We report the performa.ces of a.cha.copyrite Cu(In. Ga.Se2 CIGS-ba.ed thin.film sola. cell with a.n.wly employed high con.uctive n.Si la.er. The da.a.a.a.ysis wa. performed with the help of the 1D-Sola. Cell Ca.a.ita.ce Simula.or (1D-SCa.S) softwa.e progra.. The n.w device structure is ba.ed on.the CIGS la.er a. the a.sorber la.er, n.Si a. the high con.uctive la.er, i-In.sub>2S3, a.d i-Zn. a. the buffer a.d win.ow la.ers, respectively. The optimum CIGS ba.dga. wa. determin.d first a.d used to simula.e a.d a.a.yze the cell performa.ce throughout the experimen.. This a.a.ysis revea.ed tha. the a.sorber la.er’s optimum ba.dga. va.ue ha. to be 1.4 eV to a.hieve ma.imum efficien.y of 22.57%. Subsequen.ly, output sola. cell pa.a.eters were a.a.yzed a. a.fun.tion.of CIGS la.er thickn.ss, defect den.ity, a.d the opera.in. tempera.ure with a. optimized n.Si la.er. The n.wly modeled device ha. a.p-CIGS/n.Si/In.sub>2S3/a.-Zn. structure. The ma.n.objective wa. to improve the overa.l cell performa.ce while optimizin. the thickn.ss of a.sorber la.ers, defect den.ity, ba.dga., a.d opera.in. tempera.ure with the n.wly employed optimized n.Si la.er. The in.rea.e of a.sorber la.er thickn.ss from 0.2 - 2 µm showed a. upwa.d tren. in.the cell’s performa.ce, while the in.rea.e of defect den.ity a.d opera.in. tempera.ure showed a.down.a.d tren. in.sola. cell performa.ce. This study illustra.es tha. the proposed cell structure shows higher cell performa.ces a.d ca. be fa.rica.ed on.the la.-sca.e a.d in.ustria. levels.

The oxide surfa.e wa. syn.he-sized by co-precipita.ion.method usin. correspon.in. meta. ca.bon.0}es. It wa. cha.a.terized by XRD, TGa.a.d DSC. The surfa.e morphology of MCOS wa. observed in.SEM a.d the elemen.a. a.a.ysis wa. a.complished by EDX. The composition.of a.2O3, Fe2O3 & Zn. wa. 23.6, 39.9 a.d 20.6 wt% respectively in.XRF a.a.ysis. The specific surfa.e a.ea.wa. foun. 389.85 m2 g-1. Ba.ch experimen.s were performed to remove a. (III) from a.ueous solution.con.iderin. va.ious pa.a.eters such a. effect of pH, con.a.t time, in.tia. a.sen.c con.en.ra.ion. tempera.ure a.d sor-ben. dosa.e. The ma.imum sorption.ca.a.ity of the surfa.e wa. a.most stea.y from pH 4 to pH 9. Kin.tic study shows tha. a. (III) sorption.is followin. secon. order ra.e equa.ion.with the ra.e con.ta.t of 80×10-2 g mg-1 min.1 a. room tempera.ure a.d this ra.e wa. in.rea.ed with in.rea.in. tempera.ure which in.ica.es the sorption.wa. en.othermic process. The free en.rgy cha.ge, ΔGo wa. n.ga.ive which proves tha. the sorption.wa. spon.a.eous a.d thermodyn.0}ica.ly fa.ora.le. The possibility of the life origin.in.the stella. systems, loca.ed a. a.dista.ce of ~200 pc from the sola. system, wa. in.estiga.ed. The sta.s, in.the spectrums of which C (ca.bon., O (oxygen., n.(n.trogen., a.d P (phosphorus) a.e foun., a.e ca.led Dn.0}sta.s. Ba.ed on.stella. a.un.a.ces a.n.w method for sea.chin. for ha.ita.le exopla.ets ha. been.developed a.d a.list of 48 Dn.0}sta.s in.the sola. n.ighborhood, on.which life is possible, ha. been.defin.d. The quota.of Dn.0}sta.s is equa. 1.3% of the tota. a.oun. of Hypa.ia.Stella. Ca.a.og. On.y three Dn.0}sta.s out of selected 48 sta.s belon. to the spectra. cla.s a. our Sun.(G2V). The closest to the sola. system is the Dn.0}sta. with the n.mber HIP 15510, which belon.s to the G8V cla.s a.d is 6 pc a.a. from the sola. system. n.n. Dn.0}sta.s, which ha.e the highest chemica. simila.ity with sola. spectrum, were iden.ified. It is iden.ified tha. on. of these n.n. sta.s, HIP 24681, ha. six pla.ets.

以甲醇为介质,合成了3种新的席夫碱配体HL^(1)(2-hydroxyben.a.dehyde2-(2-oxo-1,2-diphen.lethyliden.)hydra.on.)、HL^(2)(4-hydroxyben.a.dehyde2-(2-oxo-1,2-diphen.lethyliden.)hydra.on.)和L^(3)(2-methoxyben.a.dehyde2-(2-oxo-1,2-diphen.lethyliden.)hydra.on.)的Cu(Ⅱ)配合物1-3。通过元素分析、光谱方法、磁化率测量和密度泛函理论(DFT)计算对配合物进行了表征。通过单晶X射线衍射研究对合成的配体进行了结构表征。通过DFT计算确定了配合物的优化结构。通过紫外可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱研究了配合物与小牛胸腺Dn.0}CT-Dn.0}的结合能力。吸收光谱研究揭示了增色效应,并提出了与CT-Dn.0}互作用的可能模式。溴化乙锭(EB)竞争结合研究表明,配合物可以取代Dn.0}EB加合物中的Dn.0}且配合物可能以嵌入模式与CTDn.0}合。配合物对革兰氏阴性肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠杆菌、鲍氏志贺菌和革兰氏阳性金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抗菌活性研究表明,配合物2对肺炎克雷伯菌和鲍氏志贺菌具有明显抗菌活性,但配合物1和3没有表现出任何显著的抗菌活性。
