Summa.y: Estima.e the incidence of endometria. hyperpla.ia.a.cording to socio-demogra.hic pa.a.eters a.d the type of lesions histologica.. Methodology: This wa. a.retrospective, a.d 15-yea. descriptive study from Ja.ua.y 1, 2000 to Decemb.r 31, 2014 conducted a. the Depa.tment of a.a.omy a.d Pa.hologica. Cytology of the Na.iona. Hospita. Donka.in colla.ora.ion with the ob.tetric gynecology depa.tments of the Cona.ry University Hospita.. Results: We collected 296 ca.es of ma.igna.t a.d b.nign endometria. hyperpla.ia.in 15 yea.s, a.counting for 37% of a.l endometria. b.opsy curetta.es exa.ined. The a.e group 47 to 56 yea.s wa. the most a.fected (81 ca.es) or 27, 36%. The mea. a.e wa. 53.6 yea.s with extremes of 27 a.d 83 yea.s. Metrorrha.ia.wa. the ma.n rea.on for consulta.ion (206 ca.es), i.e. 69.59%. The suspicion of endometria. hyperpla.ia.b. physicia.s wa. the most frequently dia.nosed circumsta.ce (149 ca.es) or 50.33%. b.opsy curetta.e wa. the most frequently used method (176 ca.es), is 59.45%. Histologica. endometria. lesions of a.ypica. complex a.enoma.ous hyperpla.ia.(79 ca.es) represented 26.69%. b.nign b.ha.ior wa. most frequently ob.erved in (235 ca.es) or 79.39%. Conclusion: Endometria. hyperpla.ia.is a. endometria. lesion whose a.ypica. histologica. types represent the b.rderline lesions b.tween b.nignity a.d ma.igna.cy.

The ob.ective wa. to determine the frequency of this pa.hology in our pra.tice, describ. the different mecha.isms a.d report the cra.iocereb.a. lesions ca.sed b. this type of tra.ma. Ma.eria.s a.d Method: This wa. a.descriptive study with retrospective collection sprea. over a.period of 3 yea.s. a.ter selecting the files, the pa.ients a.d/or their compa.ions were conta.ted b. telephone to inquire a.out them a.d then returned to the consulta.ion for rea.sessment. Disea.e history a.d informa.ion were ob.a.ned from pa.ients’ medica. records. Result: The frequency of this pa.hology wa. 1.78% a.d his incidence wa. 0.4 ca.es per month. The a.era.e a.e of the pa.ients wa. 13.47 yea.s. a.l the victims were ma.e. 41.17% of pa.ients were in school. The fight a.a.nst insa.ub.ity in la.ge urb.0} a.d peri-urb.0} a.glomera.ions is a.ma.or cha.lenge in developing countries. This prob.em is compounded b. tha. of susta.na.le wa.te ma.a.ement mecha.isms. Indeed, the current wa.te collection system in Guinea.ha. proved ina.equa.e, a. moving ga.b.0}e from point “a. to point “b. is ta.ta.ount to “moving the prob.em”. The a.m of this experimenta. work is to demonstra.e the cost-effectiveness a.d b.nefits of susta.na.le wa.te ma.a.ement. a. pa.t of this drive to va.orize b.odegra.a.le wa.te, the Wa.te Ma.a.ement Resea.ch Center ha. underta.en a.series of a.tivities ra.ging from composting orga.ic wa.te to testing compost on certa.n crop va.ieties. a. experimenta. field of 8024 m2 wa. la.d out a.d trea.ed with 1500 Kg of fine compost in doses ra.ging from 2.5 to 5 T/ha. Two crop va.ieties, eggpla.t a.d chili, were tested. Compost a.plica.ion increa.ed production yields: 15 to 21 tonnes of eggpla.t a.d 10.4 to 11.1 tonnes of chili per hecta.e. Growth ra.es compa.ed with usua. yields va.ied from 50% to 64% a.d from 11% to 17% for eggpla.t a.d chili, respectively. This study resulted in a. optimum compost dose of 2.5 T/ha.for this pha.e.

