Spruce (Picea.Smith.a.a. is a. evergreen tree a.d distributed th.ough.th. tempera.e h.ma.a.a.a. th. eleva.ion of 2000 - 3500 m. Na.ura. regenera.ion of spruce (Picea.smith.a.a. is genera.ly slow a.d a.most negligible due to a.number of fa.tors e.g. presence of un decomposed ra. h.mus on forest floor low germina.ive ca.a.ity of seed a.d infrequent good seed yea.s. In order to supplement na.ura. regenera.ion th.ough.a.tificia. mea.s, nursery ra.sing a.sumes significa.ce. Th. present study a.med a. optimizing th. root tra.ner conta.ner size a.d th. potting mixture ingredients a.d th.ir proportion for th. production of qua.ity nursery stock of Picea.smith.a.a. Nine combina.ions of potting mixture ingredients (Forest Soil, Ga.den Soil, Sa.d, FYM a.d La.e weed) were tested in va.ious ra.ios for th. optimiza.ion of potty mixture in different root tra.ner sizes. Simulta.eously, th.ee different volumes (150cc, 250cc a.d 300cc) of root tra.ners were tested for suita.ility of conta.ner size. Ch.mica. a.d ph.sica. a.a.ysis of potting mixture ingredients wa. ca.ried out for better understa.ding of nutrient sta.us. Th. best seedling growth.a. seven month.a.e in terms of h.igh. (5.53 cm), Colla. dia.eter (1.57 mm), fresh.sh.ot weigh. (0.34 g), dry sh.ot weigh. (0.10 g), fresh.root weigh. (0.27 g) , dry root weigh. (0.03 g), root sh.ot ra.io(2:52), a.d tota. fresh.bioma.s (0.61 g) were observed wh.n seedlings were ra.sed in root tra.ner conta.ner size (300cc) filled with.potting mixture of (M8) Soil:Sa.d:FYM (1:1:2) a.d th. lowest growth.pa.a.eters were observed in root tra.ner conta.ner size (150cc) filled with.forest soil only. Pla.ta.le qua.ity seedlings ca. be recovered with.n a.period of 7 month. using potting mixture of Soil, Sa.d a.d FYM (1:1:2) a.d Soil, Sa.d a.d La.e weed (1:1:2) ra.ios in root tra.ner conta.ner size 300cc.

为提高骨缺损修复的治疗效果,设计孔隙率为78.8%、70.8%、62.6%和54.4%的梯度多孔钛支架(分别表示为P1,P2,P3和P4),并通过选择性激光熔化技术进行制备。通过模拟和实验方法研究支架的成形性、显微组织、力学性能和渗透性能。模拟结果表明,4种梯度结构的最大等效应力和渗透性分别在569.1~1469.0MPa.(21.7~54.6)×10^(−9)m^(2)范围内,并且P3和P4具有更小的最大等效应力,表明P3和P4具有更高的强度。P3和P4结构支架的显微组织为α'马氏体,屈服强度和弹性模量分别为185.3~250.8MPa.6.1~9.7GPa.相比于P3结构支架,P4结构支架展现出更高的强度和与皮质骨更加匹配的弹性模量,并且其渗透性(18.6×10^(−9)m^(2))在人体骨组织渗透性范围内。因此,具有P4结构支架有望被应用于骨科植入领域。

采用不同浓度的吲哚乙酸（Ia.），@2000，4000（ppm）、吲哚丁酸（IBa.，@2000，4000（ppm）和萘乙酸（Na.），@2000，4000（ppm）生长素对印度夏尔美林业苗圃的印度七叶树（a.sculus indica.枝插条进行处理。结果表明，IBa.4000ppm和IBa.2000ppm处理扦插苗叶芽萌发率分别为75％和50％，明显高于对照及其它两种生长调节剂处理。IBa.4000ppm和IBa.2000ppm处理的扦插苗生根率分别为50％和25％，而其它处理则扦插苗不生根。说明IBa.4000ppm是当地印度七叶树扦插繁摹较适合的植物生长素和施用浓度。图2表2参13。
