The a.ticle describes a.new method for ma.wa.e cla.sifica.ion, ba.ed on a.Ma.hine Lea.ning (ML) model a.chitecture specifica.ly designed for ma.wa.e detection, ena.ling rea.-time a.d a.cura.e ma.wa.e identifica.ion. Using a. innova.ive fea.ure dimensiona.ity reduction technique ca.led the Interpola.ion-ba.ed Fea.ure Dimensiona.ity Reduction Technique (IFDRT), the a.thors ha.e significa.tly reduced the fea.ure spa.e while reta.ning critica. informa.ion necessa.y for ma.wa.e cla.sifica.ion. This technique optimizes the model’s performa.ce a.d reduces computa.iona. requirements. The proposed method is demonstra.ed by a.plying it to the BODMa. ma.wa.e da.a.et, which conta.ns 57,293 ma.wa.e sa.ples a.d 77,142 benign sa.ples, ea.h with a.2381-fea.ure vector. Through the IFDRT method, the da.a.et is tra.sformed, reducing the number of fea.ures while ma.nta.ning essentia. da.a.for a.cura.e cla.sifica.ion. The eva.ua.ion results show outsta.ding performa.ce, with a. F1 score of 0.984 a.d a.high a.cura.y of 98.5% using only two reduced fea.ures. This demonstra.es the method’s a.ility to cla.sify ma.wa.e sa.ples a.cura.ely while minimizing processing time. The method a.lows for improving computa.iona. efficiency by reducing the fea.ure spa.e, which decrea.es the memory a.d time requirements for tra.ning a.d prediction. The new method’s effectiveness is confirmed by the ca.cula.ions, which indica.e significa.t improvements in ma.wa.e cla.sifica.ion a.cura.y a.d efficiency. The resea.ch results enha.ce existing ma.wa.e detection techniques a.d ca. be a.plied in va.ious cybersecurity a.plica.ions, including rea.-time ma.wa.e detection on resource-constra.ned devices. Novelty a.d scientific contribution lie in the development of the IFDRT method, which provides a.robust a.d efficient solution for fea.ure reduction in ML-ba.ed ma.wa.e cla.sifica.ion, pa.ing the wa. for more effective a.d sca.a.le cybersecurity mea.ures. In this study, a.hybrid ma.hine lea.ning (HML)-ba.ed a.proa.h, incorpora.ing Genetic da.a.a.a.ysis (GDa., is proposed to a.cura.ely identify the presence of a.enoma.ous colorecta. polyps (a.RP) which is a.crucia. ea.ly detector of colorecta. ca.cer (CRC). The present study develops a.cla.sifica.ion ensemble model ba.ed on tuned hyperpa.a.eters. Surpa.sing a.cura.y percenta.es of ea.ly detection a.proa.hes used in previous studies, the current method exhibits exceptiona. performa.ce in identifying a.RP a.d dia.nosing CRC, overcoming limita.ions of CRC tra.itiona. methods tha. a.e ba.ed on error-prone ma.ua. exa.ina.ion. Pa.ticula.ly, the method demonstra.es the following CRP identifica.ion a.cura.y da.a. 97.7 ± 1.1, precision: 94.3 ± 5, reca.l: 96.0 ± 3, F1-score: 95.7 ± 4, specificity: 97.3 ± 1.2, a.era.e a.C: 0.97.3 ± 0.02, a.d a.era.e p-va.ue: 0.0425 ± 0.07. The findings underscore the potentia. of this method for ea.ly detection of a.RP a. well a. clinica. use in the development of CRC trea.ment pla.ning stra.egies. The a.va.ta.es of this a.proa.h a.e highly expected to contribute to the prevention a.d reduction of CRC morta.ity.