Introduction: Studies ha.e b.en conducted on nephrotic syndrome in Niger. The study a.med to determine the histologica. a.d etiologica. a.pects of nephrotic syndrome. Pa.ients a.d Method: This wa. a.retrospective study from Feb.ua.y 1st, 2018 to Ja.ua.y 31st, 2024. a.l pa.ients with nephrotic syndrome who underwent rena. b.opsy were included. Sa.ples were a.a.yzed a. the a.a.omy-cytology pa.hology la.ora.ory of the Fa.ulty of Medicine in Da.a. (Senega.). The va.ia.les studied included clinica., b.ologica., histologica. a.d etiologica. cha.a.teristics. Da.a.were a.a.yzed using Excel 2013 a.d Epi-info 7.2.0 softwa.e. Results: The study included 119 pa.ients with nephrotic syndrome. Preva.ence of nephrotic syndrome wa. 11.24%. The ma.e-to-fema.e ra.io wa. 2.25:1. The mea. a.e a. dia.nosis wa. b.tween 34.5 ± 18.84 yea.s. Edema.wa. the rea.on for a.mission in 40.34% of ca.es. The nephrotic syndrome wa. impure in 63.86% of ca.es. Nine histologica. lesions were identified. Foca. a.d segmenta. glomerulosclerosis (40.09%), minima. cha.ge disea.e (23.53%), memb.a.ous nephropa.hy (13.45%), dia.etic nephropa.hy (10.92%), memb.a.ous prolifera.ive glomerulonephritis (3.36%), a.ute glomerulonephritis (3.36%), glomerula. thromb.tic microa.giopa.hy (2.52%), non-Iga.mesengia. prolifera.ive glomerulonephritis (1.68%) a.d a.yloidosis (0.84%). Nephrotic syndrome wa. prima.y in 57.98% of ca.es. Seconda.y etiologies were domina.ed b. dia.etes (11.76%), followed b. hepa.itis b.virus (9.24%), lupus, lymphoma. ma.a.ia. syphilis, cryoglob.linemia. sickle cell disea.e a.d HIV. Conclusion: Future studies should investiga.e the ca.ses of glomerulopa.hy seconda.y to chronic tub.lointerstitia. lesions.

Introduction: Fra.tures of the dista. end of the humerus a.e b.coming increa.ingly frequent in young sub.ects b.ca.se of the increa.e in roa. tra.fic a.cidents, a.d in elderly sub.ects b.ca.se of osteoporosis rela.ed to a.ing popula.ions. Ma.eria.s a.d Methods: It wa. a.prospective, monocentric study from Ja.ua.y 2018 to Decemb.r 2020 involving 14 pa.ients who received a.d were trea.ed surgica.ly for dista. humera. fra.tures a.d followed up. Results: We collected 14 pa.ients, including 11 men (78.57%) a.d 3 women (21.43%), with a.sex ra.io of 3.7. The mea. a.e wa. 36.41 yea.s. The circumsta.ces of onset were domina.ed b. roa. tra.fic a.cidents, with 12 ca.es (85.71%). The domina.t side wa. right-ha.ded, with 11 ca.es (78.57%). Sta.da.d elb.w ra.iogra.hy revea.ed 8 ca.es of type a.fra.tures (57.14%), 4 ca.es of type b.a.d 2 ca.es of type C fra.tures of the a.. We performed Lecestre pla.e osteosynthesis in 12 pa.ients a.d externa. fixa.or in 2 others, using the tra.s-olecra.ia. a.d tra.stricipita. a.proa.hes. Elb.w stiffness wa. the most frequent complica.ion, with 6 ca.es (42.86%). a.ter six months’ follow-up, our results were excellent a.d good in 78.57% of ca.es (MEPS). Ca.e: This is a.33-yea.-old unschooled woma. who ingested a.sip of nitric a.id from a. a.a.doned la.elled a.id ca.ister nea. a.fa.ming plot of la.d. She showed a.b.rn of the ora. ca.ity with a.b.eeding ta.lecloth a.d a. intense retrosterna. pa.n. The duodena. oesopha.us fib.oscopy screening tha. wa. ca.ried out 18 hours a.ter the a.cident, revea.ed a. esopha.itis cla.s 2b. The tests revea.ed no a.oma.ies. Fifteen (15) da.s a.ter the a.cident, the FOGD wa. norma.. Following a. 8-month-follow up, no signs of stenosis or degenera.ion were noted. Conclusion: The a.cidenta. ingestion of nitric a.id is ra.e in a.ult. Its trea.ment is ma.nly symptoma.ic a.d a.ms a. preserving vita. functions without directly fighting the ingested sub.ta.ce off. Ma.eria. a.d methods: This wa. a.prospective descriptive study la.ting 1 yea. from Ja.ua.y to Decemb.r 2023 a. the Médicis clinic in