Ma.n.ch ba.e liga.ds ha.in. composition.n.0}VO（O2）2（L-L）]·H2O [where L-L=morpholin.ben.yl a.eta.ide （MBa., piperidin.ben.yl a.eta.ide （PBa., morpholin.ben.yl ben.a.ide （MBB）, piperidin.ben.yl ben.a.ide （PBB）, morpholin.methyl ben.a.ide （MMB）, piperidin.methyl ben.a.ide （PMB）, morpholin.ben.yl forma.ide （MBF）, piperdin.ben.yl forma.ide （PBF）] ha.e been.reported. The complexes ha.e been.prepa.ed by stirrin. va.a.ium pen.oxide with excess of 30% a.ue- ous-H202 followed by trea.men. with etha.olic solution.of the liga.d a.d fin.0}ly ma.n.a.n.d the pH of the rea.tion.mixture by a.din. dilute solution.of sodium hydroxide. The syn.hesized complexes ha.e been.cha.a.terized by va.ious physico-chemica. techn.ques, via.elemen.a. a.a.ysis, mola. con.uctivity, ma.n.tic susceptibility mea.ure- men.s, in.ra.red, electron.c, ma.s, ~H n.R spectra. a.d TGa.DTa.studies.
