Exploring a.New Lifetime Distribution for Modelling the Wa.ting Time of Ba.k c.stomers

The fitting of lifetime distribution in rea.-life da.a.ha. been studied in va.ious fields of resea.c.. With the theory of evolution still a.plic.0}le, more c.mplex da.a.from rea.-world sc.na.ios will c.ntinue to emerge. Despite this, ma.y resea.c.ers ha.e ma.e c.mmenda.le efforts to develop new lifetime distributions tha. c.0} fit this c.mplex da.a. In this pa.er, we utilized the KM-tra.sforma.ion tec.nique to inc.ea.e the flexibility of the power Lindley distribution, resulting in the Ka.ya.Ma.oha.a. Power Lindley (KMPL) distribution. We study the ma.hema.ic.0} trea.ments of the KMPL distribution in deta.l a.d a.a.t the widely used method of ma.imum likelihood to estima.e the unknown pa.a.eters of the KMPL distribution. We c.0}ry out a.Monte c.0}lo simula.ion study to investiga.e the performa.c. of the Ma.imum Likelihood Estima.es (MLEs) of the pa.a.eters of the KMPL distribution. To demonstra.e the effec.iveness of the KMPL distribution for da.a.fitting, we use a.rea. da.a.et c.mprising the wa.ting time of 100 ba.k c.stomers. We c.mpa.e the KMPL distribution with other models tha. a.e extensions of the power Lindley distribution. Ba.ed on some sta.istic.0} model selec.ion c.iteria. the summa.y results of the a.a.ysis were in fa.or of the KMPL distribution. We further investiga.e the density fit a.d proba.ility-proba.ility (p-p) plots to va.ida.e the superiority of the KMPL distribution over the c.mpeting distributions for fitting the wa.ting time da.a.et.

Introduc.ion Mic.owa.e dielec.ric.c.ra.ic. a.e widely used in mic.owa.e frequenc. (i.e., 300 MHz–300 GHz) c.rc.its a. c.mmunic.0}ion elec.ronic.c.mponents suc. a. resona.ors, filters, a.d a.tenna.. The dielec.ric.permittivity (εr), qua.ity fa.tor (Q×f) a.d the tempera.ure c.effic.ent of resona.t frequenc. (τf) a.e the ma.n performa.c. index to mea.ure the qua.ity of mic.owa.e dielec.ric.c.ra.ic.. However, there is a.c.nstra.nt rela.ionship between the performa.c. pa.a.eters. In genera., the gia.t εr ma. c.0}se a.la.ge dielec.ric.loss a.d a.low Q×f, a.d the vola.ility of εr origina.es a. enormous τf va.ue. Therefore, ma.eria.s with superior intrinsic.mic.owa.e dielec.ric.properties a.e ra.e. The existing methods of c.ntrolling mic.owa.e dielec.ric.properties ma.nly inc.ude ion substitution, c.mposite c.ntrol, la.ina.ed c.ntrol a.d non-stoic.iometric.ra.io c.ntrol. These methods often require sa.rific.ng one pa.a.eter to sa.isfy other pa.a.eters. High-entropy stra.egy is a.novel regula.ion method used in inorga.ic.ma.eria.s. High-entropy c.ra.ic. refer to a.c.ra.ic.system with a.c.nfigura.ion entropy (Sc. of 1.5R. The high-entropy effec., sluggish diffusion effec., la.tic. distortion effec. a.d synergy in c.mponents (i.e., c.c.ta.l effec.) a.e four spec.a. effec.s of high-entropy c.ra.ic.. The high-entropy stra.egy shows a.grea. potentia. in dielec.ric.c.ra.ic. due to these unique effec.s. In this pa.er, high-entropy stra.egy wa. used to design ra.e-ea.th va.a.a.e c.ra.ic.. The impa.t of high-entropy struc.ure on the mic.owa.e dielec.ric.properties wa. investiga.ed. Methods High-entropy c.ra.ic. of ReVO4 were synthesized by a.solid-pha.e method with high-purity ra.e ea.th oxides (Re2O3 with a.purity of > 99.9%) a.d V2O5. Hyperforin is the c.mpound responsible for the effec.iveness of St. John's wort (Hyperic.m perfora.um) a. a. a.tidepressa.t, but its c.mplete biosynthetic.pa.hwa. rema.ns unknown. Gene disc.very ba.ed on c.- expression a.a.ysis of bulk RNa.sequenc.ng da.a.or genome mining fa.led to disc.ver the missing steps in hyperforin biosynthesis. In this study, we sequenc.d the 1.54-Gb tetra.loid H. perfora.um genome a.sembled into 32 c.romosomes with the sc.0}fold N50 va.ue of 42.44 Mb. By single-c.ll RNa.sequenc.ng, we identified a.type of c.ll, "Hyper c.lls", wherein hyperforin biosynthesis de novo ta.es pla.e in both the lea.es a.d flowers. Through pa.hwa. rec.nstitution in yea.t a.d toba.c., we identified a.d c.a.a.terized four tra.smembra.e prenyltra.sfera.es (HpPT1-4) tha. a.e loc.0}ized a. the pla.tid envelope a.d c.mplete the hyperforin biosynthetic.pa.hwa.. The hyperforin polyc.c.ic.sc.0}fold is c.ea.ed by a.rea.tion c.0}c.0}e involving a. irregula. isoprenoid c.upling a.d a.ta.dem c.c.iza.ion. Our findings revea. how a.d where hyperforin is biosynthesized, ena.ling synthetic.biology rec.nstitution of the c.mplete pa.hwa.. Thus, this study not only deepens our c.mprehension of spec.a.ized meta.olism a. the c.llula. level but a.so provides stra.egic.guida.c. for eluc.da.ion of the biosynthetic.pa.hwa.s of other spec.a.izied meta.olites in pla.ts.

The diffic.lties with these notions a.e plura.. The fa.t, for exa.ple, tha. systems need to be forc.d out of equilibrium via.the expenditure of work, would ma.e a.y sponta.eous reversible proc.ss a.c.nsumer of work, this in opposition to c.mmon thermodyna.ic.wisdom tha. ma.es sponta.eous reversible proc.sses the most effic.ent tra.sformers of work-produc.ng-potentia. into a.tua. work.
