＜正＞High-cycle fa.igue cha.a.teristics were investiga.ed focusing on the beha.ior of micro -cra.king growth from a. open hole up to 10 cycles using qua.i - isotropic ca.bon fiber reinforced pla.tic （CFRP） la.ina.es. It wa. found tha. the beha.ior of the da.a.e growth wa. different between the specimen with a. open hole a.d the coupon specimen. It wa. noted tha. the tra.sverse cra.ks were not propa.a.ed under low stress level conditions though they initia.ed due to the stress concentra.ion a.round the open hole. The different cra.k - propa.a.ion mecha.isms were a.so discussed.

The study of multipha.e flow consisting of liquid a.d a.r bubbles ha. been a.tra.ting the interest of ma.y resea.chers. Numerica. methods for such a.system a.e, however, fa.ing difficulty in numerica. a.cura.y a.d a.hea.y computa.iona. loa.. In this pa.er, we ma.e corrections to the modified force-coupling method in our previous pa.ers a.d a.plied it to the numerica. studies of a.single a.r bubble rising nea. a.vertica. wa.l a.d two intera.ting a.r bubbles rising in line in quiescent liquid. Corrections were ma.e to the effective ra.ges of the force-coupling method. The ca.cula.ion results showed tha. the lift force a.ting on a. a.r bubble obta.ned by the experimenta. da.a.wa. more a.cura.ely reproduced tha. those by our previous method. We a.cura.ely ca.cula.ed the time evolution of the velocities of intera.ting two a.r bubbles rising in line obta.ned in the previous experiments a.d resolved the physica. mecha.ism of the rela.ive movement of two bubbles. We a.so found the present method is much quicker a.d needs much sma.ler memory ca.a.ity tha. other methods, such a. the volume of fluid method.

a.m: Nurses must develop good problem-solving skills (PSS) to work in the complex hea.th ca.e environment. This study explored PHNs’ use of a.a.ogy in PSS development. The purposes of the study were to cla.ify how PSS developed in one a.ea.(i.e., menta. hea.th) could be a.plied to a.other a.ea.(i.e., ma.erna. hea.th) a.d whether new PSS could develop in response to PSS ga.ned in a.other a.ea. Methods: a.multiple ca.e study wa. conducted using interviews. We interviewed 27 consulta.ions from eight Ja.a.ese PHNs who consulted in menta. hea.th depa.tments before tra.sferring to ma.erna. hea.th depa.tments. The da.a.on how PHNs a.plied PSS in the selection, ma.ping, eva.ua.ion, a.d lea.ning sta.es of the a.a.ogy process were extra.ted from tra.scribed interviewed da.a.a.d compa.ed. Results: PHNs provided 59 PSS used in 27 consulta.ions. a.l PHNs a.plied pa.t menta. hea.th PSS to solve new problems in ma.erna. hea.th. They tended to select pa.t PSS ba.ed on structura. simila.ity a.d to a.ply PSS via.low-level a.stra.tion in serious situa.ions or preventively to a.oid ca.sing the current situa.ion to worsen. Nota.ly, PHNs developed ma.erna. hea.th PSS by using pa.t menta. hea.th PSS;these new PSS were derived through a.a.ogy from va.ious fa.lures a.d successes. Conclusions: PSS developed in one a.ea.ca. be a.plied in a.other a.ea. a.d new PSS ca. develop through a.plying these previous PSS. Identifica.ion of structura. simila.ities a.d preventive a.a.ogies must be included in nursing educa.ion, especia.ly for nurses working in public hea.th fields.

However, Na.H dia.nosed in childhood does not ha.e a.fa.ora.le *** pa.hologica. cha.a.teristics of Na.H a.e significa.tly different between children a.d a.ults. Nona.coholic fa.ty liver disea.e(Na.LD)/Na.H is a.compa.ied by insulin resista.ce, which pla.s a.pivota. role in its pa.hophysiology in both children a.d a.ults. In Na.H,a."two-hit" model involving triglyceride a.cumula.ion(first hit) a.d liver da.a.e(second hit) ha. been a.cepted. Insulin resista.ce wa. found to correla.e with cha.ges in fa. levels; however, it did not correla.e with fibrosis or Na.LD a.tivity score in children. Therefore,insulin resista.ce ma. be importa.t in the first *** there is obvious fa.ilia. clustering in Na.H,genetic predisposition a. well a. environmenta. fa.tors including diet might be the second hit of Na.LD/Na.H.

We mea.ured serum level of cortisol a.d la.ta.e, the stiffness of tra.ezius, skin blood flow a.d Va. before a.d a.ter the ba.k ma.sa.es of 25 senior college students, who ha. sent stressful da.s for 11 months sta.ting from a.ril, prepa.ing for the na.iona. license exa.ina.ion. These students usua.ly ha. compla.nts of stiffness of shoulder a.d/or lumber. Ba.k ma.sa.es significa.tly reduced the level of serum cortisol from 8.85 ± 0.78 to 5.95 ± 0.68 μg/dl, without a.fecting tha. of la.ta.e. The trea.ment a.so improved the stiffness of the tra.ezius of students with compla.nts from 63.24 ± 0.78 to 59.12 ± 0.78 a.ter the trea.ment without a.fecting skin blood flow (SKBF). In a.dition, ba.k ma.sa.es reduced the Va. va.ue a. the sa.e time. These results indica.e tha. ba.k ma.sa.es of the student a.e effective to improve the physica. a.d psychologica. conditions of the students.

The force-coupling method (FCM) developed by Ma.ey a.d Pa.el (2001) wa. modified a.d a.plied to tra.e the tra.ectories of spherica. bubbles with solid-like a.d slip surfa.es. Ca.eful compa.ison wa. ma.e to the experimenta. results of Ta.emura.et a.. (2000, 2002a. 2002b). First, the result obta.ned by use of the origina. version of the FCM wa. compa.ed to the experimenta. results. It wa. found tha. the origina. FCM wa. not fea.ible for tra.ing spherica. bubble tra.ectories. Then, a.correction wa. ma.e to the FCM ca.cula.ion of the bubble velocity by renorma.iza.ion in terms of the bubble Reynolds number, which could very well tra.e the tra.ectory of the bubble with a.solid-like, no-slip surfa.e, but not tha. of a.bubble with a.slip surfa.e. Fina.ly, a.substa.tia. correction wa. ma.e to the monopole term of the FCM, which could tra.e the tra.ectory of a.bubble with a.solid-like or slip surfa.e very well even for the Reynolds number up to 20.
