To improve the quality of the illumination distribution， one novel indoor visible light communication (VLC) system， which is jointly assisted by the angle-diversity transceivers and simultaneous transmission and reflection-intelligent reflecting surface (STAR-IRS)， has been proposed in this work. A Harris Hawks optimizer algorithm (HHOA)-based two-stage alternating iteration algorithm (TSAIA) scheme is presented to jointly optimize the magnitude and uniformity of the received optical power. Besides， to demonstrate the superiority of the proposed strategy， several benchmark schemes are simulated and compared. Results showed that compared to other optimization strategies， the TSAIA scheme is more capable of balancing the average value and variance of the received optical power when the maximal ratio combining (MRC) strategy is adopted at the receiver. Moreover， as the number of the STAR-IRS elements increases， the optical power variance of the system optimized by TSAIA scheme would become smaller while the average optical power would get larger. This study will benefit the design of received optical power distribution for indoor VLC systems.

The power flow solution calculated by the existing affine power flow method can only reflect the power flow distribution of the system in a certain range of the source load power, which is difficult to meet the online calculation requirements of multi-scenario uncertainty analysis. To solve these problems, an affine power flow multi-scenario uncertainty analysis method is proposed in this paper. Various holomorphic embedding variables with different physical meanings are used to scale the central values and partial deviation coefficients of the affine injection power. In this way, the interval variation of uncertain injection power is tracked and described, and the analytical dimension of the affine power flow is expanded from one dimension to multiple dimensions. The calculation of affine power flow is divided into two parts: analytic expression solving and online calculation. The multivariate power series coefficients of affine status variables are solved recursively, and the analytical expression for affine power flow is obtained. The online calculation of affine power flow in specific scenarios is realized by substituting the target value of embedded variables. The simulation results verify the advantages of the proposed method in convergence, conservatism and multi-scenario analysis efficiency. © 2025 Power System Technology Press. All rights reserved.

不同类型的发酵菌株对发酵蔬菜风味的形成有不同的影响。为评估发酵蔬菜中菌株的发酵特性,筛选适用于蔬菜发酵的优良菌种,从果菜类蔬菜混合发酵样品中分离31株菌株,通过形态学初步筛选乳酸菌、酵母菌等,应用分子生物学方法(细菌16S rRNA和真菌ITS序列分析)进行鉴定,评估菌株的生长能力、产酸能力、耐受性(耐盐、耐酸、耐亚硝酸盐)和亚硝酸盐降解能力,利用熵值法对菌株性能进行综合评价,并对发酵蔬菜样品进行感官评分。结果表明筛选出链格孢菌(L1)、阿根廷乳酸杆菌(L4)、乳酸杆菌(L5)、短乳杆菌(L8)和假酵母菌(L10)5株菌,能显著提高发酵蔬菜的感官品质;其中,L4菌株在生长速度、产酸能力、耐盐性以及亚硝酸盐降解能力方面表现较好,发酵24 h的OD_(600)值达到1.9,pH值达到3.84,最高可耐受10%的盐浓度,亚硝酸盐降解率为97.87%。熵值法综合评价结果显示,菌株L4具有最优发酵性能,是一株理想的蔬菜发酵菌,可用于生产低亚硝酸盐含量且风味优良的发酵蔬菜产品。该研究为丰富蔬菜发酵菌菌种资源及菌株的进一步开发与利用奠定了基础。

