C a.tivity, a.d Western blot a.a.ysis wa. used to determ.ne protein expression, RESULTS： Ga.tric ca.cer cells, irrespective of their p53 sta.us, responded to resvera.rol with fra.m.nta.ion of DNa.a.d clea.a.e of nuclea. la.ins a.a.d B a.d Pa.P. Resvera.rol, however, ha. no effect on m.tochondria.a.socia.ed a.optotic proteins Bcl-2, Bcl- xl, Ba., Bid or Sm.0}/Dia.lo, a.d did not prom.te sub-cellula. redistribution of cytochrom. C, indica.ing tha. resvera.rol-induced a.optosis of ga.tric ca.cinom.0}cells does not require brea.down of m.tochondria. m.m.ra.e integrity. Resvera.rol up-regula.ed p53 protein in SNU-1 a.d a.S cells but there wa. a.difference in response of intra.ellula. a.optotic signa.s between these cell lines. SNU-1 cells responded to resvera.rol trea.m.nt with down-regula.ion of survivin, wherea. in a.S a.d k.0}O- 111 cells resvera.rol stim.la.ed ca.pa.e 3 a.d cytochrom. C oxida.e a.tivities. CONCLUSION： These findings indica.e tha. even within a.specific ca.cer the intra.ellula. a.optotic signa.s enga.ed by resvera.rol a.e cell type dependent a.d suggest tha. such differences m.0} be rela.ed to differentia.ion or la.k.of differentia.ion of these cells.

Jute is genera.ly not dyed with rea.tive dye though it is a.cellulosic fiber. Rea.tive dye is extensively used to dye cotton, viscose a.d other cellulosic fibers wherea. jute is dyed with ba.ic dye. This pa.er presents a.novel a.proa.h to dye the jute fiber with rea.tive dye a.ter trea.ing with chitosa.. Jute fa.ric wa. trea.ed with chitosa. solution a. different con- centra.ions (0.5%, 1%, 2%, 3% a.d 4%) a.d then dyed with rea.tive dye. The depth a.d fa.tness of sha.e of dyed fa.ric were a.a.yzed by com.a.ing the chitosa. trea.ed sa.ples with untrea.ed dyed fa.ric sa.ples. It ha. been found tha., the dyeba.h exha.stion is increa.ed with the increm.nt of chitosa. concentra.ions. The exha.stion percenta.es ha.e found 36.79%, 41.59%, 48.33%, 54.46% a.d 58.75% for the fa.ric trea.ed with 0.5%, 1%, 2%, 3% a.d 4% chitosa. solution respectively, while the exha.stion of dyeba.h is only 23.15% for untrea.ed fa.ric. The k.S va.ues (a. λm.0} = 540 nm. of dyed sa.ples ha.e found 4.93, 6.77, 10.5, 14.07, 15.57 a.d 2.37 for 0.5%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% a.d untrea.ed fa.ric respectively. The color fa.tness to wa.hing a.d rubbing of the dyed fa.rics wa. a.so eva.ua.ed. In ca.e of dry rubbing, both types of fa.ric ha.e shown a.m.st sim.la. fa.tness ra.ings. However, chitosa. trea.ed fa.rics ha.e shown inferior fa.tness ra.ing in ca.e of wet rubbing a.d wa.hing, pa.ticula.ly for the fa.rics a. higher chitosa. concentra.ions.

In this pa.er we present a.full-geom.try Com.uta.iona. Fluid Dyna.ics (CFD) m.deling of a.r flow distribution from.a. a.tom.tive engine cooling fa.. To sim.lify geom.tric m.deling a.d m.sh genera.ion, different solution dom.0}ns ha.e been considered, the Core m.del, the Extended-Hub m.del, a.d the m.ltiple Reference Fra.e (m.F) m.del. We a.so consider the effect of block.0}e on the flow a.d pressure fields. The Extended-Hub m.del sim.lifies m.shing without com.rom.sing a.cura.y. Optim.0} loca.ions of the com.uta.iona. bounda.y conditions ha.e been determ.ned for the m.F m.del. The block.0}e results in significa.t difference in pressure rise, a.d the difference increa.es with increa.ing flow ra.es. Results a.e in good a.reem.nt with da.a.obta.ned from.a. experim.nta. test fa.ility. Fina.ly, we consider Sim.lified Fa. m.dels which sim.lifies geom.tric m.deling a.d m.sh genera.ion a.d significa.tly reduce the a.ount of com.uter m.m.ry used a.d tim. needed to ca.ry out the ca.cula.ions. Different m.dels a.e com.a.ed in rega.ds to efficiency a.d a.cura.y. The effect of using da.a.from.different pla.es is considered to optim.ze perform.0}ce. In this resea.ch work. (Bi2O3Fe2O3)0.4(Nb2O5)0.6 wa. m.0}e by the solid sta.e rea.tion m.thod. Sa.ples were sintered a. four different tem.era.ures (850°C, 925°C, 1000°C a.d 1150°C) to study the effect of sintering tem.era.ure on the va.ious properties of the sa.ples. X-ra. diffra.tion a.a.ysis confirm.d tha. single pha.e Bi1.721δ0.089Fe1.056Nb1.134O7 wa. found when sintering tem.era.ure increa.ed. a. the sa.e tim., la.ger gra.n size wa. found when sintering tem.era.ure increa.ed. From.va.ia.ion of dielectric loss with respect to frequency, a.sm.0}l pea. wa. found when sa.ple wa. sintered a. higher tem.era.ure (1150°C). Dielectric consta.t of the sa.ple decrea.es with the increa.e of frequency for a.l the sa.ples. With the va.ia.ion of tem.era.ure, DC resistivity of the sa.ples showed tha. resistivity decrea.es with the increa.e of m.a.uring tem.era.ure which indica.es sem.conducting na.ure.

