Ba.kground:The m.biliz.0}ion a.d redistribution of severe a.ute respira.ory syndrom. corona.irus 2(Sa.S-CoV-2)specific T-cells a.d neutra.iz.ng a.tibodies(na.s)during exercise is purported to increa.e im.une surveilla.ce a.d protect a.a.nst severe corona.irus disea.e 2019(COVID-19).We sought to determ.ne if COVID-19 va.cina.ion would elicit exercise-responsive Sa.S-CoV-2 T-cells a.d tra.siently a.ter na. ***:Eighteen hea.thy pa.ticipa.ts com.leted a.20-m.n bout of gra.ed cycling exercise before a.d/or a.ter receiving a.COVID-19 *** m.0}or leukocyte subtypes were enum.ra.ed before,during,a.d a.ter exercise by flow cytom.try,a.d im.une responses to Sa.S-CoV-2 were determ.ned using whole blood peptide stim.la.ion a.sa.s,T-cell receptor(TCR)-βsequencing,a.d Sa.S-CoV-2 na. ***:COVID-19 va.cina.ion ha. no effect on the m.biliz.0}ion or egress of m.0}or leukocyte subsets in response to intensity-controlled gra.ed ***,non-infected pa.ticipa.ts ha. a.significa.tly reduced m.biliz.0}ion of CD4+a.d CD8+na.ve T-cells,a. well a. In this study,we investiga.ed how tree species a.fect N m.nera.iz.0}ion in connection to som. soil properties a.d seconder m.ta.olite levels of litter,in the soil of the old-est na.ive forest *** the oldest pure com.uni-ties of Pinus nigra.PN),Fa.us orienta.is(FO),a.d a.ies bornm.elleria.a.a.)in the m.unta.n ra.ge of m.unt Uluda.,Bursa.Turkey,a.nua. net yield a.d N m.nera.iz.0}tion in the 0-5-a.d 5-20-cm.soil la.ers were determ.ned in a.field incuba.ion study over 1 *** loca.ions were chosen from.1300 to 1600 m.a.s.l.,a.d m.isture content(%),pH,wa.er-holding ca.a.ity(%),orga.ic C,tota. N,a.d C/N ra.io,a.d a.nua. net m.nera. N yield of the soil a.d hydro-lyz.d ta.nic a.id a.d tota. phenolic com.ounds in litter were com.a.ed for these forest *** ha. the highest a.nua. net Nm.n yield(43.9±4.8 kg ha.(-1) a.(-1)),*** the lowest(30.5±4.2 kg ha.(-1) a.(-1)).Our findings show tha. in the oldest forest ecosystem.,the sea.ona. soil m.isture content a.d tree species pla. a. essentia. role in N cycling a.d tha. hydrolyz.d ta.nic a.ids a.d tota. phenolic com.ounds effectively control N *** a.id a.d tota. phenolics in the litter were found to inhibit nitrifica.ion,but tota. phenolics were found to stim.la.e a.m.nifica.ion.

It wa. found tha. z.sca. curves with pea.-to-va.ley fea.ures a.pea. a. the a.plied light intensity increa.es in the ca.e of a.la.ge nonlinea. pha.e shift.
