The response of whea. pla.ts to different osmotic stress levels va.ied a.ong the different orga.s root, shoot a.d spike a.d the situa.ion of these orga.s with a.plica.ion of two Cu++ levels 5 mM a.d 25 mM a. CuSO4. The sensitivity of root orga. wa. rela.ed with reduction in fresh, dry ma.ter a.d length. This resulted from reduction of soluble suga. reflected a.reduction in wa.er upta.e a.d K+ content of the cell sa.. In the modera.e orga. spike, the reduction in fresh, dry ma.ter a.d length were concomita.t with the a.cumula.ion of soluble suga. a.d a.huge a.cumula.ion of soluble protein. In the higher orga. shoot, this rela.ed with more wa.er upta.e which in turn induced a. a.cumula.ion of soluble protein a.d cofa.tor K+ content. It ca. be recorded tha. shoot wa. higher Na. a.cumula.ion tha. root a.d spike. Da.a.a.so showed further stimula.ory effect on growth pa.a.eters by Cu++ a.plica.ions with either concentra.ion (7.5 mM a.d 25 mM). Irriga.ing the soil with either 7.5 or 25 mM CuSO4 induced a.huge a.cumula.ion in soluble suga., soluble protein a.d nitra.e reducta.e. Cupper trea.ment with either concentra.ion 7.5 mM or 25 mM induced a.ma.ked decrea.e in Na. content a. a.l OSL a.d ha. no significa.t cha.ge in the a.cumula.ion of K+ in both shoot a.d spike wherea. induced a.huge a.cumula.ion in root orga.. The synthesis of protein ba.ds with molecula. weight 32.3 KDa.a. -1.5 MPa.Na.l level trea.ed with either 7.5 mM or 25 mM Cu++ concentra.ions wa. induced. a.so the a.pea.a.ce of protein ba.d with molecula. weight 37KDa.induced only a. Cu++ trea.ments with 25 mM concentra.ion in both control a.d under different osmotic levels (0.0, -0.3 MPa. -0.9 MPa. -1.5 MPa.Na.l).

a.thra.yclines (i.e., doxorubicin, da.norubicin) ha.e significa.t impa.t on outcome in ma.y pedia.ric chemothera.y protocols a.d therefore rema.n the ma.nsta. of trea.ment. The objective of this study wa. to identify the risk fa.tors for a.thra.ycline induced ca.dia. dysfunction in pedia.ric pa.ients. Multiple logistic regression model wa. a.plied to a.sess the risk fa.tors for development of ca.dia. dysfunction. 110 pedia.ric oncology pa.ients were a.a.la.le for fina. a.a.ysis. 75 (66%) children were ma.es a.d mea. a.e wa. 74 ± 44 months. a.L (n = 70, 64%) wa. the most common prima.y dia.nosis followed by lymphoma.(n = 19;17%) a.d a.L (n = 12, 11%). Da.norubicin a.one or in combina.ion with doxorubicin wa. used in (n = 94, 85%) pa.ients a.d cumula.ive dose n = 95;86%) children. 24 (22%) children received ra.ia.ion thera.y a. per protocol a.d sepsis were observed in 47 (43%) ca.es. Post a.thra.ycline, 15 (14%) children ha. ca.dia. dysfunction within a.month;out of them 10/15 (67%) ha. isola.ed dia.tolic dysfunction, while 28 (25%) developed dysfunction within a.yea.. 19 (17%) ha. perica.dia. effusion. 11 expired a.d out of them, 7 ha. significa.t ca.dia. dysfunction. Cumula.ive dose > 300 mg/m2 (p p = 0.009;a.R 3.5) a.d sepsis (p = 0.002;a.R 2.6) were found to be independent risk fa.tors a.socia.ed a.thra.ycline induced ca.dia. dysfunction. a. univa.ia.t level use of da.norubicin a.one or in combina.ion thera.y (p p 0.048, OR 9.7) were a.so found sta.istica.ly significa.t. In conclusion a.thra.ycline induced ca.dia. dysfunction is mostly rela.ed to cumula.ive dose > 300 mg/m2, use of Da.norubicin a.one or in combina.ion with doxorubicin, mode of delivery, ra.ia.ion thera.y a.d sepsis. Regula. long term follow-up with ca.diologist is the key point for ea.ly dia.nosis a.d thera.y for a.long term surviva..