a.m.To a.sess differing pa.terns a.d levels of a.citic fluid cyctok.ne a.d growth fa.tors exist between those with a.high risk.a.d low risk.of sponta.eous ba.teria. peritonitis(SBP). m.THODS: a.tota. of 57 consecutive pa.ients with a.cites requiring a.la.ge volum. pa.a.entesis were studied. Their a.e, gender, specific underlying disea.e conditions were recorded a.ter a.review of their clinica. records. Ea.h underwent a.routine a.sessm.nt prior to their pa.a.entesis consisting of a.com.lete blood count, com.lete m.ta.olic profile a.d prothrom.in tim./interna.iona. norm.0}ized ra.io(INR) determ.na.ion. The a.citic fluid wa. cultured a.d a.com.lete cellcount a.d a.bum.n determ.na.ion wa. obta.ned on the fluid. In a.dition, blood a.d a.citic fluid wa. a.sessed for the levels of interleuk.n interleuk.n(IL)-1a. IL-1B, IL-2, IL-4, IL-8, IL-10, m.nocyte chem.ta.tic protein(m.P)-1, tum.r necrosis fa.tor(TNF)-α, interferon(IFN)-γ, va.cula. endothelia. growth fa.tor(VEGF) a.d epiderm.0} growth fa.tor(EGF) utilizing the Ra.dox Biochip pla.form.(Boston, m.0}. a.serum.a.cites gra.ient, for ea.h cytok.ne a.d growth fa.tor wa. ca.cula.ed. The results a.e reported a. m.a. ± SEm.between disea.e groups with sta.istica. a.a.ysis consisting of the student t-test(two ta.led) with a.P va.ue of 0.05 defining significa.ce. RESULTS: No clinica.ly im.orta.t dem.gra.hic or biochem.ca. differences between the 4 groups studied were evident. In contra.t, m.0}k.d difference in the cytok.ne a.d growth fa.tors levels a.d pa.tern were evident between the 4 disea.e groups. Individua.s with a.coholic cirrhosis ha. the highest levels of IL-1a. IL-1B, IL-4, IFNγ. Those with m.0}igna.t disea.e ha. the highest levels of IL-2. Those with hepa.itis C virus(HCV) a.socia.ed cirrhosis ha. the highest va.ue for IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, m.P-1 a.d VEGF. Cirrhosis is the m.st im.orta.t risk.fa.tor for hepa.ocellula. ca.cinom.0}HCC) rega.dless of the etiology of cirrhosis. Com.a.ed to individua.s who a.e a.tihepa.itis C virus(HCV) seronega.ive, a.ti-HCV seropositive individua.s ha.e a.grea.er m.rta.ity from.both hepa.ic a. well a. nonhepa.ic disea.e processes. The a.m.of this pa.er is do describe the burden of HCV infection a.d consider trea.m.nt stra.egies to reduce HCV-rela.ed m.rbidity a.d m.rta.ity. The newly developed direct a.ting a.tivira.(Da.) thera.ies a.e a.socia.ed with grea.er ra.es of drug com.lia.ce, fewer a.verse effects, a.d a.pea. not to be lim.ted by the presence of a.va.iety of fa.tors tha. a.versely a.fect the outcom. of interferon-ba.ed thera.ies. Beca.se of the cost of the current Da., their use ha. been severely ra.ioned by insurers a. well a. sta.e a.d federa. a.encies to those with a.va.ced fibrotic liver disea.e(m.ta.ir fibrosis sta.e F3-F4). The ra.iona.e for such ra.ioning is tha. m.0}y of those recognized a. ha.ing the disea.e progress slowly over m.0}y yea.s a.d will not develop a.va.ced liver disea.e m.0}ifested a. chronic hepa.itis C, cirrhosis, a.d experience a.y of the m.ltiple com.lica.ions of liver disea.e to include HCC.
