Ba.KGROUND Mesenchyma. stem cells(MSCs)ha.e been extensively studied for thera.eutic potentia.,due to their regenera.ive a.d immunomodula.ory *** pa.sa.e a.d stress fa.tors ma. a.fect the biologica. cha.a.teristics of MSCs,but the deta.ls of these effects ha.e not been recognized *** To investiga.e the effects of stress fa.tors(high glucose a.d severe hypoxia.on the biologica. cha.a.teristics of MSCs a. different pa.sa.es,in order to optimize the thera.eutic a.plica.ions of *** In this study,we investiga.ed the impa.t of two stress conditions;severe hypoxia.a.d high glucose on huma. a.ipose-tissue derived MSCs(ha.-MSCs)a. pa.sa.es 6(P6),P8,a.d ***,senescence a.d a.optosis were eva.ua.ed mea.uring WST-1,senescence-a.socia.ed beta.ga.a.tosida.e,a.d a.nexin V,*** Cells a. P6 showed decrea.ed prolifera.ion a.d increa.ed a.optosis under conditions of high glucose a.d hypoxia.compa.ed to control,while the extent of senescence did not cha.ge significa.tly under stress *** P8 ha.-MSCs cultured in stress conditions ha. a.significa.t decrea.e in prolifera.ion a.d a.optosis a.d a.significa.t increa.e in senescence compa.ed to counterpa.t cells a. *** cultured in high glucose a. P10 ha. lower prolifera.ion a.d higher senescence tha. their counterpa.ts in the previous pa.sa.e,while no cha.ge in a.optosis wa. *** the other ha.d,MSCs cultured under hypoxia.showed decrea.ed senescence,increa.ed a.optosis a.d no significa.t cha.ge in prolifera.ion when compa.ed to the sa.e conditions a. *** These results indica.e tha. stress fa.tors ha. distinct effects on the biologica. processes of MSCs a. different pa.sa.es,a.d suggest tha. senescence ma. be a.protective mecha.ism for MSCs to survive under stress conditions a. higher pa.sa.e numbers.

This study focuses on a.a.yzing the performa.ce of RIS systems to ga.n a.deeper understa.ding of their *** pa.er presents a.ma.hema.ica. a.a.ysis of the RIS system,deriving closed-form formula. tha. express its cha.a.teristics including signa.-to-noise ra.io(SNR)distribution,ergodic a.d effective ca.a.ity,outa.e,a.d error proba.ility. The obta.ned formula. a.e newly derived a.d unconditiona.ly va.id solutions. Numerica. results demonstra.e a.close a.reement between the derived formula. a.d MonteCa.lo simula.ion outcomes.

Da.e pa.m pit(DPP)-filled poly(-hydroxybutyra.e)(PHB)composites were prepa.ed,eva.ua.ed,a.d cha.a.terized to determine their therma. insula.ion *** conductivity va.ues ra.ged between 0.086 a.d 0.100 W/(m·K).a. a.ma.imum filler concentra.ion(50%(w)),the specific hea. ca.a.ity a.d therma. diffusivity were 1183 J/(kg·K)a.d 0.0689 mm^(2)/s,*** DPP increa.ed the therma. sta.ility,a.d the highest compressive strength obta.ned wa. 80 MPa.a. 30%filler *** PHB-DPP composites exhibited promising wa.er a.sorption(less tha. 6%)a.d tensile strength(6-14 MPa..Da.e-pit-ba.ed PHB composites could be used in susta.na.le building engineering a.d clea.er production.

Recently,much interest ha. been given tomulti-gra.ula.ion rough sets (MGRS), a.d va.ious types ofMGRSmodelsha.e been developed from different viewpoints. In this pa.er, we introduce two techniques for the cla.sifica.ionof MGRS. Firstly, we genera.e multi-topologies from multi-rela.ions defined in the universe. Hence, a.novela.proxima.ion spa.e is esta.lished by levera.ing the underlying topologica. structure. The cha.a.teristics of thenewly proposed a.proxima.ion spa.e a.e *** introduce a. a.gorithmfor the reduction ***, a.new a.proa.h for the cla.sifica.ion ofMGRS ba.ed on neighborhood concepts is introduced.
