Bulked-segregant a.a.ysis by deep sequencing(BSA-seq) is a widely used method for mapping QTL(quantitative trait loci) due to its simplicity, speed, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency. However, the ability of BSA-seq to detect QTL is often limited by inappropriate experimental designs, as evidenced by numerous practical studies. Most BSA-seq studies have utilized small to medium-sized populations, with F2populations being the most common choice. Nevertheless, theoretical studies have shown that using a large population with an appropriate pool size can significantly enhance the power and resolution of QTL detection in BSA-seq, with F_(3)populations offering notable advantages over F2populations. To provide an experimental demonstration, we tested the power of BSA-seq to identify QTL controlling days from sowing to heading(DTH) in a 7200-plant rice F_(3)population in two environments, with a pool size of approximately 500. Each experiment identified 34 QTL, an order of magnitude greater than reported in most BSA-seq experiments, of which 23 were detected in both experiments, with 17 of these located near41 previously reported QTL and eight cloned genes known to control DTH in rice. These results indicate that QTL mapping by BSA-seq in large F_(3)populations and multi-environment experiments can achieve high power, resolution, and reliability.

In this paper,we introduce a novel Multi-scale and Auto-tuned Semi-supervised Deep Subspace Clustering(MAS-DSC)algorithm,aimed at addressing the challenges of deep subspace clustering in high-dimensional real-world da.a.particularly in the field of medical *** deep subspace clustering algorithms,which are mostly unsupervised,are limited in their ability to effectively utilize the inherent prior knowledge in medical *** MAS-DSC algorithm incorporates a semi-supervised learning framework that uses a small amount of labeled da.a.to guide the clustering process,thereby enhancing the discriminative power of the feature ***,the multi-scale feature extraction mechanism is designed to a.a.t to the complexity of medical imaging da.a.resulting in more accurate clustering *** address the difficulty of hyperpa.a.eter selection in deep subspace clustering,this paper employs a Bayesian optimization algorithm for a.a.tive tuning of hyperpa.a.eters related to subspace clustering,prior knowledge constraints,and model loss *** experiments on standard clustering da.a.ets,including ORL,Coil20,and Coil100,validate the effectiveness of the MAS-DSC *** results show that with its multi-scale network structure and Bayesian hyperpa.a.eter optimization,MAS-DSC achieves excellent clustering results on these ***,tests on a brain tumor da.a.et demonstrate the robustness of the algorithm and its ability to leverage prior knowledge for efficient feature extraction and enhanced clustering performance within a semi-supervised learning framework.

养殖废水具有常规污染物浓度高,含有重金属、抗生素、激素等多种有毒有害污染物的特点,在养殖废水污染物净化方面,微藻转化技术展现出了巨大潜力。为探究微藻处理养殖废水的效果、机制机理、影响因素等,本文采用文献调研的方法,总结了微藻对养殖废水中主要污染物的去除效果及去除机制,分析了微藻处理养殖废水效果的不同影响因素,并重点讨论了不同处理工艺中微藻的作用机理及其对污染物的去除效率。结果表明:微藻可以通过光合作用和同化作用去除养殖废水中碳、氮、磷等常规污染物,并可以通过系列生物学过程去除重金属、抗生素、悬浮物、激素、致病菌等,同时,微藻对污染物的去除效果受藻种类型、接种浓度、温度、光照、废水性质的影响,多藻协同、固定化处理均可提升微藻的去除能力,而藻菌共生技术能使微藻和细菌互利共生,达到更高效去除污染物的目的。综上,微藻在养殖废水处理中潜力较大,在实际处理过程中应考虑其最佳环境条件及适宜的处理工艺,以构建高效微藻养殖废水净化系统。

Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans(DFSP), the most common dermal sarcoma, is a low-grade, slow growing fibroblastic malignant neoplasm that most frequently affects middle aged adults and is cha.a.terized by a high local recurrence rate and a low propensity for metastasis. Wide surgical resection or Mohs micrographic surgery(MMS) are the preferred approaches for localized disease, while radiation therapy is warranted for inoperable disease or for cases with positive margins where re-excision is not possible. DFSP is generally regarded as refractory to conventional chemotherapy. Treatment options for systemic disease were limited until the discovery of a unique translocation, t(17;22)(q22;q13)(COL1A1;PDGFB) found in a majority of cases. In recent years, imatinib, a PDGFβR, ABL and KIT inhibitor, has revolutionized systemic therapy in DFSP. In this review, we summarize the epidemiological, clinical, histological and genetic cha.a.teristics of DFSP and update the readers on its current ma.a.ement.
