)and testosterone(B=0.024;p=0.005;95%CI=0.008-0.041)levels are significant among all the analyzed risk *** is a significant and strong effect of PSA to prostate volume(c=0.636;p=0.001)whereas testosterone has a significant albeit weak effect to prostate volume(c=0.246;p=0.009)based on the total effect of the path ***:Serum testosterone and PSA levels are significantly associated with prostatic volume increase among BPH patients.
