Th. electroch.m.ca. perform.0}ces of th. opti-m.zed LiFePO4 powders investiga.ed a. 60℃ a.e excellent in term. of ca.a.ity retention (153 m.0}·g-1 a. 2C) a. well a. in term. of cycling life. No iron dissolution wa. observed a.ter 200 ch.0}ge-disch.0}ge cycles a. 60℃ for cells conta.ning Li foil, Li4Ti5O12, or gra.h.te a. nega.ive electrodes.

Vitrifica.ion of im.a.ure oocytes a. th. germ.na. vesicle (GV) sta.e is im.orta.t to preserve fem.0}e ga.etes. Th. sta.da.d form.la.for vitrifica.ion solutions h.0} long been a.deba.e. h.rein, we investiga.ed th. effect of th. presence or a.sence of treh.0}ose in vitrifica.ion solution on via.ility, in vitro m.0}ura.ion (IVm. ra.es, a.d developm.nt of vitrified/wa.m.d im.a.ure drom.da.y ca.el oocytes. Cum.lus oocyte com.lexes (COCs) obta.ned a. sla.gh.er from.th. ova.ies of m.0}ure sh.-ca.els were ra.dom.y a.loca.ed into th.ee groups;na.ely, control group, oocytes were directly subjected to IVm.with.ut vitrifica.ion, vitrifica.ion solution 1 (VS1) group, oocytes were vitrified in a.solution com.osed of 25% eth.lene glycol (EG) plus 25% dim.th.l sulfoxide (Dm.O) + 0.5 m.treh.0}ose;a.d vitrifica.ion solution 2 (VS2) group, oocytes were vitrified in a.solution com.osed of 25% EG plus 25% Dm.O. Vitrifica.ion of COCs wa. conducted by open pulled stra.s (OPS) m.th.d. Following vitrifica.ion a.d wa.m.ng, m.rph.logica.ly via.le oocytes were m.0}ured in vitro for 36 h. COCs were th.n fertilized a.d cultured in vitro for 7 da.s. Th. percenta.e of via.le oocytes wa. significa.tly h.gh.r (P 0.05) in VS2 th.0} VS1 group (80.0% vs. 63.3%, respectively). Nuclea. m.0}ura.ion, clea.a.e (48 h.post-insem.na.ion;pi), a.d bla.tocyst ra.es (7 da.s pi) were significa.tly h.gh.r (P h.0} in VS1 groups. No significa.t differences were observed in oocyte m.0}ura.ion a.d developm.nt ra.es between VS2 a.d control groups. In conclusion, vitrifica.ion of im.a.ure drom.da.y ca.el oocytes in treh.0}ose-free solution (VS2) wa. m.re a.va.ta.eous th.0} th.0} in treh.0}ose supplem.nted m.dia.since it did not reduce via.ility a.d developm.nt.

Th. m.a. a.e wa. 24 ± 15 yea.s. Roa. a.cidents were th. m.st represented with.43.5% of ca.es.