The N-terminal eF-hand calcium-binding proteins 1–3(NeCAB1–3) constitute a family of predominantly neuronal proteins characterized by the presence of at least one eF-hand calcium-binding domain and a functionally less well characterized C-terminal antibiotic biosynthesis monooxygenase domain. All three family members were initially discovered due to their interactions with other proteins. NeCAB1 associates with synaptotagmin-1, a critical neuronal protein involved in membrane trafficking and synaptic vesicle exocytosis. NeCAB2 interacts with predominantly striatal G-protein-coupled receptors, while NeCAB3 partners with amyloid-β A4 precursor protein-binding family A members 2 and 3, key regulators of amyloid-β production. This demonstrates the capacity of the family for interactions with various classes of proteins. NeCAB proteins exhibit distinct subcellular localizations: NeCAB1 is found in the nucleus and cytosol, NeCAB2 resides in endosomes and the plasma membrane, and NeCAB3 is present in the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus. The antibiotic biosynthesis monooxygenase domain, an evolutionarily ancient component, is akin to atypical heme oxygenases in prokaryotes but is not wellcharacterized in vertebrates. Prokaryotic antibiotic biosynthesis monooxygenase domains typically form dimers, suggesting that calcium-mediated conformational changes in NeCAB proteins may induce antibiotic biosynthesis monooxygenase domain dimerization, potentially activating some enzymatic properties. However, the substrate for this enzymatic activity remains uncertain. Alternatively, calcium-mediated conformational changes might influence protein interactions or the subcellular localization of NeCAB proteins by controlling the availability of protein–protein interaction domains situated between the eF hands and the antibiotic biosynthesis monooxygenase domain. 疲劳失效是机械构件的重要失效形式之一,因此本文通过分子动力学模拟方法在应变量ε=0.08下,对高熵合金FeCrNiCoCu合金进行20次循环加载模拟,以探究了高熵合金FeCrNiCoCu合金的疲劳力学性能和组织演变.结果发现,在循环加载过程中,FeCrNiCoCu模型存在明显的循环软化和循环硬化现象,且循环软化和循环硬化交替出现.通过对模型组织分析发现每个循环周期结束后,有残余位错和层错,这些缺陷直接影响到下一周期的疲劳应力.通过对模型中总能量和无序原子百分比的统计分析可知,模型的总能量呈升高的趋势.模型中无序原子的百分比逐渐升高,最后稳定在0.09左右,无序原子对位错的生成和湮灭有直接的影响,进而影响循环硬化和循环软化.

Quantitative reconstruction of salinity and precipitation changes in Central Asia over the past 3200 years using diatom and pollen records of lacustrine sediment in Aibi Lake of SW Junggar Basin

The response of lake environments in arid Central Asia to climate change during the Late Holocene over the centennial to millennial timescales remains contentious. The reason that primarily paleoenvironmental proxies interpreting diverse and the scarcity of accurate quantitative reconstruction records. In this study， we employed diatoms and pollen records from lacustrine sediment in the Aibi Lake of SW Junggar Basin to quantitatively reconstruct salinity and watershed precipitation amounts while exploring the associated forcing mechanism. The results indicate that Aibi Lake salinity varied between 2 g/L and 47 g/L during the Late Holocene period， indicating a generally brackish environment， and corresponding to prevailing Tryblionella granulata diatom in the lake basin. Westerly-dominated annual precipitation varied between 250 mm and 320 mm during the Late Holocene period in the basin， exhibiting a generally semi-arid environment and prevailing desert steppe vegetation. The Aibi Lake has a low salinity of average value of ～15 g/L. It exhibits elevated precipitation (average value of ～280 mm) during the periods of the Roman Warm Period (2900-1990 cal yr BP)， Dark Age Cold Period (1570-1140 cal yr BP)， and Little Ice Age (590-120 cal yr BP). The reconstructed precipitation and salinity exhibit a periodicity of ～200 years， which is consistent with the cycle of phase changes of the North Atlantic Oscillation (NAO) and Total Solar Irradiance (TSI). This correlation suggests that variations in NOA and TSI significantly influence the precipitation and salinity changes in Central Asia over centennial to millennial timescales.

本研究对兄弟姐妹数量与青少年成长之间的关系进行了全面的理论探讨,并利用2010—2018年中国家庭追踪调查数据,为识别兄弟姐妹对青少年认知能力和主观幸福感的影响提供了微观证据。实证研究结果表明:拥有1个兄弟姐妹对青少年的主观幸福感有积极影响,这种影响效应随年龄增长而加强,并且在成年后依旧保持稳定;拥有兄弟姐妹可能对青少年的数学类认知能力产生负向影响,这种影响主要体现在较低学段样本中,并随年龄增长逐渐消失。本研究为父母制定生育决策时更有效地开展成本收益分析提供了支持,也为缓解养育焦虑、完善生育政策以及促进人口可持续发展提供了政策启示。