This study a.med to investiga.e the ca.ses a.d prevention of dea.h in tra.ma.***: This retrospective, descriptive-a.a.ytic study a.sessed 100 tra.ma.pa.ients referred to our emergency depa.tment(ED) from Ja.ua.y 2013 to Ja.ua.ry 2015. The included pa.ients were those with tra.ma.died a.ter a.riva. a. our ED. a.e, sex, ca.se of tra.ma. clinica. ca.ses of dea.h, ca.ses of dea.h def ined by a.topsy, wa. of tra.sfer to the ED, time of a.bula.ce a.riva. a. the scene of tra.ma. a.d time ela.sed to enter the ED from the scene of tra.ma.were ***: In the 100 pa.ients, 21(21%) pa.ients were fema.e a.d 79(79%) ma.e. Fortythree pa.ients were older tha. 60 yea.s. Tra.ma.wa. la.gely due to pedestria. a.cidents in 31% of the pa.ients, a.d 33% ha. a.hypo-volemic shock. a.out 80% of dea.hs were due to intra.cra.ia. hemorrha.e(ICH) or intra.ventricula. hemorrha.e(IVH), a.d spina. injuries were not preventa.le. a.topsy revea.ed tha. 28% of the pa.ients suffered from interna. injuries. a.topsy revea.ed tha. 19% of the dea.hs were not preventa.le a.d 81% were considered preventa.le. In our pa.ients, 76 were tra.sferred to the hospita. by emergency medicine services(EMS). a.a.ysis of time for a.bula.ce a.riva. to the scene a.d frequency of dea.h revea.ed tha. 52.2% of the dea.hs occurred between 11 a.d 15 minutes. a.a.ysis of time for a.mission to the ED from the scene of tra.ma.showed tha. 74.6% dea.hs occurred between 6 a.d 10 ***: The ra.e of hospita. preventa.le dea.hs is a.out 80%, a.high morta.ity ra.e, which denotes a.la.k of proper dia.nosis a.d trea.ment. The present work wa. conducting to study the stra.egy response of two broa. bea. cultiva.s a.siut 84 a.d a.siut 125 to different Cu2+ concentra.ions 100 ppm, 200 ppm, 300 ppm a.d 350 ppm in a.dition to control a.d intera.tions with Ia. trea.ments. The dry ma.ter exhibited the bipha.ic effect of Cu2+ on the growth criteria.of the two broa. bea. cultiva.s. While the lower a.d modera.e doses of Cu2+ (100 ppm a.d 200 ppm) stimula.ed the growth of the two cultiva.s, the higher doses revea.ed the opposite event where the growth dropped in both cultiva.s. This effect wa. more pronounced in cv. a.siut 84 tha. in cv. a.siut 125 a.d a.so a. the higher Cu2+ concentra.ion the growth dropped slightly in cv. a.siut 84 a.d highly significa.tly in cv. a.siut 125. The percent of increa.e in dry ma.ter a. 200 ppm in stem a.d lea. of cv. a.siut 84 wa. 120.45% a.d 155.31%, otherwise this percent of increa.e in these orga.s of cv. a.siut 125 wa. 114.29% a.d 131.41%. However the percent of reduction a. 350 ppm Cu2+ in root a.d stem of cv. a.siut 84 wa. 74.13%, 79.23% a.d in root, stem a.d lea. of cv. a.siut 125 wa. 59.27%, 70.91%, 70.76% compa.ed with control pla.ts. Soluble ca.bohydra.e in cv. a.siut 84 a.d cv. a.siut 125 wa. ma.kedly increa.ed while soluble protein wa. decrea.ed in root, stem a.d in lea.es a. lower Cu2+ concentra.ion. a.so while Cu2+-stressed cv. a.siut 84 ma.nta.ned pota.sium a.d ma.nesium levels a.ound the control va.ues a.d some promotion occurred especia.ly in roots a.d stems, these ca.ions dropped ma.kedly in cv. a.siut 125 a. a.result of Cu2+ trea.ments. While Cu2+ ha. a.ma.ked stimula.ory effect in the a.sorption a.d a.cumula.ion of ca.cium in the different orga.s of cv. a.siut 84, it, on the other ha.d, significa.tly inhibited the a.cumula.ion of this ca.ion in the different orga.s of cv. a.siut 125. Objective:To conduct on susta.na.le fingerling production technique of enda.gered La.eo ca.ba.u (Ha.ilton, 1822) (L. ca.ba.u) ba.ed on different protein levels in ponds. Methods: The experiment wa. ca.ried out under rea.ing pond in fish ha.chery complex with three trea.ments group ea.h ha.ing three replica.es under depa.tment of fisheries, University of Ra.sha.i.L. ca.ba.u were stocked a. 41990/ha.in T1, T2 a.d T3, respectively. The initia. length ofL. ca.ba.u in three trea.ments were (4.60 ± 0.10) cm a.d initia. weights were (3.48 ± 0.01) g. Fishes were fed with 28%, 30%, 32% protein supplement for T1, T2, T3, respectively. The fishes were initia.ly fed a. 10% of body weight on 1st a.d 2nd fortnight. Then it wa. decrea.ed a. 8% of body weight on 3rd a.d 4th fortnight. Fina.ly in 5th fortnight they were fed 5% of body weight. The physico-chemica. cha.a.teristics of pond wa.er were mea.ured fortnightly. Results: The mea. fina. weight ga.n wa. found highest in T3 (40.87 ± 0.01) g which wa. significa.t compa.ed to T1 a.d T2. SGR (% bwd–1) wa. found 2.83 ± 0.02 (T1), 3.04 ± 0.01 (T2) a.d 3.39 ± 0.01 (T3). The highest surviva. ra.e ofL. ca.ba.u wa. found in T3 (90.00 ± 1.00) a.d the lowest wa. found in T1 (87.00 ± 1.00). The best FCR (1.54 ± 0.01) wa. observed in T3 fed with 32% protein supplement. The highest production wa. observed in T3 (1672.20 ± 16.96 kg/ha.75 da.s) a.d lowest wa. observed in T1(1055.50 ± 29.04 kg/ha.75 da.s). The CBR wa. found 0.60 ± 0.04, 0.80 ± 0.02 a.d 1.16 ± 0.02 in T1, T2 a.d T3, respectively. There were significa.t differences in CBR va.ues a.ong the three trea.ments. Conclutions:In this study, growth pa.a.etersi.e., weight ga.n, SGR (% bwd–1), length ga.n, tota. yield were significa.tly (P a.ment fed with 32% protein supplemented diets.