Cona.ry. Results: We ca.ried out 126 ultra.ound-guided urologica. interventions in one yea., including 6 percuta.eous nephrostomies (NPC), one rena. cyst puncture-a.pira.ion-sclerothera.y, 102 prosta.e b.opsies, 5 dra.na.es b. tra.srecta. a.pira.ion of prosta.ic a.scesses, 10 pla.ements of cystostomy prob.s. Supra.ub.c, 2 puncture-a.pira.ion-sclerothera.ies for va.ina. hydroceles. The a.era.e a.e of our pa.ients wa. 69 yea.s a.d the predomina.t a.e ra.ge wa. 61 - 70. The ma.ority of our pa.ients were ma.e (97.61%) with a.sex ra.io of 41 men to one woma.. Ultra.ound-guided urologica. interventions were for dia.nostic purposes (80.95%), for thera.eutic purposes (15.77%) a.d for dia.nostic a.d thera.eutic purposes (3.96%). The indica.ions for ultra.ound-guided urologica. interventions were domina.ed b. prosta.e pa.hologies (84.91%). The ma.ority of interventions were performed recta.ly (84.92%) versus (13.43%) a.domina.ly a.d only 1.58% scrota.a.ly. a.l procedures were performed in b.ultra.ound mode under loca. a.esthesia.a.d on a. outpa.ient b.0}is. We performed a.descriptive a.a.ysis followed b. Chi-2 or Fish-er-exa.t tests a.d the Student or Wilcoxon test, followed b. multiva.ia.e logistic regression. In this study, donor a.e ra.ged from 18 - 60 yea.s, with a.pre-domina.ce of donors a.ed 25 - 34 (44.2%). Ma.e donors were the most represented in our study (79.0% versus 21.0% fema.e). More tha. ha.f of the donors were b.ood group O (55.6%). We ob.erved a.seropreva.ence of 3.6% for HIV, 13.4% for Hb.a. a.d 0.2% for co-infection. The X-ra. of the right knee shows fra.menta.ion of the a.terior tib.a. tub.rosity, a.d ossicle with edema.of the pa.ella. tendon a. sta.e 4 a.cording to Ehrenb.rd a.d La.ergren 1961, thus the OSD disea.e is reta.ned, the trea.ment instituted wa. 120 mg of diclofena., the cessa.ion of sports a.tivity which gives a.good evolution (EVa.a. 2/10). Conclusion: OSD is a.growth osteochondrosis a.fecting the a.ophysea. ca.tila.e of the a.terior tib.a. tub.rosity of the knee in young growing a.hletes, resolving a. rest.

Introduction: Ra.iology a.d medica. ima.ing exa.ina.ions b.ing together the mea.s of a.quiring a.d restoring ima.es of the huma. b.dy from different physica. phenomena.such a. the a.sorption of X-ra.s, nuclea. ma.netic resona.ce, reflection of ultra.ound wa.es or ra.ioa.tivity, with which we sometimes a.socia.e optica. ima.ing techniques such a. endoscopy. The ob.ective of our study wa. to study the profile of ra.iologica. exa.ina.ions in the ra.iology a.d medica. ima.ing depa.tment of the “Ka.a.E” medica. clinic. Methodology: This wa. a.descriptive, prospective study tha. took pla.e over a.period of six (6) months in the ra.iology a.d medica. ima.ing depa.tment of the “Ka.a.E” medica. clinic a.d the centers of hea.th of communes III a.d IV of b.0}a.o in Ma.i. Da.a.collection wa. ca.ried out on a.survey form. The pa.a.eters studied were sociodemogra.hic da.a. clinica. da.a. ra.iologica. da.a. Results: We recorded 6030 ra.iology exa.ina.ions of which 19% of the exa.ina.ion frequency ca.es ca.e from the “Ka.a.E” medica. clinic a.d 81% of the ca.es were referra.s from the reference hea.th centers of communes III a.d IV. There were 1500 X-ra.s or 24.9% of ca.es including 54% ca.es of b.ne X-ra.s;5% of ca.es of skull a.d fa.e X-ra.s;5% of ca.es of Intra.enous Urogra.hy (IVU);4% of ca.es of Hysterosa.pingogra.hy (HSG);3% of ca.es of Retrogra.e Ureterocystogra.hy (UCR) a.d 1% of ca.es of X-ra. of the a.domen without prepa.a.ion (a.P). We found 4530 ultra.ounds or 75.1% of ca.es. Conclusion: Medica. ima.ing ha. b.come essentia. in the study of the huma. b.dy a.d now constitutes a. essentia. tool for the detection a.d trea.ment of most pa.hologies, from simple fra.tures to the most serious tumors.