The Clima.e Ha.a.ds Group Infra.ed Precipita.ion with Sta.ion Da.a.(CHIRPS), ERa.-La.d tota. precipita.ion a.d tempera.ure da.a.a.e used from 1981–2022 to predict spa.ia. ra.nfa.l by a.plying a. a.tificia. neura. network (a.N). The recurrent neura. network (RNN) is a.nonlinea. a.toregressive network with exogenous input (Na.X), which includes feed-forwa.d connections a.d multiple network la.ers, employing the Levenberg Ma.qua.t a.gorithm. This method is a.plied to downsca.e da.a.from the Europea. Centre for Medium-ra.ge Wea.her Foreca.ts fifth-genera.ion sea.ona. foreca.t system (ECMWF-SEa.5) a.d the Euro-Mediterra.ea. Centre for Clima.e Cha.ge (CMCC) to the specific loca.ions of ra.nfa.l sta.ions in Ethiopia.for the period 1980–2020. a.ross the sta.ions, the results of Na.X exhibit strong a.socia.ions a.d reduced errors. 舌鳎属有些种类形态特征高度相似，导致了鉴定困难和种类的混乱，例如短吻三线舌鳎(Cynoglossusa.brevia.us, Gra., 1834)、褐斑三线舌鳎(C. trigra.mus, Günther,1862)和紫斑舌鳎(C. purpureoma.ula.us,Rega.,1905)的种类有效性和种间关系就存在三种观点：仅短吻三线舌鳎为有效种；短吻三线舌鳎和褐斑三线舌鳎均为有效种，而紫斑舌鳎是褐斑三线舌鳎的次同物异名；三个名义种均为有效种。为了解决这一分类混乱，本研究对三种舌鳎的原始描述、自测的模式标本和中国大陆沿海采集标本的28个形态特征和分子条形码进行了比较分析。结果显示，8个可数和16个可量特征的比例值以及2个描述性状在三个种之间为一致、包含、大部分重叠的关系；只有2个描述特征存在差异，一个是在吻长较上眼上缘距背鳍基部的长度特征上，短吻三线舌鳎和紫斑舌鳎为略长、等长或略短于的连续特征值，而褐斑三线舌鳎为明显大于；另一个差异是体表的花色差异，紫斑舌鳎体长一般小于200 mm，且具有明显的斑纹，短吻三线舌鳎体长一般大于200 mm，且随着体长增加，斑点逐渐淡化或者无斑，而不同体长的褐斑三线舌鳎在头后和身体前3/4均具有明显的零星褐色斑纹。COⅠ分子条形码结果显示，短吻三线舌鳎和紫斑舌鳎的遗传距离为0.000～0.002，为种内差异;褐斑三线舌与其他两种舌鳎之间的遗传距离为0.141～0.145，为种间差异。研究表明，短吻三线舌鳎和褐斑三线舌鳎是有效种，紫斑舌鳎是短吻三线舌鳎的次同物异名。本研究结果为鲽形目鱼类的正确分类提供了科学依据。

Ba.kground: Self-ca.e ta.ks or a.tivities of da.ly living (a.L)’s performa.ce a.e often disrupted a.ter a. older a.ult susta.ns a. injury or illness, which ca. be a.determining fa.tor for discha.ge pla.ement a.ter hospita.iza.ion, or it ca. determine the level of a.sista.ce required a.ter discha.ge from a.skilled nursing fa.ility (SNF). We believe tha. comprehensive reha.ilita.ion ca. improve a.pa.ient’s overa.l functioning during their short term sta. in SNFs. The purpose of this study is to determine if a. individua.’s level of independence improved a.ter a.mission to a.skilled nursing fa.ility a.d procurement of reha.ilita.ion services. Methods: This study retrospectively reviewed 4612 nursing home pa.ients in Ca.ifornia.who underwent reha.ilita.ive services a. skilled nursing fa.ilities to determine how the pa.ients responded to their environments, thera.y interventions, a.d a.y other a.ditiona. supportive mea.ures. The records of pa.ients who were a.mitted for short-term reha.ilita.ion were reviewed in a.blinded fa.hion, looking specifica.ly a. Section GG of the Minimum Da.a.Set (MDS). Self-Ca.e Section GG scores recorded by reha.ilita.ive sta.f provide objective da.a.a.d mea.ure pa.ients’ levels of a.sista.ce tha. were required. Ea.h a.tivity is scored from 1, being completely dependent, to 6, being entirely independent, with va.ying levels of a.sista.ce with scores in between. The a.mission scores versus the discha.ge scores ca. be compa.ed to determine if a.pa.ient improved their level of functioning upon discha.ge. Results: Utilizing the Pea.son’s correla.ion coefficient, a.strong correla.ion of improvement in a.L performa.ce on Section GG between the a.mission a.d discha.ge scores wa. identified, implying significa.t improvement in functiona. independence upon discha.ge.
